Absolutely central, but away from the crowds in the heavens. We really enjoyed the feeling of privacy even with curtains wide open to enjoy the night vista. Great to have our 'preferred at home' breakfast of coffee, muesli and orange juice ( but better as we squeezed our own oranges to be extra fresh).
Bathroom a bit tight, lack of cutlery and bowls in the kitchen, wardrobe taken up by iron and ironing board - just needs better shelving. Décor and furniture looking a bit jaded now - probably a bit harsh but it is time to think about redecoration to suit the advertised image. BUT none of these things would stop me booking again - it's something different for a stay in central Birmingham.
Everything was tatty and tired. A suggested replacement apartment was even worse with the sofa having sharp metal objects where you were supposed to sit. Perhaps I missed something on the advert and this was an additional service
The whole package. Particularly the young guys who helped me get another room when I cocked up the booking.
Light switches were too many and completely confusing
parking facilities need to be worked on.my first stay here I was able to walk through the bull ring after it was closed but now you cant, car park closes early so there is a time limit to go out and come back.
I rented this apartment for one night mainly based on its location, but also for a bit of luxury. It was right in the middle of the city centre, so the views were very impressive. We all enjoyed our stay, just wish we'd booked for longer. The staff were very helpful from even before we arrived (we called for directions to a car park and they explained where to find it and that they would be able to take money off the price of parking if we gave them the ticket).
Stayed on the 19th floor and the view was amazing. Totally central and very convenient. I would definitely stay again.
There was no washing up sponge or brush to do the washing up.
Great location, caring helpful staff, stunning views out of the 'floor to ceiling' windows, kitchen with everything you need.
Had a small problem with a taxi which the hotel ordered for me, which made me very short of time to get to a meeting. The staff however, were really apologetic, followed through with the taxi company, and even checked with me the next day what had happened, which was greatly appreciated.
The view from the balcony was amazing worth every penny.
Wow: bit more expensive than local hotels but worth every penny. Especially appreciated the fresh milk, coffee & cereals - just right for a one night stay or welcome pack.
I could only stay one night!
Absolute luxury and very cosy Would love another night there
Bit costly for one night
Great hotel staff! Fab Rooms! Location second to none! Did I mention great staff??
Room was dirty, stain on sheets and sticky floor. Bathroom floor gets wet as there are no shower doors. Bathroom fan did not work Kitchenware was dirty, TV is tiny and sounds terrible and to top it off staff are only there for a wage. Took fifteen minutes to get a key for our room and room service was nothing but dumping towels and closing the door.
Checking in/out (staff) View Clean floors Kitchen facilities Sky TV Board games Washing machine!
Hairs all over the bed Broken hairdryer Very warm Uncomfortable bed Dirty bathroom (Sink and shower) Both lifts broke (19th floor) No phone in room (bad mobile signal) Tiny TV with terrible sound Dirty cups and plates Dirty wardrobe Very little hot water in the morning
Staff was really friendly and helpful, room was beautiful will definitely be staying again :)
Haven't got a bad word to say about the hotel or staff :) happy customer
Well looked after, Simon was very engaging; great flat with panoramic views. Well equipped and comfortable. Felt like home as soon as my partner and I arrived.
Leaving the next day!
Location could not be better ,,, great views from upper floors ,,, right next to Bull ring shopping mall ,,, yeah it's coool
The quality of the room .. I was expecting a little better but still well the stay and value for money
The reception staff were brilliant very friendly, welcoming and approachable
Location was superb, right in the heart of Birmingham's Bullring and in close proximity to the bars and clubs. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were welcoming, understanding and very courteous during our stay Penthouse layout and view is one to be seen and enjoyed
Shower temperature was intermittent Not a fan of the wet room as it doesn't dry quickly enough

Noisy lads next door
The whole atmosphere and beautiful decor - it made us feel special on a special birthday.
The only thing I would suggest is a hair dryer as I don't travel with one as everywhere else seems to supply one.
Friendly helpful staff especially Simon on reception was so welcoming when I arrived after a long flight and then a drive from Heathrow Loved the muesli and fresh oranges to juice great idea Great view of st Martin s church and bullring I shall stay again when I return to England
Wifi didn't work at first but Simon again sorted that so couldn't complain very happy with help given
The parking situation is terrible Good for people traveling by train !
Kitchen/breakfast facilities provided
Looks a bit more luxurious in the adverts than it is in reality!
Panoramic view and windows that slide fully open; on the 19th floor! (There is a balcony style barrier) You can watch the city go to sleep and wake up. High spec clean apartment presented with a sense of style
