the location of the hotel - very easy to find coming off motorway

the food was very good

the noise in the bathroom every time you pulled the plug was like an express train going through the middle of the hotel

The package was good value; the evening meal was excellent.

the room was very poor; the bathroom far too small; the windows let the draught through and the wind rattled the loose fitting door all night!

Reception staff pleasant . The first room we where given had a window that wouldn't close, but reception re allocated us another room which was good, it is an old Hotel right next to bus and train station but there was no problem with noise. The food was good and was good value for the price.

The waiter on breakfast had only to give out toast and coffee and keep buffet style breakfast topped up (which was great) but he did not appear to want to be there.

good breakfast. Very friendly and kindly reception, who help well

1. the room was not so quiet. 2. we get no no-smoking room (but I have not ask for an other)

the staff were as friendly as anything and i felt like i had never left home

not ata all i loved it and i will certainly use the hotel for my next break away

That is was near the station and had a great deal eg dbb for £79.95

Some of the staff were inexperienced and surly and the creaky floorboards of he rooms either side and up above kept us awake every time sometime got up

the windows did not close properly and the inner window rattled

City Centre Hotel, size of room, friendly, helpful reception staff.

Toilet door did not open from inside, which i reported, dust covering the wall behind the bed. I attended a ceilidh with 250 people sttending, there was not enough bar staff, this should have been forseen.

The hotel is very run down and has deteriorated badly in recent years

There was an unlikely, limited selection on the set menu, but we chose from it because we thought that it would surely be good. The three of us had the three different starters, main courses and desserts on offer; all of it was horrible. Also, the room was dirty; my husband had bites on his arms, legs and torso when he got up in the morning, presumably from fleas in the bed.

Only the staff, enviroment was very poor!

I have to say from broken windows to lack of chairs, dirty kettle, noisy toilet system, no toilet roll holder, poor shower facilities. I could count nearly 20 problems with the room.
