I can't really find 15 nice words to say about the hotel, well it was clean when we finally got inside. We were not met on arrival. We were unable to contact the hotel due to thier phone being out of order. So we had to take a cab there (added expense). No one was at the property. The neighbor told us this happened often and she always suggests walking 1/2 mile to the pub. We left early in the AM. The owner said he would order a cab and pay for it, but while he did order it he didn't pay for it, as we found out upon our arrival at the airport. Stay somewhere else! |

The courtesy and help of staff. The free transport from hotel. The provision of a snack at any time. Not on suite. I had difficulty contacting hotel. Their credit card facilities were not working, paid in cash. |

The service by the staff was excellent and the transit to the airport was timely and comfortable. The stay was excellent value for money. |

Sky television was available Bedroom was very spartan - a bed, a TV unit and clothes rail. No chair to sit on. The Continental Breakfast seemed very reasonable at first with orange juice, yoghurt, cereals but was spoilt by the bread being mouldy. Also I had expected a courtesy pick up to be transported to the hotel but no-one answered the phone when I called. |

Npthing. The best part about our stay at this excuse for a hotel was actually leaving it. Nobody there when we arrived. Had to stand at the doorstep awaiting the arrival of somebody to let us in after having to phone in order to alert them to our arrival. This, despite a prior notification of the time of arrival. Also my credit card was debited as soon as the booking was made, and not at the hotel as indicated on your confirmation. |

It is ok not so much excited about it. The credit card machine was not working. No details from where they will receive from Air Port, I was lucky enough for the assistance provided by Taxi Info desk at Air Port. The bathroom/Toilet on sharing basis which is not mentioned on website. |

Transport to and from airport as promised in the booking reservation was difficult. Owner ignored calls asking him to pick us up by hanging up his phone even when phoned by the taxi service and information desk at the airport. At breakfast there was no bread available. |

We liked the way the staff treated us, very good. The facilities are basic and the staff very trusting. We had transport to the airport and able to leave our car there, that was the plus side of it. The bottom sheets were clean but the duvet and pillow cases had been previously used. The mattress had springs coming through. Very unhealthy night. We |

The Stanstedrest is close to Stansted Airport. The free lift to and from is helpful, if the necessary contact can be made (the phone is not always manned). It is a basic budget B&B, with shared facilities. |

Owner was helpful in ordering a taxi. The breakfast arrangements were very good. We couldnt get in. Had to pay for a phone call. It was like a 'virtual' experience, with nobody about. Lights didnt work. We had to pay for taxi to airport despite the website saying the cost was included. Had to pay in cash. |

I like the fact that the hotel was close enough to the airport and the transfer from and to the airport was provided. The rooms were pretty old and the breakfast was very basic. |

large, clean room Taxi to airport booked for wrong time by staff, incurring re-book fee & hassle. On my return they had to break into their own office to recover my car keys. If I had not used their free parking service it would have been fine. |

Pick up and drop off was good. The owner picked us up and then arranged a car to drop us back at 5.30am the following morning. The self serve breakfast was great especially since we had to leave so early! The room noise was really bad and kept me awake. You can hear everything. It's a shame since the other things are great. |

This is more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel but it is cheap and clean and you get picked up and dropped off from the airport. This place is perfect if you just want a palce to sleep in between connections. |

The cost was low for a single room as most other hotels offer double rooms which carry a significantly higher cost. No telephone, no visible internet point, tea boiler in breakfast room poor in delvery and long wait to brew acup of tea - gave up in the morning. No cover oversheet for bed, which assures the duvet is clean and fresh. The owner pick-up was satisfactory, but did not transport me to the airport- he had ordered a taxi from the airport at the agreed time but I had to pay for the journey of £9. |

The owner/driver was friendly, and profusely apologised for the poor communication in getting me fetched at the airport 50 minutes after I had initially called them from the Stansted Airport coaches lounge, which left me standing and waiting out in the cold for 45 minutes at the car park to be collected. Shockingly, there were little black bugs in the bed (that looked like ticks) when I awoke scratching my face arms and legs in the morning. |

Set within the perimeter of the Airport, the Hilton London Stansted Airport hotel is 8 minutes by shuttle bus from the terminal. |
Easily accessible from the M11 and M25, the hotel offers free parking and is just a short distance from Epping Forest and London; it is also convenient for Stansted Airport. |
This newly built hotel is ideally located within 5 minutes of London Stansted Airport terminals via the hotel transfer bus, and an ideal base for both leisure or business travellers. |
