Порядок проживания в Отеле
Регистрация заезда

Аннуляция бронирования
В случае аннуляции за 7 суток до даты заезда взимается 25 процентов от стоимости всех ночей проживания
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается полная стоимость заказа
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
Разрешается проживание детей старше 8 лет.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на имеющихся кроватях взимается 100 % от стоимости проживания 1 человека за ночь.
Вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 0 .
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Депозит
25 процентов от общей стоимости проживания взимается в день бронирования и не подлежит возмещению.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.

Stansted Guest House does not offer evening meals, but there is a pub that serves food, either a 15-minute walk (country road, not lit) or a cheap taxi ride away. The pub offers traditional pub food until 20:45 (limited menus on Sundays and Public Holidays).
Stansted Airport has a number of places to eat, if you prefer to eat before you reach the guest house.
London Liverpool Street station is only 45 minutes away via the Stansted Express train or alternatively, the historic city of Cambridge can be reached in just 30 minutes.
If you are travelling to Stansted from other UK airports, please visit the website for the airport you are travelling from for the various means of transport, timetables and costs.
To reserve a parking space, Stansted Guest House requires the following information in advance, direct to them via email:
- Estimated time of arrival at the guest house.
- Estimated time of departure.
- Return day, if parking is required.
This is to guarantee your 2 days' free parking from the morning of check-out. Please note that this is not available during the week before or after Easter weekend. It is also not available between 01 July and 31 July and on all public holiday weekends. Parking within these dates (or before your stay) is at an additional cost. The guest house is unable to offer free transfers between 06:00 and 09:00 when returning to collect your car.
Opening Times:
Please note that this is not a 24-hour guest house. The guest house opens at 16:00 and closes at 23:30. Access cannot be gained outside of these times.
Payment Information:
Credit card details are taken for security purposes only. You need to pay the guest house on arrival. The guest house is not able to take Diners Club, Maestro, Switch or debit cards as security.
In cases where a credit card has been provided for security, payment of outstanding balances can be made on arrival by cash (GBP or EUR) or credit/debit card. Please note that all payments via credit/debit card are subject to a GBP 5 handling fee, charged by the guest house.
If a debit card is provided as security then the guest house will bill the card with the total cost of the stay (plus handling fee) immediately upon booking.
If you want to charge the total cost to the card provided for security, the guest house is only able to do so if they are notified by email before your arrival.
Please note that the guest house reserve the right to charge an initial deposit of 25% of the total booking cost. This is non-refundable if cancelled, if you wish to pay in either Sterling or Euros, this will be refunded back to your card, to avoid the handling charge.
Other Policies:
The guest house is strictly non-smoking. Fees are charged to those guests who do not follow this policy.
Please note that the guest house is unable to accept children under 8 years of age.
Airport Transfer Information:
When you are ready for a transfer, please telephone the guest house using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. You must telephone by 10 minutes to the hour for that hour's transfer.
We pick up in the bus terminal and will be able to let you know which bus stop we are picking up from, when you ring.
For rooms including 1 evening and 1 morning transfer:
Transfers are available between 16:00 and 23:00, and 06:00 and 10:00 (every hour, on the hour). Outside of this period, taxis are available (at an additional cost).
If your room does not include transfers, they can be booked for GBP 4 (per room, per journey). These transfers are subject to availability and pre-booking is advised. Transfers are available as above, except not before 08:00 or on Thursdays.
Transfers are only available only in the morning on the 24 and 31 December. No transfers are available on the 25 and 26 December, or 01 January.

Very friendly and cheerful greeting from owner. Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean, reliable shuttle to airport. Will definitely use again when visiting London. Check-in times were also excellent as it meant we could stay in London for the whole day. |

Best way to connect to Very Early Stansted departures. Clean and nice and frendly. Don't expect anything to eat, though. You will want to pick that up at the airport. |

The owner of the guest house was very humorous and hospitable. Although the guest house wasn't very accessible from public transport, the shuttle bus helped. The facilities in the room were in excellent condition. Being near to the airport, it gives guests more resting time in the guest house and free from worries of traffic jam. |

The room was comfortable and it was exactly as in the photograph. There was a complete tea and coffe service in the room. It was clean and the furniture was new. Extra money if you pay by credit card. An advise: nobody told us that there was individual heating in the room and we didn't discover it until we were frozen, but when we switched it on it worked properly and the room got warm quickly. Ah, another thing: there was a little misunderstood with the taxi driver who picked us up and it seemed that he wanted be payed two times: one from us and another from the b&b. |

The description on the web-site is consistent with the actual situation. Good value for money, availability and courtesy from the staff of the hotel, very good room. The only defect is of course the distance from London, but this aspect is already well known when booking. Absolutely recommended. |

The room was clean and comfortable, the en-suite facilities nicley decorated There was no phone in the room, no facility to write. There was no gues lounge to speak of and the breakfast facilities were less than inspiring. For the price I woul have expected a good deal mor that self service cereal and toast. |

Only the location. Five minutes from the airport by taxi. Unfotunately, it is impossible to walk from there to the airport as they said before we go. Yes, cold room, cold and broken shower. Miserable! |

Everything was fine, staff, rooms, etc The only downside was a note on the door of the room stating that £ 100.00 would be debited from the client credit card if caught smoking in the room.I agree with all the no smoking policies but I think that this one is illegal. |
