Staying Cool At Rotunda, Birmingham - Serviced Apartments  

Check in check out. Bed very comfy. View.Amazing. Access to City centre. Complementary Bottle of Wine cause window was broken (nice touch). Oranges and orange press again nice touch. Coffee machine and coffee excellent.

Llift was filthy. Rubbish everywhere (made very bad first impression). Comunal areas need tidying. Carpets and furniture (sofa) were worn and due replacement. Shower head needs de calcifying. Tv rediculously small.

Some of the stuff in the apartment were broken( sliding door inside room) , also one bathroom sink was blocked.

Fantastic all round!

Its a wow the apartment looks fab,incredible views and if you want something different, this is it. The staff and their attention to detail is second to none.The location is perfect too.

Staff were friendly and helpful, liked that I was put on the top floor, no noise, in a perfect location. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Would stop again it had everything I needed.

I wasnt sure whether someone had thrown the second half of the sofa out of the window. It was also unclear from the website whether there was a balcony. Finally, there was no Apple computer which is fine however if i'd known I could have brought my own. Suggestion to update website.

Views Sofas

No heating in place so apartment was very cold with all that glass. Wifi didn't work & when I asked staff on door to help me they were not very helpful! No mini bar! Parking charge for Penthouse customers!

Apartment was of fantastic design quality, amazing view and location could not have been more central. Staff helpful, relaxed and friendly.

Only a couple of (minor) things: - The room cleans take place quite late (mine was done only after 2pm) and perhaps could be done earlier in the day - I would have appreciated a blender in the kitchen.

Super welcome on arrival. Really helpful and on a great winters day to be greated with a smile was fantastic.

There are other apartments in Birmingham offering more for less - beyond the fact you have a view (which other places can also offer) there is nothing extra that warrants the cost.

The apartments were great,views and location amazing and staff very helpful

I think it should have been more obvious upon booking that the windows slide open fully! My boyfriend sleepwalks and it led to some concern and having to belt the handles together!

Our apartment wasn't serviced!!!! There weren't enough oranges/teabags. It was enough for one. We shared a glass of orange juice on both days

The apartment offered was fantastic!!

Car park directions were vague, we circled 1hour before we found the secluded parking space. We had asked the receptionist twice for directions. If you refer to tripadvisor, we were not the only folks who could not locate the carpark The apartments have no facility to dial downstairs to reception for help Hot water ran out in both showers leaving us to shiver in the winter cold mid-bath The who,e building was not well maintained The apartment was not clean!
