The rooms are beautiful and luxurious and you are close to the shops We stayed for 2 nights but we didn't see anybody to clean the room. |

het hotel is dicht bij het centrum van liverpool ,het is keurig verzorgt het personeel vriendelijk en een goed verzorgdt ontbijt buffet met ruime keuze het onverstaanbare liverpoolse accent ,dat Sakia Meier wel 5keer uitgelegt heeft dat zij de boeking doet voor haar schoonouders,maar dat dat maar niet begrepen word |

Goede kamer met,als je zou willen koken,een volledig ingerricht keukentje,incl.vaatwasser.Wij hebben heerlijk 2x bij Gusto gegeten(Albert Dock) Prima ontbijt en perfecte ligging,zeer dichtbij het centrum. |

The hotel has thought of everything, the rooms are beautiful with the added bonus of a kitchen - perfect! Directions to the hotel - not being able to find it using a TOM TOM - this must prove very frustrating for staff constantly answering the phone to lost guests! |

the location of the hotel was really good close to the dockland area and a five minute walk into town centre. the room was nice and spacious and clean. When we had dealings with staff they were nice, friendly and helpful. Good it had a secure car parking as well the only thing i can fault the hotel on was it was a self contained room but had no cutlery in the room what is only a minor thing |

I thought the room was lovely and the staff were very friendly. I felt very comfortable there. There was a welcoming atmosphere. I think the room was smaller than i expected and a little expensive. |

The hotel is in a lovely location by the docks and has easy access to all the amenities in the city centre. We had a lovely stay at the staybridge, the room was spacious and clean and the staff were all very friendly. |

Excellent rooms with good facilities, friendly staff, great location, excellent breakfast They had no record of our booking.com reservation, it was fortunate they had 3 rooms available!! |

Ease of parking. Convenient location close to city centre and Albert Dock. Very comfortable bed. Hard to work out how to switch on the hob to make coffee! Would have been nice to have a small carton of fresh milk in the fridge. |

Staybridge suites is in a very good location approx 5 mins walk into the centre and situated at the Albert Docks which has lovely surroundings. The room which we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. A very modern room with good internal design. I was not made aware there would be no cleaners at the weekend and we were staying for 2 nights. Taking a shower or 2 every day meant we had to use the same towels. I asked reception for fresh towels to be taken to my room but after a few hours they had not arrived and therefore we had to go to reception to collect them. |

Unusual approach to conventional accomadation . Very pleasant experience and would recommend laid back and pleasant atmosphere . Late check in not clear on application , would probably reconsidered if we had realised but dont let it put you of the experience . |

Hotel location was great. The room was immaculate, stylish and comfortable. Perhaps some biscuits could have been provided with the tea/ coffee facility! |
