There was ample car parking, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was spotless and the shower brilliant. I ate in the Japanese restaurant and the food was superb! The decoration, whilst very clean and tidy, was a bit dated. The wallpaper was dark on the bottom, light at the top with an 80's style border in the middle. |

Efficient booking in service and internet reservations, mean confirmed reservations easy to ensure for overseas visitors. Lighting system seems a little difficult to understand. |

The hotel location is within a short distance of Swindon and had no trouble commuting into Swindon for the two days I was working there. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. My room was clean and comfortable |

Please write at least 15 words The location is good and the exterior is attractive but the interior needs updating. The Japanese restaurant was good. The room was decorated in a very old fashioned style. |

I was only there for one night and arrived fairly late in the evening, so did not get chance to use the facilities of the hotel at all. However, it is set in an excellent location and the hotel is spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Excellent value for money. |

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the room was a good size A previous residents 'hair and body' gel was left opened and half used in the shower, the food options were verylimited, unless you like Japanese food, in which case there was a reasonable choice |

Good value for money. Very picturesque exterior but with all the interior character sucked out. The write gave the impression of an english hotel with a japanese twist. The reality was more like a japanese hotel that just about caters for english tastes. The bed linen was very heavily starched and a real skin irritant. |

Great location, lovely building with superb views. Staff were noisy in the mornings when we wanted to lay in. |
