I liked the fact that it had a cosy inviting reception area which was very welcoming as we arrived. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and funtional. It was nice to have the eating facitlity located in the hotel and to be able to get a cup of tea even though it was late when we returned to the hotel. Service in the restaurant was very good and we had a lovely breakfast with a good variety of buffet items and a freshly cooked fried breakfast. It was nice to be able to check out of the hotel at 11.30, I think this is a reasonable time especially as we were up very late as we went to a night club. I do not have any real complaints...the only thing I would point out is that the remote control on the tv didn't work and one of the sockets was faulty and we were unable to use it. but these were very minor problems that didn't affect our stay and probably could have been rectifyed easily.

We were a group of 3 femail adults and Stay Inn Manchester was one of the only places that would let all 3 of us share a room. Staff could of been slightly more aware of things.

The staff were friendly and helpful and it was good to have a 24 hour reception. No lifts,en-suite room was to small the tv did not have enough choice of channels.

Very convenient for City Centre with good parking facilities. Room was comfortable and clean. TV could do with updating and the glazing on the window therefore it was cold and noisy with the sound of early morning traffic.

Close to men Arena and Railway Station. Arrived during frosty weather on pavements and carpark - no attempt to make safe for walking on. Room was tiny - shower-room was no bigger than a cupboard. Value for money - not in a month of Sundays - £65.00 per night and no breakfast - too expensive. We stayed two nights here - never again. We stayed at Jurys Inn Liverpool for one night - cost including breakfast - £59.00 for a Superior Room - one double bed and one single bed with a spacious bathroom - now that's value for money

Distance from city centre, M.E.n arena. Food terrible and very expensive for what you had. Bathroom area not clean, mattress of the bed in poor condition. Bad area to stay in manchester, crime is very high there.

Location for City centre and onward links to other parts of Manchester. The helpfullness of the desk staff. The price. Room and bathroom clean and tidy. We had one evening meal which was awfull. Bathroom nice but very small. Small old fashion tv

The room was comfortable and was a short walk to the men Arena and the city centre. I didn't think that the room was value for money it was a bit too over - priced. I have stayed in other hotels that were cheaper and still got the same facilities that were at Stay Inn Manchester

Was perfect for our overnight stay as we were going to the men arena just down the road. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive for what it was. Room was ok but bathroom although suitable for purpose, was crampt.
