The quality of the accommodation and facilities. The friendly welcome and the helpfulness of all the staff. The varied and tasty food. The beautiful views from the restaurant, lounge and outside decks ( we didn't have a sea view room, next time we will). My wife has arthritis in her spine and hips and requires chiropractic cold packs which were kept cold for her at all times. We being of mature years were very appreciative of the assistance with our luggage. Finally but none the less important, the large and comfortable bed.

Stayed 2 nights in "better sea view "room having been upgraded from "standard sea view" on arrival. Felt as if we had been away a week it was relaxing. The views from our balcony were outstanding. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful everythign I would expect from a luxury spa hotel. The small spa was managed well so that we saw no more than 3 others in at the same time the massage was very professional the infinity pool location is outstanding and the design of the place makes use of the local geography perfectly

Lovely spa smells assail your nostrils as soon as you open the entrance door. The welcome is friendly and smiling. The spa facilities, most especially the infinity pool, were so relaxing. The bar was a good, modern open design with a fire and this led into the restaurant overlooking Saundersfoot bay. The super kingsize bed was soft and comfortable within a pleasant room.

Location was fab and service excellent. Although we booked one of the smaller rooms it was beautifully furnished with a luxury bathroom. The spa is one of the best we have stayed in with a spectacular view over Saundersfoot harbour from the infinity pool.

The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The beautiful views. Booked the hotel as a 50th birthday treat. The hotel is very expensive therefore our expectations were high. Everything was up to standard until we dined at the Cliff restaurant. We didn't have a starter and ordered our main meal which took an hour to arrive. When I complained I was told that it was due to all the diners arriving at once (less than 20, mostly couples). The Maître d' came to apologise. When the food arrived we were starving as it was now 9.15pm. After finishing the Maître d collected our plates and explained there had been an accident in the kitchen which had caused the delay and would we accept a dessert and coffee as recompense. By this time all joy had been taken out of the meal and we declined. For two simple meals of fillet steak and salmon (salmon dry and salty) this was poor show.

The staff were very friendly The hotel charges extra for absolutely everything, even the Spa when you are a guest there. It is really poor value for money so I wouldn't go again or recommend it to anyone.

We liked the relaxed atmosphere and the welcome received by the member of staff.we liked the decor of the hotel and the airy feel of the rooms and splendid views.we enjoyed the spa experience. We did notice in the bathroom the stale smell of the shower curtain which did leave an odour in the room which was very noticable on bathing. ALSO WE DID NOT LIKE THE STEP IN THE BEDROOM WHICH WE FELT COULD BE QUITE DANGEROUS AT NIGHTIME ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER PEOPLE. HOWEVER, IN GENERAL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AND WILL WANT TO COME AGAIN AS LONG AS WE COULD HAVE ANOTHER ROOM!

The main reasons for choosing St.Brides Hotel was the fact it was highly recommended to us by friends and also its location.Walking being one of our hobbies gave us the opportunity to take advantage of the Pembrokeshire coastal path and enjoy the stunning scenery along the coastline. The facilities afforded by the hotel were very good and the level of service was excellent. A very enjoyable experience which we hope to repeat later in the year.

We just had a two day stay at the St.Brides Spa Hotel and could not fault it, the food was lovely especially the cooked breakfast, the room was a bit on the small side but lovey decorated. The staff could not do enough for you. The only thing we were dissapointed with is that you had to pay £25 for 90 to use the spa, I think if you are staying there as a guest this should be free!!! But we will definitely go back and stay again.

Fantastic view, comfortable rooms, easy access to the town and it's facilities. I don't think they should charge hotel guests to use the spa.
