The apartment was clean and all basic items were provided. The staff also responded promptly to all our requests and we enjoyed our stay.
Despite notifying the apartment earlier about early check-in due to the early arrival of our flight, we were not allowed in till 3pm and after spending 9hrs on the plane, we had to wait around the city centre for more than 4 hours in the scorching sun. The staff on duty at check-in was not friendly and was not ready to help. As this is the third time my family is staying at this apartment, and our first two stays were good, but after this recent one, I am not sure if I want to stay here in future.
location free wi-fi
Lots of space, modern and good location
Sofa beds needed new mattress. Not comfortable at all
We loved how close it was to the city centre, the staff were so friendly and helpful, definitely would recommend stay city serviced apartments (manchester) to anyone, Thankyou for yet another amazing stay ! ;)
The apartment was beautiful and excellent value
Second bedroom had windows onto main courtyard, people shouting across it could be heard quite loudly.
I ask for double bed and i get two Singel beds just join together.
I was very very disapponted with the stay and would not recommend to anybody!!
Apartment layout was great, nice & private..close to supermarket. A nice walk to the city centre. Staff were friendly & helpful.
Washer/dry was hard to operate but worked it out eventually :-)
Great modern apartment, with helpful, polite and very friendly staff!
The good thing there is a washing machine , and the big living room
The staff were unfriendly , dirty windows and floor , the bedsheet was old and dirty
d accomodation was convinient as regards to space and access to stores.
no house keeping
Size of apartment - got upgrade to penthouse secure parking friendly staff let us check in early
Lift - only one and stops at every floor whether going up or down.
The location is good and all the staff are kind.
The wifi signal is bad and it's slow.
Very good size and excellent staff
I'm not a fan of two single beds being joined to make a double!! Unfortunately no double beds available
Rooms were spacious, Clean and had everything needed to make it a home from home!! Bright and airy and in a great location average 6 minute walk from the station!!! Would stay here again
Wifi was not great and I couldn't access it!! Having to go the front for a smoking was an inconvenience as others disregarded the rules and smoked in the common balconys
Very clean and tidy, incredible views of the city from our 12th floor penthouse. Extremely comfortable.
The car park was a nightmare to get into, fully automated lift system makes things more complicated than they have to be. Also may be a little expensive if staying for an extended period of time - we were only in manchester for one night.
The staff were lovely and always helpful. When we arrived at 8.30am, we couldn't check in but we didn't mind as we had made plans for the day. We arrived back at 3.30pm and checked in immediately. We left our suitcases in the lockers provided, for £2 each. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for a 1 bed apartment. The sofa bed was comfortable too which we was a happy surprise. We used the free WiFi in the apartment but found the signal wasn't as great the further away from reception we were but thats to be expected. The location is great; 5mins walk from Piccadilly Station and not even 5mins from Market Street, Arndale Shopping Centre, Printworks, etc. We always got taxis back at night and they were cheap enough, and was only over £5 when we stopped at a McDonalds Drive Thru outside the city. The taxi to the airport was a set rate of £20.
We weren't given small towels for hair; we had to go out and purchase some in Primark. We weren't too put out by this as we were probably just being fussy but it might be a problem for others. There was 1 mirror in the bedroom, with no sockets near it for drying hair, etc; we packed an extension cable so we were ok but without one it would have been impossible.
There was alot of noise from partying apartments when we arrived but by the time we had parked the car the receptionist had already moved us to an apartment away from the noise which was good as our girls had an early morning start swimming at a competition at the aquatics centre.
I liked the fact the apartment was self serviced, I got to cook what ever I wanted. It was very spacious. Had a big enough bathroom
I did not like the fact that some of the staff, did not respond to some of our requests, especially when we requested for toiletries and towels. Some of my guests were not allowed in before 11pm.
Cooking facilities Cleanliness Bathroom good
Bad location Very noisy Small bedroom
Quite place u will feel like at your home the bed and kitchen was very clean
Theres no wifi its chargable and expensive acording to the hotel books in the flat
Taking into account our request for a balcony! Friendly staff.
Small reception area which can become a bit crowded at times. No toilettes available in lobby after checking out.
All the space..two showers, two bedrooms...the furnishings..
Lack of smoking option
The apartment was clean and larger then I expected.
Parking was a nightmare. Sofa which was also a sofa bed was ripped and scuffed. Some of the lights had no bulbs in. It was the most noisy place I have ever stayed in. I tried ringing many times before my arrival as I was lost and reception did not answer when I finally did arrive two people were at reception. I wouldn't stay here again. I actually booked three nights but left after two.
