Staff were very helpful in making me a meal (that was not on the menu) to suit my dietary (intolerances) requirements at short notice. I could not open the bathroom window and therefore there was no extraction/ventilation as a consequence. Also, I could not turn the room radiator/heating down to suit me. |

The hotel has a lot of charactor and i loved the high ceilings and everything about the hotel. The room heat up very quickly and had a great view over the car park and train station so i could see my partner coming out of station. The beds were comfy also the free car parking is a great bonus The shower was roasting hot and nothing i could do 2 change the temperature also shower head was looking agaisnt the wall kept having to hold it up |

rooms were very big and comfy. very clean and good decor could have done with the rooms being a bit warmer during the winter, drinks and food less pricey and maybe a vending machine or snacs available 24 hrs from reception as were were very hungry and no whare was open 2 eat or 2 buy food. |

The hotel was very central The shower was not working and was either very hot of freezing cold. There did not seem to be many staff around to help and they did not seem to have much local knowlege |

Our room was brilliant and well heated. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extremely poor and atrociously overpriced. |

The company we were with Some of the staff were rude, some fixtures and fittings were shoddy, large damp patch and peeling paper in the bedroom. Overall we got what we paid for and other than a few rude staff members the others were very good and it's possible the faults were already noted for repair. |

The accommodation was substantial, the food was good, the rooms were clean and it was reasonably easy to find It was extremely cold and some of the waiting staff had a bit of an attitude, but overall, they were alright. |
