These 24-hour luxury furnished apartments offer a prime city centre location and sophisticated facilities including a fitted kitchen, living room with comfortable sofas and a balcony.

Each apartment features a balcony overlooking the city or an attractive courtyard area. Double or twin style bedrooms are also available, along with sofa beds and deluxe bathrooms that feature a bath and shower. A one bedroom apartment sleeps a maximum of 3 people, the one bedroom executive sleeps a maximum of 4 people and the 2 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 5 people.

The apartments are a short walk from the famous Bull Ring and The Mail Box shopping centres, the vibrant night life of Broad Street, China Town and Arcadian Centre. When you return from exploring the city, StayBirmingham offer modern living spaces in which to relax in comfort.

Deposit

A fixed amount of GBP 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Location, modern spacious facilities, have used and liked Arc Apartments before so didn't hesitate with this one.

Not happened before but check-in was slow, room wasn't ready at specified check-in time, had to go back to reception after check-in to ask for room to be cleaned.

It took 5 attempts and much walking to and fro before the cvorrect room was found. Staff were unaware of which rooms faced the internal courtyard which i specified. Some rooms had broken furniture which was poor

I was given a 1 bedroom apartment.. after paying for a 2 bedroom apartment. I was then told there was a mistake made and that there is a sofa bed in the living room for the 2nd person. This was unaccetable. I did not find the receptionist helpful. The room was then discounted but the first offer was a discount of £20 only. I had paid £115 for the room initally. I was not happy with the servie.

An apartment rather than a traditional hiotel

Not easy to find where to check in. The bed was dirty and had not been changed.
