Staybridge Suites London- Stratford  

Staff were wonderful, and the location was fantastic - right by all the restaurants outside Westfield.

The fridge in the room was very loud - I had to turn it off to get to sleep. The price was a bit high for what it was. It's not really a suite, it's a normal hotel room with a tiny kitchen tacked on. There were none of the usual hotel extras - like bottled water. A shame because the staff were so helpful

I expected a spacios apartment but it was the size of an average double room. Misleading pictures. WiFi not good enough.

My young kids and I stayed at staybridge suites in April and it was an amazing experience. Reception staff (Sophie, Timothy and Nicholas) were friendly and exceptional at all times. The breakfast was great as well as there was enough to eat for everyone....the kids loved the scrambled eggs, lol. Its right in the mall so shopping was within very easy access and we didn't have to take our jackets out for shopping when it got cold. I've already recommended to hotel to my friends and will definitely definitely stay here again and again. Keep up the good work guys.

Hot food breakfast variety - I don't eat pork/ham. 90% of time it was scrambled eggs and hashbrowns.

It's a cross between a hotel and and apartment which allows you to be very flexible with regard to cooking your own meals, getting a takeaway (which can be delivered according to the literature in my room) or going out to one of the many eateries at the Westfield Centre which is where the hotel is located. The location for me was fine as I was on business visiting clients all over Greater London, so not being right in the city centre wasn't an issue. Parking is good value for money at £5.00 per day and the car parks are spotless. If you're staying at the Staybridge Suites I would suggest that you use car park b and head for rows 100 - 105 on the lower ground or 200 - 205 on the level above. Look out for the elevator for Aspens Casino/Staybridge Suites or the escalator which also comes out very near to the hotel entrance which is almost next door to Prada. If you like shops then you'll be in heaven as there's pretty much every shop you can possibly think of from designer to the usual high street chains. The rooms are of a good standard and have everything you need to cook for yourself if you wish. For those that are into technology you even have Apple tv which allows you to connect a compatible device and play your music, films or display your photos on the flat screen tv. Breakfast was of the buffet variety with a chioice of hot or continental, but perfectly adequate. I was there 4 nights and they seem to alternate the hot food choice between savoury pancakes no bacon then next day bacon and scrambled eggs, there's always beens and sausages! The coffee is great and you can even fill a takeway cup and take it with you. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience and I've no doubt I will be back to stay there again.

*The suites were clean *12 meters from the entrance of Westfield mall. *Big comfortable suites with great bathroom and great furniture. *Apple tv in the room (all hotels must have one..) *Very kind customers.

Tasty breakfast buffet with freshly baked croissants, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice view from the restaurant, location in the middle of the shopping centre so nice and tidy around. Quite new and modern.

The ventilation system on the roof of the other building was very loud and audible even through the closed window (which has been very dirty, so couldn't see much through as well). The hob has not been cleaned properly with burned stains left on it. The drainage hole in the shower not cleaned with some yellow stains around.

The stay was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. We stayed for a birthday and the manager provided a bottle of wine free of charge which we thought was very kind. The shopping centre is downstairs and there are many places to eat. I will be coming back.

Rooms are clean and well taken care of, very furnished including a full kitchen. Very close to the Stratford tube station and practically inside the shopping centre. Makes it very comfortable. Hotel staff are polite and cordial, more than willing to take the time to help you in whatever you need and offer advice. Short walk into Stratford centre and the tube makes it very easy to go anywhere else. Window also opened to allow changing of the air in the room.

The Stratford stop is the first in Zone 3 of the London Public Transport system. Room temperature kept dropping to a lower setting thus becoming cold during the night. Breakfast although plentiful with a mix of hot and cold, is a bit bland and changes slightly day by day, so one day could be better or worse than the next. Breakfast hours finish early.

Everything is excellent, spacey room, friendly staff, location, breakfast and price. I highly recommend this hotel if you do not mind Stratford itself.

It can be hard to find the hotel once you enter into the Westfield shopping centre. As soon as you exit from the tube station, go up to the ground floor then you can easily find it.

its a clean hotel with nice facilities. the complimentary breakfast is also nice.

Room was very nice. The location very close to Mall is a strong point. The subway station is at 5 min walk.

Breakfast was very poor, with very few choice of foods. Also the heating could be a little higher because on the night become too cold.

I loved this hotel. Having been to London on a number of occasions I was used to the expensive rooms which were TINY! The Staybridge suites are a break from this. The room is very spacious and is great value. Breakfast is also included which is a plus. The hotel really strives to be a home away from home. The hotel is right in the middle of Westfield Stratford City shopping centre and is only 3 tube stops away from central London. I would highly recommend it and I will be returning.

I really liked the kindness of the staff, always smiling and very helpful. The rooms are also very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped with two flat screens and an Apple TV!

The breakfast buffet was not very attractive but I did not try anything as I have only coffee in the morning...

High quality accommodation - generously sized bathroom and shower with quality fittings, good size comfortable bed, well fitted kitchen area. Breakfast service also excellent in top floor lounge dining area with views over the city. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Secure parking at only £5 per day. Would stay there again as my preferred choice for that area.
