We didn't stay in the hotel we booked but were redirected to another in the area We booked a four bedded room.Expected a double and two singles as shown in picture.We got a double single and a camp bed accross the bottom of the other two beds |

Staff was very friendly and informative. Room was clean, good bed. Good breakfast in continental standard. Pick up from the airport was not clear. Difficulties to find the contact person, but finally ok. |

Free transfer to the airport even at very early hours. Takeaway breakfast. Really comfortable between two flights. Stay was very short, so can´t say much about the surroundings or different services. |

The pick up service we had to be early at the airport, whiich was no problem en because we booked a room with shared bathroom we could switch easily. Beds were making noise, everything looked poor and old. For the same money we booked a nicer, more comfortable guesthouse nearby stansted. |

Close to Stansted airport, transportation and staff, hot water maker and the coffee/tea/sugar and creamers. Guests were very noisy--stomping feet, slamming doors---need dampers/rugs to silence. Needs hooks in room to hang towel/clothing. |
