Highly recommended. Perfect location for beaches, railway and shops. Received well by owners, and facilites more than adequate for our short stay in Newquay. Rooms tastefully decorated, as was the lounge and dining area. Would definately stay there again. |

Comfortable, felt like home. Breakfast better than mum's, excellent service,great advice for places to see, eat, shop, etc. Spotless, bed very comfy. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back. Louise and John are fantastic hosts. |

The friendliness of Louise and John, the rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. The location of the guesthouse was fantastic - we were right on the door step of newquays town but also it was situated far enough away so that we were not disturbed from others enjoying their stay at Newquay.We will definately ne going back to stay again. We had difficulty getting in due to the key not working very well, this is the only area that we as a party of 6 visiting have to comment on. |

extremly lovely place to stay on your trip to Newquay! Perfectly friendly staff and the room was just great. Only a few meters to the beach and local shops and nightlife but the hotel itself was in a rather calm area. |

Swift and smooth reception; immediately fixed a mini-fridge in the room (milk for the cereals) since we had to leave before breakfast time. Soft and noisy bed! |

It was central, clean and owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and had a view down to the town from the bay window Not really - maybe the bathroom was a bit too small |

Excellent service, lovely and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts. Modern and stylish hotel. Thick walls isolating the noise from the busy town at night. Special features such as a mini-fridge, iPod docking radio, free internet access etc. |

Nice breakfast. The room faced the very busy street. The parking space located five mins walk from the B&B where was no lighting facility. It was completely dark at night. |

The Louise and John could not have done more to make our stay a success. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was friendly and the food good. Location is central but still allowed for a quiet night's sleep. |

The friendliness of the owners, John & Louise. They made us feel very welcome. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of it. Hotel very close to town centre and all amenities. Hope to come back again later this year. |
