The location was excellent, with attractions within walking distance.

Although car parking was close and safe, even with a discount it was an added expense. I would have liked the room serviced after the first night.

I liked the Hotel deco, was very nice and neutral. Staff were pleasant and room was spacious with a comfortable bed! Breakfast was also included in the price which you do not get everywhere so it was a nice bonus.

I was really dissapointed with the size of the room, I would not call it an apartment at all, it is not an apartment, it was a standard size room with a small kitchenette and bathroom, however all facilities were there which were great. I stayed at 'The Block' in March 2012 which is near 'Staybridge Suites' and it was three times the size for the same price, I will be going back to 'The Block' next time, and it was also quieter. I am dissapointed as I expected 'Staybridge Suites' to be this luxurious place but it is a shame that it was not as good as they make out to be.

Forget that this hotel is located perfectly in the City centre, it has a car park right next door, it is really good value, it looks and feels new and clean throughout, this hotel has polite helpful staff, a quality feel comparable to the local Marroit, Sky Sports channels free of charge, super soft towels you wish you could take home, deposit safes, an extensive continental breakfast included, super soft beds and bedding and an almost surprising relaxed feel. We stopped here in April 2012, the hotel was full and it was so so peaceful. A great nights sleep, great room (King Suite), good good breakfast, worth every penny and we will return.

Our room was great. It was clean and had everything we needed- pots, pans, coffee, iron, glasses, etc. The location was great. We were right near Albert docks which was a great location close to tours, attractions, and shopping. Breakfast had lots of great options for the average diet. I can't have gluten or dairy due to allergies and there wasn't a lot for me to choose from, just some fruit. The front desk was helpful at recommending places to eat and telling us how to get to places. Overall, we had a fabulous time in Liverpool and Staybridge was a perfect launching/relaxing place.

Quality of rooms is fantastic and the location is spot on. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.

There is no bar, although beverages are available behind reception.

We had a lovely, comfortable, good-sized, spotless room and more than adequate breakfast. Excellent location in the heart of everything and reasonably quiet.

I was very dissapointed with the view. With the hotel being situated on the waterfront I expected stunning views however we got to look at a multi- storey car park. Couldn't order any food either, as we had a kitchenette in our room. They expect you to buy food from their pantry. Also the tv was on the blink, kept going off and on, air con wouldn't work. I'm puzzled as to who this hotel is aimed at, who wants to go away and cook!
