Everything was ok, pick-up came on time from airport and to it also (9 pounds for person). We slept just for a one night, so the price was good. We liked the early breakfast which started at 4.30 am

We needed a place to stay before a flight from Stansted, for this reason it was convenient. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. In the garden of the 'hotel' there was a huge pile of dumped rubbish - including a mattress! Lovely. We weren't made to feel welcome.

I asked to be picked up from the airport and no came.I Got a taxi.I Arrived at the hotel and it was 23.00 and asked to buy a bottle of water and the receiptionist told me to drink tap water because he did not have.Booked an executive room and gave me a room without bathroom.Tv did not work.If you want to stay in this hotel 25 pounds is more than enough.

The proximity to the airport is superb (less than 20 minutes drive) and the hotel operates a service to and from the airport which at £4.50 per trip is a third of the price the airport taxis charge. The continental breakfast buffet is plentiful and available from 3am, fantastic if you have an early flight. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay there again. My room was at the cheaper end of the price range and didn't have an ensuite bathroom although the bathroom was just next door and was exclusively for my use. The room TV was very small and wifi access in the rooms would be a welcome bonus. All in all a nice place to stay but probably best suited to anyone flying from Stansted airport, particularly early in the morning

The room was clean and comfortable The staff were rude and unhelpful. The hotel offers transfers to the airport we arranged the time and payed up front on our arrival in good faith, the transfer to the airport was over 20mins late and while waiting we spoke to the man at reception who was very rude offered no apology and informed us he didn't know how long the transfer would be and it wasnt his problem he only worked at the hotel, when we said we were going to miss our flight the receptionist shrugged his shoulders and walked off into a back room. We paid good money for the transfers and ended up running through the airport to catch our flight.

Ease of accessibility to Stanstead Airport. Cleanliness and facilities in room. Bed very comfortable. Clean towel on second night of stay. Constant warm water. Place a comfortable temperature. Would have appreciated more friendly greeting on arrival. Fresher fruit for breakfast(fruit offered was wizened and bad) Staff to be around more.

Large airy room and well furnished, very clean and tidy and maintained. It had everything we needed for our stay at a very reasonable cost. Good selection for the continental breakfast. Would rcommend and would certainly use again if in the area.

Nice small and clean hotel in a fairly quiet location, Very friendly staff, good breakfast, very good shuttle service to Stansted airport. I shall definitely stay overnight at this hotel again on my next overseas trip.

It was convenient for my very early flight at Stansted airport. I was comfortable although the room I had was quite noisy because of a busy road outside. They were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they waited for me after check in their last check in time because I was stuck on the M11. The car they had booked for me didn't show up but I'm grateful the man took me to the airport himself. My reason for staying there is because I had to catch a very early flight and for a car not to showing up without a call is worrying. It was nice of him to take me but I was very uncomfortable because he had to wake up and do this. So maybe they should use some reliable Cab companies.

Lovely comfortable ensuite room, very clean with lots of space for a hotel room. This stay was just for convenience for the airport, but the stay was enough to definitely recommend to anyone else staying for the night or longer. In a quiet location and about 5 - 7 mins from Stansted Airport. Friendly staff and airport transfer also available upon request. Excellent value for money!
