The package was good value; the evening meal was excellent. the room was very poor; the bathroom far too small; the windows let the draught through and the wind rattled the loose fitting door all night! |

central location reasonable price paid when booked online The bedroom was clean and equipped with everything you would need for an overnight stay although it and the shower room were a bit small and too hot the window when opened rattled and there was occasional noise from the train station. When we checked in they could not find our booking from booking.com but I had brought a copy of my email confirmation with me - luckily they had one dble room left |

Reception staff pleasant . The first room we where given had a window that wouldn't close, but reception re allocated us another room which was good, it is an old Hotel right next to bus and train station but there was no problem with noise. The food was good and was good value for the price. The waiter on breakfast had only to give out toast and coffee and keep buffet style breakfast topped up (which was great) but he did not appear to want to be there. |

That is was near the station and had a great deal eg dbb for £79.95 Some of the staff were inexperienced and surly and the creaky floorboards of he rooms either side and up above kept us awake every time sometime got up |

The convenience of the location for the town centre. The air conditioning on the outside of the building is quite noisy, but would depend which room you are allocated how much this would annoy you. |

City Centre Hotel, size of room, friendly, helpful reception staff. Toilet door did not open from inside, which i reported, dust covering the wall behind the bed. I attended a ceilidh with 250 people sttending, there was not enough bar staff, this should have been forseen. |

This hotel was a complete disgrace. How you can advertise it I do not know. Here are a few comments: 1. Poorly trained staff 2. Appalling, dirty facilities 3. Shower did not work 4. Terrible beds and linen 5. Heating on through the night with no controls 6. Windows jammed 7. Half- hour wait for a pint at bar! 8. Understaffed 9. Terrible food. This was shoddy and disgraceful. |

There was an unlikely, limited selection on the set menu, but we chose from it because we thought that it would surely be good. The three of us had the three different starters, main courses and desserts on offer; all of it was horrible. Also, the room was dirty; my husband had bites on his arms, legs and torso when he got up in the morning, presumably from fleas in the bed. |

town center was nice and the people friendly. No Heating in room, broken chair, smelt of smoke (heavy) had to move room to a smaller room. Why put me and my partner in that room knowing the heating was down on that wing. not happy with the standards £80 one night no b/fast? |

Only the staff, enviroment was very poor! I have to say from broken windows to lack of chairs, dirty kettle, noisy toilet system, no toilet roll holder, poor shower facilities. I could count nearly 20 problems with the room. |
