Staycity Serviced Apartments London Heathrow  

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and bright and well outfitted for our short stay. Supermarket was just on the other side of building and couldn't be closer to train station.

The entrance was hard to find when arriving from the train station. The neighborhood was okay at best.

Reservation of 200 pounds on my card above the price.

locked windows.two singles beds instead of one double. had to wait to check in. different appartment which were booked.

everything it was well equipped, modern, comfortable. close to food shops and Tesco express. transport to London was on the doorstep. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I also didn't know where to go but there were people to help me.

the clothes dryers were terrible

Rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. 2 min walk to train station and quick to get into London/airport.

Nothing to not like!

Apartments were great for the money. Conveniently located and easy to get into the city as well as farther out. London Motor Museum is right around the corner. Apartments were well equipped and spacious enough for a family of four.

Very difficult to find and to get into just to check-in. Needs more signage.

the appartement was small but new and clean.it was near the train station and the bus from heathrow stops infront of the door. when we have problem with the toilet only the two men receptionists was kind!! the blond tall and the short brunette!!

problem with the toilet !! no shampoo or soap !!! no cleaning!!! you have to ask and try to find this hotel!!! no sign!!

perfect location, 20 min by train to Paddington. Tesco at the door with everything needed, nice selection for breakfast. The 1-bedroom apt was new, clean and large staff warm & helpful At the 4th floor no noise from the train station

Great location, very secure, nice floor plan for sharers needing privacy with bedroom and living separate. Tesco express for fresh food just down stairs. I have already booked my next stay there next week.

Some flexibility on check-in time, as rooms become clean, would be nice. I am arriving on early flights from US each visit and must wait up to 7 hours to access the room (at the 2:30 pm check-in time).

It was very easy to get to the airport from here.

Our apartment was not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed, we ended up keeping our shoes on because our socks were getting so dirty. The bathroom reeked of urine - we cleaned up around the toilet & there wasn't urine there, it was like it had soaked into the tiles or something? There was hair in the tub. The glasses in the kitchen were greasy. The apartment smelled strongly of curry. If we were not so tired and were staying for more than a night, we would have tried to find somewhere else to go.

I am not sure I liked Hayes itself as a town really, apart from the most convinient train station, just next to Stay City Apartments

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated

Their staff is very rude & they do not listen to client and their issues. I had requested for call back from someone responsible from 1st day of stay but still awaiting call back (I left hotel 3 days back after 3 days of stay - so 6 days effectively). They do not seems to care for their guest but just their money. One lady was very rude in particular when I informed that I was expecting call from Manager but did not got that, she was like so what shall I do, that's not my issue. Very terrible place.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. It was very convenient to train and bus links. Very nice apartment building with good security.

While it was very good to have a variety of tv stations including Sky Sports, I would have liked to have Sky 1 and Sky Atlantic. This is a very small thing and didn't really matter but would have been a bonus. It was further from Heathrow by taxi than we expected but perfect by Heathrow connect.

Well equipped, clean, 24 hr reception, modern, good access to transport links to Central London.

Reception ran out of key fobs so it was annoying to rely on others to gain entry into complex. Expensive car park at £14 per night when br car park next door was £3 per day. Misleading on brochure saying sky tv, but was only the freesat channels. Hayes is a rough area, ok if you are wanting to catch the train next door, although there was a sign up from the police of a recent stabbing.

Best apartment...very clean with every facility, near to train station and tesco!! will come here again if I ever visit London again...also will recommend my friends to stay in Staycity apartment!!

The location was brilliant, 2 mins walk to Hayes and Harlington station which was 20 mins into Paddington. Modern accommodation, warm and comfy plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children age 10 & 13. There was a Tesco metro on site, ideal for bits & bobs but not a massive selection.

We requested 2 single beds and got a double. A little bit more time could have been taken to clean the apartment. The cupboards did not have what the basic's for a family of four - only 3 plates, 2 mugs etc.

Size of apartment for the money. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location close to Heathrow and the station for central London. Close to shops. Well equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms.

Difficult to find entrance. Difficult to gain entry for car park as call button located on passenger side too far away to press from car. Sofa neither comfortable as a sofa or a bed. £200 security deposit which could take up to 20 working days if card used.

Great location! The hotel is in front of the Hayes and Harlington station (literally 2 minutes on walk). You catch a train and in 20 minutes you are in London Paddington.

Our studio room was very small and there was barely the space for the travel cot (which was provided by the hotel)
