Stanley House Hotel is a no frills basic hotel which offers good value for money. It is close to Victoria Station and Central London. |

We are sorry to inform you that we liked absolutely nothing during our stay at Stanley House Hotel. In general, the whole service received in the hotel was appalling to say the least. The staff were not friendly at all and completely unhelpful in a lot of aspects, for example there was no one was available to help us carry our luggages to the 3rd floor, as there is no lift also. Moreover, the hotel services were unbelievably inadequate according to the star rating of the hotel. I cannot believe a hotel in the middle of London would not have no water (and most importantly warm water) to have a shower or to flush the toilet. Also, there was a fire alarm that kept everybody awake for the whole night, and it was unbelievable that no one even apologised for this inconvenience or to stop the alarm. |

Quick breakfast - though not highest quality it was edible and enough. Cost, location. Clean and modern (if small) bathroom. Old TV - v bad reception, obviously decor reflects the budget. tea and coffee in thee room would be nice. SHower v small but bathroom was the best bit of the room in terms of cleanliness |

the hotel has a very very good location - only 5 min away from Victoria Station and a walk from Buckingam Palace. The rooms was warm and coisy, it all was as i expected to be. It's the perfekt one for ots price. the carpets on the floor could be more clean. |

Quiet night; Speedy service at breakfast. No coffee or tea available in room, hence a trip down about 6 flights of stairs to buy from machine. |

Its location..Close to everything.. It was not as i expected. When i make booking thru internet i choose a smoking room as there was given a choice. And the reason i choose this hotel is because other hotel did not have a smoking room available. But when i checked in i was told due to law & regulations it is no more applicable. So i suggest that choice should be removed from the advertisement. Breakfast time was too short..7.30am - 9am only. |

The staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel has an ideal location to the main attractions and yet quiet enough. |

Hotel location is very convenient, close to Victoria Station. The staff was rather polite and helpful. Sound isolation was very poor, little free space in the room. But you cannot expect more for such price. |

While the room and bathroom were small, it represented excellent value for money, as it was very clean, comfortable, and close to important London landmarks, such as Victoria Station, Westminster Abbey etc. a bargain, and a place we would certainly like to stay at again. |

Clean and comfortable budget accommodation within easy walk of Victoria train and coach station and all tourist facilties. Helpful reception staff and good full English breakfast made this hotel excellent value for money. Difficult access to some rooms (steep and narrow stairs) for elderly or infirm. |

I liked where the hotel was situated wasn't too far from a main train station (Victoria) and also the main attractions (Big Ben, Buckingham Palace) was a 10 minute walk to The only thing I didn't like was having to check out at 10am. Our coach ride wasn't til 6pm, so we had to sit around til then. |

This hotel was really close to Victoria Station which was ideal. The windows were drafty and you could hear every door opening and sqeaking floorboard in the place, not the best sleep I've had! |

It was clean and the breakfast was nice, close to Victoria Coach Station. Rooms too small, no lift and very narrow stairs, central heating was on full and could not be turned off, electricity sockets hanging off the wall. |

I chose this hotel because of its location - I was looking for a not-too-expensive hotel near Victoria Station and I needed an en-suite room. The Stanley House hotel met my expectations. The hotel needs a bit of renovation, but otherwise I have no complaints. |

I liked the 24 hour reception as I arrived at 1.30am having worked late. No problem with my booking & would definitely use booking.com again as the website is the clearest & most detailed I have ever used - full marks! I also liked the breakfast service - food was good & served quickly & efficiently by very pleasant staff. This hotel is basic but rooms are very clean & good location close to Victoria station. All in all good value for money & would definitely stay here again. For the price no complaints at all. |

very convenient for all major attractions and although on a fairly busy road our room was quiet. The room was spacious as was the bathroom which did have a toilet in it. Many budget hotels say ensuite but often lack a toilet. Plenty of hot water and the standard of hygiene in the room as well as the bathroom was excellent. Comfortable bed. A shower curtain would have been a good idea. Could do with some firmer pillows although these are minor things. The biggest gripe is the absence of a hospitality tray. One thing you want on arrival is a cup of tea, not to have to go searching for a cafe, if they had tea/coffee etc this would be the best budget hotel in Victoria. |

The main reason for chosing this hotel was its central position, close to Victoria Station and with very goog connections to the city and to Luton Airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was modest but clean, the english breakfast was ok. The narrow staircase without elevator. |

rooms have a bed, clean sheets and okay for 1 or 2 nights. Nothing fancy, but if your on low budget it is okay. I would have no problem staying there again. Not a place to bring your lover or spend a lot of time. |

This great-value, modern hotel is excellently located in London, within a 5-minute walk of Victoria coach, Tube and train stations. |
Established since 1980, this non-smoking historic hotel is conveniently located with access to all of London as it is merely minutes walking distance from the Victoria tube and train station. |
With reasonable rates and 24-hour reception, Huttons Hotel is a refurbished Victorian building, a few minutes’ walk from Victoria Coach, Train and Underground stations. |
Just metres from Victoria Coach Station and close to Victoria Railway and London Underground Station, the hotel offers great value, with free Wi-Fi and comfortable en suite rooms. |
