Air condition was not very efficient. The room was too hot Was allocated a double room when I asked for a twin. It did not matter on this occasion but when I enquired at reception they said that the reservation from booking .com did not specify room type. They showed me the paperwork from booking .com which backed them up. This seems to be a regular occurence in which they have to guess at the room type required..

we had a large double en-suite room, very spacious, enormous power shower. Rooms kept super clean with very friendly staff. Breakfast was varied and great, also made to your specifications.

About 15 minutes walk from Euston Station and 15 minute walk from Oxford Street and Theatres. Excellent location to stay and a very nice area. Good rooms, quiet location and friendly staff. 24 hour reception. All in all we would recommend this hotel and will be staying next time we visit London. Thanks very much. The shower was cold on one of the mornings, I think because all the other guests had used the hot water! Water was just right following that.

The location was ok- walking distance to SoHo and Tottenham Court Rd. The neighbourhood has some pretty Georgian architecture but is residential & offices. The hotel advertises free wifi- but the catch is that the wifi barely works. It has all kinds of technical issues and even when you're in the lobby it's patchy. If you need good access to wifi don;t stay here! the shower had lukewarm water, it never got really hot. It was just fine for me but may not be for others. there were some bad smells in the hallway (no idea what it was) and in my bathroom (sewer...) Overall, I don;t think this hotel was worth the 160 GBP I paid.

Good location, very clean and comfortable room, not overly priced. This smaller establishment was quiet and provided essentially a high standard without extras that may have increased the price for this type of accommodation.The whole place was very clean bright and comfortable with friendly helpful staff on hand. Nothing really to dislike. The only observations being that upper floor rooms are stair access only and could be a problem for less able people, however there are ground floor rooms in that case. The standard room was on the small side but manageable. The cooked breakfast could have been better.

First impressions were worrying - worn carpet, bored receptionist, but this all changed when we got to our rooms (one double, one twin). Both were large, clean and could easily have been in a 4 star hotel. Thin walls, though! Breakfast was simple but with the option of a freshly cooked fry-up with items of your choice it was very good. We had the facility of a locked garage for our car (at £20.00 for 24 hours) which made our bill for one night for two rooms £390.00. Quite expensive for what we got, but am realistic enough to realise it would have been more in a 'hotel' in London. Location was perfectly adequate - walkable to a tube. We found with 4 of us staying it was cheaper to get a taxi to Oxford Street & Covent garden than the tube.

The location is excellent, walking to most places, without having to use the Tube too much. Perhaps not having a bar to join others in the hotel when returning after an evening at the Theatre.

This hotel was perfect for our trip to the theatre in London, only 20 mins walk to soho square. Very clean and well equipped room. Staff friendly and polite. A great breakfast also. No lift but a walk up three flights of stairs wasn't a problem for us

the location is only 7 min from a tube station can walk for 15 minutes by foot to the center and the theatres. room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast is good. too expensive. no lift and we had to climb to 2nd floor with suitcase. the room was stuffy and we could not open a window. the AC was inefficient. the location is in a buissness area and quite deserted at night.

On ne nous a pas attribué les chambres " large one" que nous avions réservées.Après réclamation, ils ont accepté de diminuer le prix de nos chambres de 10£ !Très bruyant malgré les doubles vitrages.
