not much really. the staff didnt have a clue. ie i booked a taxi for 19.30 through reception, the girl in reception served me a drink at 19.00 and when i questioned her where my taxi was at 19.35 she said she had rang my room and there was no answer so she sent the driver on his way.she didnt even bother to walk 5 yards to the bar to tell me knowing it was for me. |

The closeness to the town centre and easy access from outside the town The showers & hot water in our room (222) could have had more power in them. The sink in our bathroom could have done with being disinfected as there was a really strong smell coming from it. The breakfast was a bit dry and needed something like baked beans to help it. |

Room was clean and fairly large, we had a family room even though there was only two of us.Staff were friendly and helpful.Breakfast was first class and plenty of choice. One small point was found it slightly chilly at night and could of done with an extra sheet on the bed,but no big deal. |

Great central location for the shops, harbour and seafront. The staff were all helpfull and friendly and there was a good breakfast to start the day. I would have prefered a quilt on the bed rather than blankets. |

Friendly and helpful staff (although a little undermanned at the time of our visit); Food was excellent and good value for money. The bedrooms have little or no soundproofing. We could hear the next door couple, and doubtless them us, the walls were like those of a tent. |

Conveniently situated to town centre and places of interest. Car parking provided . Good breakfast! Helpful staff. General lack of maintenance which gave it a "tired" feel. |
