Position.pleasant staff.wonderful food
Bedroom too hot although radiator off.
the hotel is very clean, comfortable and relaxing, all staff were very welcoming and pleasant we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
The staff, the food, the spa and the views
The bed! It was far far too firm for our liking. 90 minutes in the spa also isn't long enough
restaurant, reception and spa staff very friendly. Food excellent. Room fantastic but wonder what balcony would feel like being overlooked by other rooms in good weather. Enjoyed spa before setting off back to England.
Bar staff unattentive. Mosaic tiles need repare in several of spa facilities, some of lights not working properly.
We liked everything about the hotel, the staff were exceptional and very friendly, we will definitely return.
Everything. Convenience to Saundersfoot, easy access to Tenby on public transport for shopping and light snacks.
Great location . Saunders foot good place to visit . Attractive relaxed hotel.
Even though in lowest priced room expected a it to be a bit bigger & have more storage space.
The position and the food. Our room overlooked the harbour and the town.
Expensive!! Just one very small grip there was some paper and several hairs on the bathroom floor that were there when we arrived and still there when we left.
Everything about the hotel was first class. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent food. Clean and large room. Decorated to a high standard
The only thing I could think could be improved is more variety on the cliff menu. You could see the menus when you booked so that there was a choice of dining options.
Room rates expensive if dinner was included would be fair
After a grey day sitting in the heated infinity pool atop of a cliff, darkness all around, warm water bubbling away the aches and pains and the sound of the tide coming in....
Like the cliffs the cost is steep but quality is tip top!
Very helpful, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Relaxing spa with great views over the bay.
nothing! One of the best hotels for service I've stayed at!
location, rooms and facilities
Everything about the hotel was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful. The food was stunning as was the spa and the treatment we both had. Couldn't have asked for a nicer break thanks.
Everything couldn't fault anything. Lovely sea view from the balcony. Fantastic breakfast and evening meals. Staff very friendly couldn't do enough for you. Room fantastic.
Staff are amazingly helpful
Smoke alarm going off. Making your own toast.
The Spa facilities and other facilities were excellent and a brilliant location. Will definitely stay again.
As residents staying in the hotel you should be able to use the Spa facilities for longer than 90mins at a time in a day which should be included in the price. The limit on time spent in the spa wasn't long enough.
The food in the a la carte restaurant was outstanding and the infinity pool and thermal suite / relaxation area were heaven. The staff were courteous and relaxed. The hotel itself was very clean with quirky nautical decor befitting its location.. Will definitely be going back!
Position of Hotel Quality of the Food Quality of the Service Friendly Staff
Fabulous facilities, professional, helpful staff. Beautifully situated; the spa was wonderful and very relaxing...
A leak in the bathroom, unsure of origin!
Food was very good and plentiful. Room was comfortable.
The doors have no restrainers and bang loudly at night. We had difficulty getting to and from our room as we are partially disabled and elderly.
Location very good and the staff were very friendly
The floor area of the room was misleading since a lot of space was unusable because of the sloping ceiling. I would defy anyone to have a bath without banging their head on the ceiling.
Good food and staff friendl
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - particularly on reception desk Fantastic location on top the hill in Saundersfoot - one of the best spots for spectators on the Ironman weekend
Shower was luke warm, verging on cold Room (102) was quite small for the price Bed was ok, but not brilliant Not very generous with replacements of complimentary toiletries
