We arrived early but were checked in without any problems, we walked to the city centre and arena from the stay inn both within a few minutes. We were asked to move our car because it was just out of view from the cctv security that they provide overnight. This hotel was more than value for money. We will definately be staying again. |

it is convenient and has parking. The £55 a night price for a double is more appropriate than the £65 we paid last time |

The girl who checked us in, then served us on the bar, then served us dinner (think she must be the only employee) was very helpful and polite. Staff didn't know how to pull a decent pint. Rooms you couldn't swing a cat in!! Restaurant service was appauling. The table next to ours got one meal, and then 30 minutes later their other meal came out!! |

Its location, very close to the shopping centre and the MEN arena I booked a family room so thought it would be a decent size, however it was tiny and there was no room. Even a single room at a Travel Lodge is much much bigger! The bathroom was tiny too and it was hard to get any privacy. There was no lock on the bathroom door and that little room that the door kept getting knocked when we were trying to get changed and the door kept opening. |

The hotel is ideally located for the MEN arena and the city centre. Bopth are in walkinging distance and the hotel staff were happy to giove directions. The room was very small but clean, especially the bathroom. The room was very small and there was a draft coming through the window which made it quite cold and let traffic noise in. |
