Nothing, staff were polite but casual. Sheets had not been changed in room and no towels were provided when I first went in. When I phoned reception the receptionist did not want organise anything right away. I had to insist to get action. Very unsatisactory, so I did not bother with breakfast. Room was too hot, window would not open properly. |

Couldn't find the hotel car park, if there was one. Used a multi story car park which was a short walk away. |

Location - less than a minute's walk from Aberdeen train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Good, and decently priced breakfast buffet (£6 for Continental breakfast, £8 for full English.) Spacious and well appointed room. The entire hotel is non-smoking only, which was not clear from the information on Booking.com. Very slow WiFi Internet connection. |

I was five minutes late in going down for breakfast on my first morning. But the waiter nevertheless provided some food. They charged me a lot of money (150 pounds) for a "wet bed". I am a little incontinent; some hotels just wash and dry the sheets. , |

It was central for my needs to get about. Although friendly and comfortable, it was a bit tired looking and could do with a fresh coat of paint. |

the location of the hotel was the only really positive thing. bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard. room temp at night was too hot even with window wide open as it was a very small window for the room, food was poor quality as was the service. waited at the bar for 20mins without being served, eventully just went back to the room. as a result of our first evening we did not use any of the offered facillities the next evening. |

The standard of the publi9c areas was very poor. The hotel, once a great building. is in dire need of refurbishment. Access to my hotel room was via the dining room and bar. |

Not much. Your booking site led me to believe that smoking rooms were available. The entire hotel was non smoking. My policy is not to stay in hotels that discriminate against 25% of the population. I will not be using your service again. |

Central location. Ease of checkin and out. Room facilities and privacy. The manageress went out of her way to make sure we were not inconvienienced by the obvious lack of staff on the Saturday night, due to a function being held although under pressure, she took the time to apologise and made sure we were ok. Lack of english speaking staff. Dirty plates left outside of lift for most of the day. The hotel is starting to look rundown and could be doing with re furbishment |
