Great location - central but apartments are quiet Large apartment nicely furnished 24 hour concierge - friendly and welcoming

Wi-fi is free but you need to register for it to work Parking garage requires a key pass (apartment complex only has a few to give out at any one time so you might have to wait).

The facilities inside the apartments were very good. The design was also nice.

Only one key per apartment, not very practical for a group of people sharing. There were some questionable stains on the bedding.

The apartments were very central to all amenities in the city centre. They were very clean and of a good standard. The decor was nice and quiet trendy and minimal.

The lighting in the apartment for getting ready to go our on our night out was quiet poor. There was only 1 mirror in the hallway.

Everything was great

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. It is hung up on the top and you can't lower it, with minimum splashes. I had difficulty washing my feet after touring in Edinburgh. But, overall I had great experience in Edinburgh and that apartment enhanced my experience.

Large apartments with good sized rooms. Comfortable.

No cleaning materials (eg dishwashing tablet, one small roll of toilet paper and one small soap for three people).

I like the location, the fully equipped kitchen, friendly staff.

Value for money, a good alternative to a smaller hotel room, near the conference venue at which we were exhibiting, close to the City centre. Staff tried to be helpful

The £200 deposit ( ps. you don't have to leave a deposit at a hotel!!). The lounge wasn't that well furnished - it was very functional and not that comfortable. The key cards didn't work very well on the apartment door and the main block entrance. Had to visit reception several times to get the key cards re-programmed . Although being quite new the apartment block was unattractive .

Well finished appartments,noise was limited,nice location easy to walk into centre or train/bus facilities close to hand.Staff were really good and put right the few issues we had without delay.

Not a lot really,just ensure you check the inventory on arrival and report anything missing/damaged as we found several things that if we had not reported may have been deducted from the £200 security deposit,other than that its a great place to stay.

We do not like that our security deposit of GBP200 taken from our credit card on April 28 2013, has not been refunded. May 9

The apartement was setteled in a quite corner of the city. Staycity pronounces, that the guest should behave quietly.

Our neibours checked out 5am in the morning, not so queitly.

The location was within walking distance of Edinburgh.

The Apartments were initially difficult to find even with the Satnav.

Reasonably close to the main attractions of the city centre. Comfortable accommodation. Clean with self catering facilities if required. Separate dining room/area.

More crockery needed to utilise the dishwasher facility perhaps (not a major problem). Could be ready for a refurbish as there were some marks on walls and holes/dents in plasterwork from previous occupiers but overall not bad.

- Sometimes you can smell other people cooking (just turn on your air system to remove this) - a bit off city centre (15 to 30 mins walk)

Modern facilities. Warm. Free wifi. Helpful staff. Own kitchen and very clean
