Stressless and facilities a short 10 minute walk to Piccadilly, all be the area a little run down but would stay again.
Annoying buzz from the 'newly' installed isolation unit but this was rectified by the staff when complained about it.
Very poorly maintained, furniture is worn and tatty, bathroom suit had issues with toilet flush. First night large sliding door was broken, room was cold (snowing outside), wind whistled all night and noise from fans of nearby industry. Reported problems to reception first night but nobody came to help. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Location of apartment is a long walk from transport links eg tram and from the city centre itself.
Its really bad experience with this hotel and I am not recommended to you due to many reasons. 1- No internet despite they mentioned it's clearly in their site. 2-No help and not care about guests. 3-You should accept what they told to you otherwise not accepted. your are free in selection but I highly not recommend this hotel.
Staff very welcoming. Good value for money. Grateful that our requests were met.
The lift wasn't reliable, quicker to use stairs but a pain if on upper levels.
nothing at all.
The receptionist was rude and unhelpful she didnt have a clue what she was talking about. I was told my friends arent alllowed in the apartment after 12 yet they were charged £20 to come in and an hour later security was knocking on our door for them to leave. Will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone. Also the sofa bed was disgusting all the leather was peeled off. Vile.
Great rooms, comfy beds, good central location.
Really noisy all night long, from 2300 until 0730 the noise from other guests made it impossible to sleep. This was a mid-week night!
Apartments really spacious and perfect for a gathering of friends getting ready to go out in Manchester. All kitted out with everything you light need.
12pm would have been a better checkout time as we all struggled to be out for 11am
The noise from the boiler couldn't sleep got half refund but staff had terrible attitude spoke to me like I was a peice if rubbish they acted like little school girls and did everything to try and not to help me
Great location and nice apartment.
Bathroom fan is SO loud that you can hear it when other flats use theirs. Walls are also thin so you can hear noise. You could feel the springs in the sofa bed which wasn't great.
lovely apatments and great stay thank you so much
close to everything you need and the staff were great and friendly
had a few problems with the lift not working
spacious apartment and all mod cons
Could not get a decent Wifi signal
good location. near by city center and comfort flat
The room was really clean
The WIFI didnt work
My teenage daughter and her friends were very impressed with the apartment and loved it.
I liked the car parking facilities and was grateful to get my car back unharmed after it's adventure into the bowels of the earth! I enjoyed the flat's close proximity to the city and the thoughtful present of pancakes:)
The window cleaners could do a more efficient job - they hardly touched the glass and just smeared the dirt around a bit! Not the best example of British workmanship.
The staff are brilliant and the girl on the desk reconised us as soon as we went to check in. Always nice when people remember you and ask about you. The staff where happy to help when we needed to move rooms.
We were put in a room with a sofa bed for our 2 year old. Happy enough we went to pull it out in to a bed to find no mattress. Had to call reception who offered us another room on a different level this was at half 9 10 o'clock. We said no because we were trying to get the baby to sleep. Then then rang back and offered us at room on the same level. It was an in convince the baby then wouldnt settle and took more time getting Her to sleep. The previous room had cigarette ends in the sink and the room had not been cleaned properly at all.
From the moment we checked in the staff were super helpful (wish I could remember the girls name). Apartment gorgeous. Excellent location. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
The size of the 2-bed flat (upgraded from a one-bed), warm and welcoming with 2 bathrooms and spacious kitchen/living area and separate washing machine.
The lack of heating in the bathrooms which made it difficult to dry the towels, as well as the noise at night from the outside atrium area.
The staff are always great, but when someone got into my apartment at 4am and was too drunk/stoned to leave, the staff dealt with the situation brilliantly. They helped the person find the correct apartment, helped the person get up and out, and dealt with the whole thing with no fuss and a lot of apologies - it wasn't their fault, but they were absolutely brilliant. You hope that nothing goes wrong when you stay in a place like this, but if it does go wrong, you want staff who really help you to sort it out. These people did, and I think they deserve real credit for it. Give them your business as a way of supporting this kind of service. The price of the apartments is always excellent too, and they're lovely and spacious as well as central.
The wifi is a pain - I couldn't access it at all in the evening. It's one of those where you have to log in with a voucher code supplied at reception. It's a rubbish system, to be honest.
The concept of sharing the cost and a home from home sort of basis.
Only a TV. Very basic. No music system.
The staff was perfect that's the reason I would come back and stay ,
The car park
Location, size of apartment and generally quiet with everything closed. Great shower and good sized kitchen.
Bed was way too soft and both rooms had two single beds pushed together with a double mattress bunged on top. The sofa and chair had seen better days and it all felt a bit sterile.
Great beds got an upgrade. Bath was huge. All very clean and spacious. Very comfortable
Generally really good apartment
Location a little too far to walk from town. Slightly dodgy looking location to walk at night.
