There was nothing we didnt like
Clean Coffee always available.
Stairs but staff were helpful
No Bacon and egg,but excellent continental breakfast.
The sheets and bed are so comfy, great shower and soaps, lovely hosts.
TV on at breakfast
Sara was so very nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.
I loved this hotel, we had been touring Scotland and each hotel got better as we moved along, this was the last one on our travels and did not disappoint. Very modern, clean and Sarah & Blair could not be more welcoming.
nice people, nice rooms, bed for a double a bit too small, for a single perfect
It was clean, the staff were friendly, the bed was very comfortable, they do not do a cooked breakfast but there was plenty of choice of fresh food, which suited me very much! The location was perfect as we were heading for the Highlands from Yorkshire. This was our second visit this year and plan to return again next year!
Really good service, nice people. Nice continental breakfast and after a long walk the shower was heavenly. The cosy room had a very good price/quality ratio.
The wifi didn't reach all the way to our room.
It is clean, easy, close to the centre, the people who run it are really friendly and helpful. It is a recommendable economic stay.
nothing.I cant think of anything sorry.
The room and dining-room were as good as any I've stayed in. The owners/staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, which made for a lovely relaxed stay.I'll stay longer next time hopefully.
Room Bathroom Location
No reception, so arrange to get the keys
Sarah was an exceptionally friendly host and greeted us with a warm welcome. Coffee machine was five star as were the heated croissants.
Room 6 was very small although, in fairness, this was flagged up in advance. Sloping roof above the bed meant it was a challenge to avoid banging your head - which we did a few times!
Well decorated, rooms were excellent and clean, in a good location.
We were given a warm welcome to a spotlessly clean establishment which is located in the centre of Aberfeldy. The room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was excellent.
Nothing to dislike
A very nice welcome, the room was beautiful and newly furnished, excellent facilities. Good breakfast.
Super welcoming staff, really clean room. Would happily stay there again.
Sloping roof - but we knew about that before we booked.
Sarah was the perfect hostess, a lovely lady to meet you & see to all your needs, help if you require it, room was very clean , bed comfortable , we were a party of 4 & had a very pleasant stay , would definitely recommend The Station House .
There was nothing what so ever I didn't like about our stay at The Station House ,
Everything was perfect, room was clean and comfortable can't fault anything. The owners were lovely too. Will definitely return to station house when we come back to Aberfeldy.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and clean. Bed was comfy and large.
Windows did not keep out the noise of the traffic or the work being carried out next door. Although they were double glazed the did not fit properly. Light sleepers beware. The shower could do with something in it to hold the soap or toiletries.
Coffee machine, great breakfast, spotlessly clean and very friendly.
Everyone I spoke to at the Station House was extremely friendly and helpful. I was grateful that they let me into the house outside normal check-in hours. The whole guesthouse seems brand new. Excellent large bathroom with a luxury shower. Very comfortable bed.
It's a minor point, but it was hard to darken my single bedroom at the top of the house. The sun woke me up very early. Curtains might be more effective than the roll-up blinds in this room.
The young girl working on the day was very pleasant and bubbly, great first impression! Let us check in early to get ready for a wedding with no issues or hassle. The place is freshly painted, very clean and bright. The rooms are basic but again clean and modern, wifi and tv. The bathroom very nice and modern too (often a let down in places). Overall, great value for money and everything you need. Not a typical tired and dated country hotel. Would recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in a clean hotel/B&B.
The breakfast was ok, museli, cereals, toast, cold meets etc. all fine but after a heavy night I was really wanting (hoping) for a traditional cooked breakfast which wasn't an option. Only negative but to be fair this was in the description when I booked but I hadn't read it properly. Also, if you are looking for a traditional Scottish hotel with stag heads on the wall this is not for you. I find such places typically tired and over priced but each to their own.
Love the coffee machine. I want one.
