easily accessible, value for money

very noisy. could hear people in reception talking in the middle of the night. Breakfast was served in a very cramped cafe, although not far from the hotel

Really good bed, recently renovated, clean, new.

Some noisy door neighbors, smoking in a non smoking room

clean room, bedding, towels etc. & friendly staff available 24 hrs, breakfast at a nearby cafe was enjoyable

a booklet on fire escapes, how to work the lights & where to go for breakfast would have been appreciated

Don't have to take my room key out when leaving the hotel,nice view of london eye from my room.

Was not told breakfast was in a cafe on the next street, I could not have a full english breakfast as cafeman said he is waiting for a delivery of food. I had to eat toast.

Walking distance to train station, rooms good for the price

reception wasnt very useful and couldnt speak english very well, no lift so have to walk luggage upstairs to rooms

Very clean modern room. Good location close to Victoria Station but nice and quiet. Stayed 2 nights and got fresh towels each day. Nice pub round the corner.

Very hot and stuffy at times, although temperature was reduced at night so were able to sleep comfortably. For breakfast, which is included, had to go round corner to cafe. We were lucky as got table immediately but others had to stand and wait as cafe only seats about 16 at a time.

Hotel has been recently renovated so it was really clean and tidy. Bathroom was "brand new" so it was clean.

Staff was not the politest but I did not mind so much. The room was on the 5th floor and the stairs were extremely steep which might be difficult for elderly people and people with difficulties to climb stairs. Breakfast was served in a cafe near by, otherwise it was ok. Room was a bit small, bathroom door hit the bed and did not open fully.
