Hotellin sisäänkäynti järjestely vaikea.

Uusi hotelli, tilavat ja rauhalliset huoneistot sekä huoneessa erinomaiset mukavuudet. Aivan Hayes & Harlington juna-aseman sekä Tesco supermarketin vieressä, ja aika lähellä Heathrown lentokenttää. Hyvät yhteydet Lontoon Paddingtonin juna-asemalle. Kannattaa pyytää huone sisäpihan puolelta, eikä junaradan puolelta. New hotel, spacious apartments. Excellent amenities in the room. Right next to Hayes & Harlington train station and Tesco supermarket. Quite near to Heathrow airport. Good connections to London Paddington train station. Ask for the room to be in the courtyard, not by the railway tracks.

Henkilökunta voisi olla aloitteellisempaa. mm. kulkuavainta porttiin ja hotelliin ei saa jos ei sitä osaa pyytää. You need to ask for key to the hotel and the gate, it should be offered automatically.

Uudet, siistit ja hiljaiset huoneistot joissa on todella hyvät ja kattavat mukavuudet ja varustelut, sekä keittiö. Hotellin sijainti aivan Hayes & Harlington:in juna aseman vieressä. Juna Lontoon Paddingtoniin n.18 minuuttia noin 4 kertaa tunnissa. Heathrow:n lentokentälle n.6 minuuttia junalla 2 kertaa tunnissa. Hotellin kanssa samassa kompleksissa Tescon supermarket joka on avoinna kello 23.00 saakka. New, clean and peaceful apartment. Good amenities plus kitchen. Next to Hayes and Harlington train station. 18 minutes to London Paddington, about 4 times in hour; 6 minutes to Heathrow airport about 2 times in hour. In same complex there is Tesco supermarket which is open until 11 pm

Hotelli sijaitsee High Point Villagen takaosassa ja sisäänkäynti on joko "asema aukion" ihan oikealta laidalta tai Tescon vasemmalla puolella olevan porttikongin kautta. Molemmissa on lukossa olevat portit ja vaativat joko kulkuavaimen tai summerin soiton että niistä pääsee läpi. Opasteet ovat puutteelliset ja hotelli ei antanut ohjeita porteista kulkemiseen. Kulkuavaimenkin sai vasta kun sitä pyysi. Kiinteistö ei halua että hotellin asukkaat käyttävät Tescon viereistä kulkuporttia kello 22.30 jälkeen. Tämä ei ole iso ongelma kun osaa heti sisään kirjautuessa pyytää kulkuavaimen. Signs to Hotel not very good. Hotel in rear end of High Point Village. Hotel could better inform its clients how to use the gates to hotel and give "key" to gates automatically. We didnt get the keys before we asked for them. Gates are left side to Tesco and on the right side in train station square. They dont want the guest to use the gate besides Tesco after 10.30 pm. This is not a big problem just remember to ask for gate keys when you check in to the hotel.

Best option hotel near Heathrow. Take the Train to Hayes, not a cab.

Trying to take a cab there is a nightmare! There is no street address and the post code takes you to the other side of the rail line. The entrance is NOT signed and because it is not a traditional hotel, it is very confusing to find.

1. Very slow and unwelcoming check in 2. £200 desposit only advised after booking...very poor 3. £14 for car park never mentioned at time of booking 4. Inability to open windows 5. The fact you have to stare at a high cement wall out of the windows 6. Extra linen in the cupboard was on the floor out of the covers, very poor 7. No desk to work at

It took me some time to find the hotel. Not enough signs. Also not enough emphasis about the deposit on confirmation which should be with credit card or cash.

Some of staff was so rough one behavour was so strange .on the day of check out after five days of staying and nobody clean the room ,they make me await to check the room then he told me that there is problem of some tissue and papers in ground and that I should return and clean it!!!!!???? Then after some argue other staff say ok ok you can go ..really 1st time in my life I see such behavior .I think they should make staff more polite

The bedroom sizes were just right did not feel small. Suited us as a family.

Could hear above floors shower..which they started using at 3am!

The location was excellent and the apartment had all the required equipment for a self-catering stay with a family.

The bays for the car park are not clearly marked.

Staycity was very good the bed was excellent very comfortable, the room was clean, it is right next to the train station and tesco supermarket is only downstairs so it was easy to cook for ourselves in the appartment. it took abit to figure out where to go once we arrived, but once we sorted that out it was a great stay.another plus is they have laundry facilities. staff were helpful also overall good stay. If going to legoland organise a prebooked taxi service it is way cheaper - reception did this for us only wish we had organised a pick up after lego land - because the cab home cost 2x on the way there!

The area where the apartments are located is awful,the apartment was dirty,last minute surprise that you need to pay an extra 200 pounds on checking in,bathrooms are tatty,infact revolting & need upgrading.They wanted me to pay an extra 10 pounds for early check in which I refused to do,never heard of that anywhere else,what a rip off.
