Very close to Waterloo station. Amazing shower, very hot and great water pressure. Despite negative aspects was good value for money for one night stay. Area felt safe returning late at night as a single female traveller.
Had to sleep with window shut due to noise from trains, apartment was very warm. Fridge was very noisy during the night. Lots of noise in hallway outside room at 4am from other residents. Towel supplied with room was pretty small and manky looking.
It was clean and value for money and the location was convenient for theatres south of the river. The location also seemed pleasant and safe. Toiletries were an unexpected extra.
Breakfast seemed a bit chaotic but it was very good.
The good location and overall okay accomodations, the price which, for London, is very intersting, the bed which was surprinsingly comfortable, and the breakfast.
The very basic accomodations, the bad state of the shower (rust on the floor), the noise from the street (and the fridge), and the window that does not fully open.
everything needed was available in the room
The location is within walking distance to the London Eye, Palace of Parliament, Waterloo Station, Tate Modern Museum, and many more sites. Security and staff are excellent. Cannot beat the price at this time of year.
Virtually impossible to locate the entrance from the street. Rooms are very small, but have the essentials
Grim student bedsit. Too hot, stuffy and noisy.
Location, location, location.
Tiny dorm room. Very cramped. Very noisy. EXTREMELY HOT room with no air circulation. Window would only open about an inch. Just very hot.
The bathroom floor was raw concrete. Walls to neighbour room thin as paper. It should not be recommend to adult, but only young students.
Decent room Good sized desk to work on Fast Wi-Fi
Workers drilling outside window 2 nights running! Poor sound insulation on Windows from traffic.
location cleaning service was very polite room was quiet fridge
both chairs in the room were dirty and old
Great location and very cheap for London, good size rooms.
Very noisy from hallway and the road.
Secure, clean and well run student hall of residence in a great location.
Couldn't check in early, but you can leave your luggage.
Bathroom needs updating; it was covered in mould!
The place was close to where I was working.
In 8 days I never got a towel change, even though I requested it twice. All what was done as room service was to empty the trash bin. It was loud, since the doors to the level entrance banged every time some one passed through. The bathroom had bad mildow smell. When I gave this feedback to the managment, it was received frendly, but no action followed.
Fridge in room Kitchen facility's Fast wifi
Close to city centre, just needed overnight stop
Beds are a bit basic, but it is only a Uni Halls of Residence
Location was excellent. The room itself was nothing special, but was fine if you only need a place to sleep.
Room was dingy and the hall way had an unpleasant odor. My window faced the courtyard and the voices of people coming back to the hotel late at night carried easily, which was annoying when trying to sleep.
Great location, ensuite included, breakfast included
Secure, if somewhat different, accommodation. Lovely set of toiletries Close to Waterloo station Cheap and cheerful
Small shower room area - beware the narrow door!
Good location, value for money, reception staff very helpful.
Breakfast choice limited unless you pay extra (but room cost was very good value and you can always go out for breakfast). canteen staff not particularly helpful. Not a huge selection of bars/restaurants close by.
It was great value for money. The location was very good, central, near attractions and transport centres.
Rooms were perfectly adequate for purpose of visit and the location was outstanding. Very good security and quiet. Great to have a fridge in the room too.
The windows didn't open wide enough meaning that the room was at times far too hot. The key for the room's door was awkward, although this may have been specific to the room I stayed in.
Value of money and location
Noise not a hotel (it's a students apartments) You feel they treat you as a student!
Location is good, staff are friendly
Small room, toilet very small, dated, no aircon
The location and price is what makes these apartments good. The apartments are small and basic, but clean. Easy quick walk to waterloo bridge, and waterloo station. Breakfast is good, once you work out what you can and can't have.
Small windows made it very hot in summer. The rooms facing the street get a lot of noise at night, so pack earplugs. Breakfast was confusing and no one was really there to tell you what you could and couldn't have, I was yelled at by the cashier for mixing the continental and hot breakfasts.
