Large room, very clean, manager was very helpful, a good place for spending the night near of Stansted Airport. A bit noisy. Taxitransport from Stansted Airport: £ 9,50. Manager charges £ 3 per person for transport to the airport. |

Quiet. pleasent hosts, clean and neat room in fair distance to the airport.Friendly owners who took us to the airport. Missing fried or boiled eggs for breakfast. Missing cold juice and milk. May be a little expencive for the standard. |

That the pickup came so fast and was a nice driver. The attitude off the staff was poor and he was trying to say that my breakfast was not included which it was and after a while he said fine I will give you breakfast, in a very rude way. We booked at the lodge hotel and all off the sudden we had to stay in another hotel! Not cool! |

The room was absolutely beautiful:canopy bed, whirlpool tub, very large room. The staff was very accommodating. We were very hungry & there were no restaurants nearby, so the staff made us a couple sandwiches & beverages. |

I stayed at the DeSalis Hotel. I liked the polite staff, clean room, warm enviroment, good food, the free internet access and the airport transport. And of course the nice modern well designed building of the Hotel. Thanks for it :) Maybe the mention of airport transport in booking confirmation letter. When I get the confirmation of booking it wasn´t really clear how the airport transport works, so I took a bus and I get lost of course, but. after i called the hotel they sended a car inmediately for me. |

No-fuss but attentive staff. Continental Breakfast from 4am! £5 transfer to Stansted Airport, 7 mins. Bathroom was supposed to be en suite, but was outside room, open access. |

Convenient to airport . transfer available and good breakfast in the morning Took us 3 hours to find as sat nav did not recognise and no one knew where it was. It had no sign bigger than an ordinary house name. |

The staff person was very friendly. Good Value. The rooms were big!! and beautiful - with wood floors ! Nicely decorated. As above the rooms were big and beautiful but the doors were not solid wood (translucent glass) so when the hallway light turns on and off it is noticeable within the room even at 4:00AM when other guests are leaving for the airport - It was a bit strange. |

close to airport and quiet Transport from airport was only available after 2 phone calls which was no fun given it was late at night and very cold waiting outside. |

The airport transfer was advertised as being free however this was not the case. This should be corrected on all booking websites so as not to confuse future customers. |

I had a good experience, they were open at 1:00 AM when my plane landed from Rome. I needed a late checkin and they were there for me. The breakfast was great the next morning and the shuttle was available at the time I needed. They are doing a great job there, I would recommend to anyone who needs a good night's sleep after a long flight! |
