Friendliness and the quality of the family room (room 4)

No private parking but on street parking available across the road.

Bathroom acceptable, otherwise, absolutely nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room too small. Bed very uncompfortable. Breakfast unspeakable with half a rasher of bacon, 14 baked beans, poached egg solid, sausage a solid stick of pure fat, and no real choice of cereal. Payment taken from card without any authority and the day before departure.

Large and comfortable bedroom with excellent lighting, especially for reading in bed.

Erractic shower and unfriendly welcome by one of the staff when we arrived.

Friedly and helpful staff; Warm and comfortable, Room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with excellent en-suite bathroom.

Food was good, but evening meals lacking in choice or presentation. Worst feature of this hotel, whose clients all arrive by road, was its location on a tight corner with no parking facilities or safe un- loading bay

The Hotel was a lovely place to stay. The twin room we had was very clean and spacious, and the en-suite was spotless. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The only things were - there was a plug in air freshner, which although smelt very nice, they make me cough! So although I unplugged it - the smell was there all night. Also the pillows were quite hard - wish I'd taken my own!

It was dog friendly.

The room was quite small, there was nowhere to sit apart from the bed. You could hear noise from fan outside the room.

The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. In a central location for our trip.

Very friendly staff, I stayed in one of the smaller rooms but it was perfectly adequate for what I needed, with a very large bathroom, lovely shower and comfy bed. I'm missing the cooked breakfasts already, they were lovely.

This is perhaps a hotel better suited to younger people, older travellers willing to pay more will be more satisfied with greater comfort and more space.
