What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic. I loved the informal set up. |

Kitchen was brilliantly equipped. Shower was excellent. Selection of Channels on TV was brilliant. No Bar to have drinks in and no Restaurant |

The concept of self-catering within a hotel setting is a good one and particularly useful if you have young children. The tv/internet/entertainment/wi-fi facilities very good. The range of choice and quality of the breakfast was excellent. Pity there's no bar, but can understand why. Just a minor point - the complimentary welcome bottle of beer was much appreciated...a complimentary bottle opener would have helped! |

Everything! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I have been recommending the hotel to all my friends. Oasis were playing at the Echo stadium on the night of my stay and when I returned from a conference dinner the lounge was occupied by a group of people who had been at the concert and were obviously drunk. Their language was blue and the room stank of the smell of pizza. they causd no trouble but I felt too uncomfortable to stay in their company. No staff were present to monitor their behaviour. |

The room was excellent..all you would need for a short stay or a longer one if you wanted to eat in..or out. Decor and style of room was impressive. Bathroom/toiletries/shower was first rate. The directions/car park arrangements could be clearer.I tried to enter via the rear enterance (next to the car park) and found the automatic door locked. I rang the buzzer several times with no answer..finally gave up and went around the front to gain entry..again...poor signage on the front of the hotel |

The Suites is easily accessible and convenient to the Albert Dock and city centre. The Staybridge refers to itself as a 'home from home' and we certainly felt very much at home there. The room was very clean and comfortable, and very modern, too. The staff were friendly and helpful. |

New hotel ... good room facilities as all roms were suites ... good shared facilities. Good to have a hotel that offers home facilities including the ability to cook if you wanted too. Not clearly identifiable from the road. Illuminated sign not working. In fact had to ask where the hotel was at the Jury's Inn which is right next door to it and I discovered I had parked my car outside while I went into the Jury's Inn. |
