Class area for excellent price .. and very good quality. Room rather tight for space particularly the en suite ... ok for short use ... but again could not really expect better for location and price..

This 2* hotel is very good value for money. It is central to victoria from where you can get all over London by bus train or tube. I have stayed at this hotel before and although the rooms are not very big was pleased with the cleanliness, the reception staff are friendly and the breakfast although basic is plenty to set you up for the day.i would certainly recommend it.

Very well priced, with the room as expected for the price. Quiet as we were on the top floor. Very well located for our visit to a show, or if you wanted somewhere to stay for a couple of days in London. Bit of a hike up all the stairs to the top floor. TV in the room was at ceiling level, whereas the room wall below was clear, so I was surprised that it had not been placed much lower.

The room (and bathroom) was very clean. Though not very big, it was quite comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. Great location! (Near Victoria Station) Good quality at reasonable price. No lift, but it didn't matter that much. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London, especially if you want to do a lot of sightseeing and prefer to spend your money (and time) on museums and galleries. Breakfast - OK. No lift and narrow stairs, but I didn't expect to see wide corridors in a small London hotel (especially at this price). Generally it was fine. Next time I'll choose the same hotel.

Really bad value for money. This hotel only focuses on money. Using the internet is ok, but you need to pay 5 pounds to get the password. Keeping your luggage in the hotel after check-out is ok, but you also have to pay 5 pounds. The staffs were very rude. We couldn't sleep late because the breakfast is only until 9:00 even at weekends. And the staffs wanted to finish their work as early as possible, while we were having breakfast , the staff turned off the light suddenly and made a big noise because they thought breakfast time had been over. The TV in the room was too small. Water pipe was terribly noisy, I was waken up at midnight.

I would certainly stay there again. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as no brown bread toast offered and bran flakes were soft. Staff in the dining room not very welcoming.

Location is superb, 5-10 minutes walk from tube/coaches/trains. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, breakfast is toast with jam/cheese, cereal and freshly brewed coffee and juice. The rooms are small, but managable. Great base for visiting London. Staff are helpful, though you have to communicate with some through the medium of mime as their English is not top notch. We had to do this when asking for an iron. The tea/coffee in the rooms only had whitener, no uht milk. TV's in rooms are small and you have to sit in the right place to be able to see the picture clearly.

The location was excellent; 10 min walk to Victoria station and 20 min walk to the Westminster Abbey. The hotel was recently renovated; fresh paint, new tiles and shower cabin in the bathroom made a big difference. The space was very efficiently used, considering it wasn't much. Very, very clean; excellent mark for the housekeepers. There was an intermittent problem with the electricity box in the room; it had to be smacked a few times in order to make a good contact. I would recommend providing shampoo and face towels for the bathroom. Only soap and bath towels were provided daily...

This hotel is well situated for the Victoria train and coach stations. The Hotel was excellent value for money. The room was small but we do not spend time in the romm only to sleep. The Hotel was spotless, the bed linen was fresh and crisp, great shower and plenty of tea and coffee sachets. I would deffinitely stay again.

The location is perfect for city sightseeing, club hopping and shopping. A less expensive hotel that gives you what you need but not more. The 24-7 open reception is a big plus. The included breakfast is served just until 9 am at weekdays and 9.30 am at weekends. If you're there on vacation you might want to take it easier in the morning. Would have prefered breakfast serving until 10 am at weekends and 9.30 am at weekdays.

Outstanding value for the cost. It is clean, modern and yet fit into the feeling of being in a traditional London hotel. The innkeeper and staff were delightful and extremely helpful. We made a great choice. We would have enjoyed having hand towels in addition to bath towels.

Good location, quiet room, good enough breakfast Draft from the window, very tight room, no fridge in the room, cold bathroom, as against many other hotels no free plug adapter (hotel staff sold it for 5 pounds). Luggage storage in the hotel is 5 pounds - at the coach station it costs 3,5 pounds. Bedlinen wasn't changed during our staying there (6 nights).

I've stayed at numerous so-called budget hotels on Belgrave Road and the St George's proved a particularly good find. Very pleasant and well fitted bedroom including a good size, tiled bathroom with proper handbasin (not one of those tiny corner units that you struggle to get both hands in!) plus excellent shower unit. All that plus a very good WiFi connection.

Location to coach station amenities and attractions, continental breakfast, the reception staff were pleasant I requested when booking well in advance quietest/largest/double room The room was a double size but was very cramped by an additional single bed that was not required so much so the desk and wardrobe were not able to be used due to single bed in the way. The room was too close to reception whereby sleep was interrupted during the night and morning due to doors banging from opposite room and talking from reception by both staff and visitors alike even after I informed staff of the problem after the first night nothing changed on the second night. I understand the restricted space available in cities but for the price I would have expected at least basic comfort whereby the single bed could have been removed, the reception staff I would have expected could have advised guests not to bang doors in interests of other guests. pleasant reception staff could have being more attentive to guests in rooms adjacent. Kitchen staff we both found them sullen and not well mannered by staring at guests in an unfriendly manner. understand they have to see when to attend to table but the atmosphere was not comfortable and again noisy by way of the steel chairs clattering on the tile, perhaps stick on fabric buffers would reduce the noise as they do in my kitchen at home. Overall too noisy and cramped and guests requests not taken seriously
