It did everythihg we needed. We were able to arrive late (one o'clock in the morning and were met by Mariola), were able to have breakfast eventhough it was only four o'clock in the morning to get the plane from Stansted and Mariola provided an excellent "taxi" service to and from the airport. Mariola, who mjet and drove us was excellent eventhough she was short of staff when we were there.

The close location to Stansted airport - for early morning depature from Stansted.

Access road is a pot-filled gravel/asphalt obstacle course. Bathroom down the hall. No Nearby facilities, E.G. Pubs, gas station, etc.

I will definitely visit Stansted Lodge Ltd again if I am travelling and need a place for a night or so. The room was very clean and cosy. The staff very friendly, I was offered a lift to the train station the next morning. I am very happy with the choice I have made staying at Stansted Lodge for a night. Thank you for the good service and see you again!

I like this nice countryside hotel, friendly staff, especially I like assistance of Mariolla, who was very attentive to all my needs.I feel myself like in a calm provincial cottage, good breakfast in a nicely decorated dining room, and electric kettle with tea, coffee & sugar in your room. Though it is considered 3 star hotel, there were all necessary things for bath:shampoo, body gel, liquid soap etc., which was not given even in the hotel Express Holiday Inn close to Stansted Airport asking higher price per day staying. The situation is very good both to railway station as well as to Stansted Airport, the provide picking you up both from station and airport. I highly recommend this hotel, and certainly will use it next time.

If you have an early/late flight to/from Stansted - you'd like to be earlier in bed or sleep longer: this b&b is an excellent choice . Had a bath and listened birds singing outside, very relaxing! Bed was warm and nice to sleep in. It was quiet Sunday eve, so we enjoyed Harry Potter in telly and free Wi-fi. Better than home. We also got a lift directly to the airport - we couln't dream of more:))

Great value for money! Good service, transfers from and to the airport with little money (£4 one way), ok self service breakfast included in the price, free wi-fi, comfortable bed.. What else could you ask for an airport hotel? I was very happy with my stay, no complaints. To be honest, with the price I paid, this really exceeded my expectations.

Extraordinarily clean, very friendly staff, cosy with tv and kettle for tea and great with cheap transfer to airport at odd hours.

Location, quiet

Shared bathroom but toilet didn't flush - so had to shit in somebody else's crap :-( .... I hate when the host doesn't bother to check such simple matters.

Great service; nothing was too much trouble. My return plane was over 3 hours late and they came out to the airport immediately with no complaint. It turned out that they had been dealing with timing issues all day.

I liked the homely atmosphere coupled with a very good administrative and practical serviceminded organisation at a very competitive price.
