the house was bright with large windows, I stayed in a garden room which had seats outside the door in a beautiful garden. Our host was friendly and happy to chat. The breakfast choice was exellent and they served great coffee

The bath towels were too small

The room was wonderful, spacious and very clean. During our stay there is nothing to fault this B&B Lovely 'hot' breakfast cooked to order.

The Hosts are very welcomeing and friendly. Lovely clean rooms and really great breakfast staff friendly nothing too much trouble to get for you near the beach and area surrounding there is plenty to do for all tastes. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Everything perfectly acceptable but it was NOT a Hotel; it was a good traditional B & B!

Very Central location. Perfect for exploring Sussex countryside and towns. Bunn Leisure is very close.

The St Andrews Lodge Hotel had a warm and welcoming feel about it. It was homely and clean, with lovely gardens. The beaches were lovely and there are plenty of places to drive to nearby like Chichester and Arundel. The breakfast was delicious. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

The decor was a little old fashioned in the rooms and the lounge area was tired looking. We didn't rate Selsey very highly.

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was perfect,lovely room and the breakfasts were good too. Will definately go back. Richard and Ann were very friendly and made us most welcolme.

From first to last experience, this establishment did what it said on the tin. Hats off to the owners who made our stay a pleasurable one. They were freindly and very efficient. The property was very clean. The food was very good. The garden was lovely. In our experience, what was not to like. We would most certainly stay there again.

The room was large clean, bright, spacious and very comfortable with nice toiletries in a well appointed bathroom. We had coffee on our private lovely balcony and courtesy tray with beverages inckuded and a fridge. Breakfast in a lovely dining room was served quickly and was delicious. Very convenient car parking and the hosts were very friendly and caring.

Perfect location, lovely large room with tea/coffee making and wall-mounted LCD Freeview TV if the weather keeps you indoors! Great breakfast selection and warm welcome from Richard and Ann - highly recommended.

This is an excellent Guest House/B&B and the owners are very helpful, attentive, yet discreet. We would definitely choose it again if we need relaxing accommodation in this area. The breakfast was first class and the garden rooms very quiet.
