Perfect Location for men. Good in room facilities for price. Reception staff helpful. Free parking. Room was very cold when we checked in. Would have also preferred a duvet rather than a blanket. Breakfast was ok but could have been so much better. Seemed a bit disorganised. No cutlery. Lots of dirty tables. Wasn't sure where we ordered toast. Some of the hot breakfast was cold when it arrived. No host presence.

Location to Arena (main purpose to our stay). Staff very approachable and helpful. The room we had was a nice size and well maintained. Food good for value and a nice selection of options. Also shower gel available in dispensers (as we forgot to bring any). The bed didn't have enough thickness of covering just a sheet and thin quilt. Room wasn't warm enough for that. The TV seemed to be just terrestrial channels but every so often while we were watching it it would flick to Sky menu screen without us touching anything on the remote. Was quite annoying.

Location went to event at men and this hotel is only a 10 min walk away Food seemed expensive and there is not a lot of choice in the area if on foot. Bathroom very small. Hotel on busy junction so hear traffic early in the morning

The staff made us feel welcome on arrival and helped us to orientate the area and the directions we needed to the centre of Manchester. All the public areas are clean, tidy and cheerful, we were pleasantly suprised at the high standards everywhere. Our breakfast was made to order, therefore freshly cooked and very tasty. All the staff contributed to our very enjoyable stay
