Good Location friendly helpfull staff the breakfast was a very good start too the day
nothing to say
Location and the possibilite to leave the luggage in the hotel after get the flight. The breakfast was simple, but very good.
The team were nice but when we need the help with a problem on the apartment, the recepcionist was not so helpful.
The staff at Gower Hotel were extremely helpful and pleasant. There was someone at reception at all stages, all of which knew the city very well and were more than happy to help.
There was very little I didn't like about the hotel bar that it could be extremely warm at times, the heating was constantly on but despite that I really enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast was very good with many options and well cooked and the staff were pleasant. Location was good.
We had an emergency when we lost our credit cards and our cell phone would not work. We asked to use the reception phone and reverse charge a call to our bank. He outright refused. We had to walk the streets to find a working public phone. Ended up screaming down the phone (due to the noise) on Paddington station. Very stressful and so unnecessary.
The staff were professional and accommodating. The location was easily accessible to the airport and public transit to explore downtown. The Gower is not a fancy hotel but it has what is most important... a comfortable, safe and clean space for an inexpensive price.
Friendly staff, helped with everything.
Close to ameneties. Very close to Paddington Tube and Station. On a main bus route. Very friendly staff. 24hour access. Triple rooms available.
We were in a downstairs room. It was very warm and we had to open the window for air. Our window opened into a covered courtyard where staff congregated and chatted. It was a little disturbing.
Position was good and fairly quiet. Clean and tidy nothing was too much trouble and well managed.
The price was expensive for what we got but it is London and compared well. No shower gel in the bathroom luckily I had brought some.
Proximity to central London. Friendly staff. 24 hour check-in.
Thin walls so could here neighbour snoring. Wait staff were loud preparing breakfast in the morning - 630am on a Saturday.
The rooms were spacious enough, nicely done and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location is simply unbeatable for that price.
I wish they would offer porridge for breakfast - however they had a lot to offer for breakfast, I'm not complaining!
We stayed in Gower hotel for four nights. The staff was very helpfull, they carried my moms suitcase to our room without me even asking. Our three-bed room was very clean, and so was the bathroom, only the shower was on a small side. Our room faced the street, with window open we could hear the traffic, but it wasn't too noisy. We were hapy to have breakfast in hotel, it is a great way to get some energy for a long day. It wasn' the best I've had and it wasn't the worst, but honestly we didn't travel to London for food. Overall, we wer quite happy with the hotel.
Central, friendly staff and stuff
Size of room in relation to cost.
Shoe box sized room, located in the basement, directly next to the breakfast room, so any chance of sleeping later than 6.30am was impossible.
GOOD LOCATION , MANAGER IS VERY CO-OPERATIVE AND READY TO HELP IN EVERY SPHERE.
SIZE OF TOILETS ARE TOO SMALL.
a lot of noise.
Location near Paddington Station and buses. Kensington Gardens Quiet area Very helpful staff. 24 hour reception. Porterage available.
73 steps to fourth floor to small, over warm room with undersized double bed. Breakfast is very basic with little choice.
Ease of access to Paddington Station and walking distance to many wonderful sights
Heater was broken and could not be turned off and the lax attention to our complaints concerning it.
Great location, clean room. Was alone so didn't need much space. Staff helped with hauling bag up stairs. Unfit or elderly might find no lift a problem if room on upper floors. Free wifi in room was grest.
Number of stairs.
Very basic breakfast was shocking
Location, close to express to heathrow, good breakfast included
Nothing, all was good
Excellent location ,friendly staff especially MR.ALFRED in the reception.,good breakfast, room is OK average size Really I enjoyed in this hotel.
I was in the third floor and there is no lift. Weather was hot in the room, although there is no air condition ,but they provide me with fan,so every thing become Ok
Helpful welcoming staff, well positioned (short walk from Paddington Station ) Being able to drop bags off, good value proper English breakfast.
Nothing, it was bang on good value.
Great reception staff, very clean and tidy.
Breakfast was a disaster. Too many guests arrived for breakfast and staff could not cope. One member of staff in a bad mood and ignored us. Other staff member very apologetic for delay.
Location Size of room Friendly and helpful staff
