The thermal spa location, fantastic. This sells the hotel if nothing else. Staff very nice & friendly, lovely sea views and great having a fridge in the room too.

We really appreciated the great staff, their courtesy and skill. The views and overall ambience are better than expected. Well worth the stay, we will return.

Wonderful location, helpful and friendly staff. Delightful breakfast and a very nice spa. If you need a few days relaxing in this very scenic part of the world and can afford it then this is worth your consideration.

The only negative is I thought the price for was quite high for the accommodation - other than that I can't find any faults with this hotel.

- Thermal pool with view to the sea - Room service was fantastic (cleaning twice a day)

- spiders in the toilet - rooms could have been bit more spacious - view to the beach from rooms was poor

Excellent location, lovely modern very well maintained hotel with very friendly attentive staff and good food. Some nice touches in the room like a bottle of milk in the fridge for tea and coffee instead of those pesky little uht cartons

Spa facilities were limited (but clean and in very good condition) compared to other spa hotels we have stayed in, one free visit to the wet spa I.E.use of sauna and steam rooms and small infinity pool per stay then £35 per visit seems pretty mean. Room on small side but nice furnished and very tidy

The hotel is equipped to a very high standard with top quality furnishings and fittings. It is immaculately maintained. The reception and spa staff are extremely welcoming, polite and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent. The spa is one of the best I have ever been to. The ambiance is generally relaxing and the room we stayed in was reasonably quiet. The views from the spa are outstanding and would be hard to match anywhere.The agreement with the local restaurants is cleverly managed enabling a stress-free booking process and ability to charge the meal to our room with gave an 'all inclusive' feel to the stay.We were escorted to our room by the check-in staff which was a lovely personal touch. We enjoyed it so much we booked a return visit before we left! We thoroughly recommend it.

The evening menu in the Cliff and Gallery restaurant did not strike us as particularly good value for money. The portions are very small and the side dishes seem rather overpriced.However the quality of the food was reasonable. The staff during the evening service were rather aloof and appeared stressed on arrival, seeming more focused on ensuring that we had made a booking than in taking our order for drinks at the bar. When we politely ordered two drinks the waiter responded by barking out a question as to whether we had booked a table and then rushed off into the restaurant to confirm this before returning to the bar and serving the drinks. This could have been better handled from a customer service point of view. Only the Cliff restaurant menu was offered although both the Gallery and the Cliff menus are available and the Gallery one was offered only on request.

Not only a wonderful location with stunning views, but faultless staff make this a venue to return to, highly recommended.

I have stayed here before in a much better room and the views etc were brilliant.

We had to stay in a disabled room as it was valentine weekend and very busy. The wet room was awful; everytime we went in after a shower the bottoms of our trousers were soaked. The cheap nasty bins in bathroom fall over when you open them. The hairdriers let the luxury aspect down. I have RSI and keeping hold of the 'on button' to dry hair is very tiresome and painful.

Spa was great and nice food in the restaurant.

Design of the hotel making it access friendly & so relaxing, the lounge bar felt really welcoming & cosy with the log effect fire and the restaurant with it's stunning views was idyllic. The room with a balcony & beautiful sea view was idyllic, with comfortable bed & furnishings, a fridge with fresh milk was a bonus. The Spa & Infinity pool was wonderful & made the holiday. Friendly and professional staff with discretion.

The friendly and helpfull staff. The food was beautiful and so filling we couldn't stay at the bar for anymore drinks we were so full. And the place is so relaxing especially after using the spa treatment and hydrotherapy rooms

The was an awful odour of sewage outside our room 004 although our room was ok and didnt have the awful smell once were inside One of the rooms in the thermal suite was cold the first on the left
