The room is kept very clean. The free transport service to and from the airport was very helpful!! The street number is not shown in their contact address, which confused me when I tried to get there. |

Homely, friendly and courteous staff.Close by village centre, perfect location for Stansted airport, free shuttle service to the airport and value for money. Sharred facilities like bathroom but its not a real problem. |

Warm, clean, staff friendly, transfer to airport on time. Late check in ok. No shower curtain in shower. Hand held shower only, would prefer proper shower. Not able to work out how to use alarm clock. Takeaway breakfast, would prefer a toaster to make toast. |

The free airport pickup and drop-off service. Very pleasant staff. The self-serve breakfast. No yogurt was available. No filter coffee, only instant. Nobody around to assist. |

Ideal for night stop over before flight. Transfer to airport helped in decision of hotel to stay in. Room and facilities clean and ok for short stay |

Good rooms. Walking distance of the pub! The hotel reception staff were lovely, but the transfer woman on the evening of our arrival ruined the stay - she was rude and difficult |

I was there for a very short time, but the room was clean and nice, someone waited for me at the middle of the night and they had a shuttle on time to the airport the next day. The hotel was comftorbale and clean and had all I needed. |

The room was ok The shower was in a very bad state. Difficult to get warm water adequate temperature. We could not have a shower. Breakfast fair. |

A nice clean large room with plenty of hot water. The shower mixer tap on the bath was u/S. It was very difficult to maintain the right temperature of water as it kept adjusting itself to a higher temp.If a child was having a shower in the bath then scolding would be a danger. |

The BB was cozy and felt safe. It was nicely furnished and the staff was friendly and helpful. The airport transfer worked well. The walk from the train station isn't bad. We had a little trouble finding the place at night; there aren't any lights on the sign. The bathroom light didn't work, and the quick breakfast could be more ample. Over all, a good stay. |

Only there one night so not much time to be able to comment, the transfer to and from the airport was great, and the distance to the pub was excellant. No complaints about breakfast. |

Host met me at the door quite late (she stayed up to welcome me), a take away breakfast was provided, and the shuttles to the airport were great - I left at 0430h. |
