The cleaness of the bathroom was alright and new and this is pretty much i can say! I travelled to London with my family (4 of us), and been arranged a famliy suite! The manager forces to put two extra single bed along with a double bed to form a family suite, but the problem is there isn't room for people to stand, (no joking)! I request the one I saw on the internet and he said that one costs more money and start blaming that I reserved the room on the internet with lower rates and don't deserve the one at the picture! But isn't it you look at something, then purchase? I paid hundreds something pounds for it, I ain't get it for free!!! my flight is departing at the evening, so i request for lauggage storage and there was a staff to say "okay"a night but got reject on next day morning! Advise: many other choices ppl |

Reception was very helpful. Although there is no lift and the room was very small, it has more or less everything in that and very clean. The staff in the kitchen was bit rude! |

Front desk open 24/7, location, rather big room for this part of London. The bath room was not cleaned when checking in. There was still an old wet towel in the bath room, mirror dirty, hair on the floor etc. When informing at the front desk he just picked up the towel and used it to clean the mirror. |

I cannot say I "liked" anything. It was a last minute booking in a convenient location but I am unlikely to return. Climbing 4 floors up a narrow winding staicase with luggage and no assistance. Noisy location. Bathroom not very clean. |

Althought the room was small for 3 people, it was spotlessly clean and the shower/en-suite was perfectly adequate for one nights stay. Walking distance of Victoria Station and two theatres. Breakfast was very basic, but again it was adequate and the breakfast room was spotlessly clean. We asked for extra pillows and were told there weren't any. There were a lot of stairs which could be a probem if you had mobility issues. |

The location was excellent for visiting places of interest. Lots of places to eat in the surrounding streets and great for the theatre. More choice of breakfast. Maybe continental included in the price and cooked options for an additional charge. Full english would have been nice! |

Very nice room, even though we were in the basement. Looked fresh and clean and had everything we would look for as we were just using it as a base for sightseeing. We would have prefered a full english breakfast for the price we paid instead of cereal and toast. |

The 'Wicked' performance at the apollo Vicotoria, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel; and the St. Georges Tavern, just along the road from the hotel, serves the most amazing (various types of) sausage and mash, at a great price. We thought we were getting a twin room, but as it turns out there are none at that hotel. The price was too high, and the 'continental' breakfast was minimal. However, because of it's location to the theatre, I would recommend the hotel. |
