Personalet var hyggelige og ga oss nytt rom i 1 etasje. Insekter på rommet, ingen balkonger på hele hotellet til tross for at dette sto i booking teksten, hoteller var under oppussing og det var derfor masse bråk, rotete og farlig å ta seg frem i trapper. Vi reiste med et lite barn på 8 mnd og måtte første natt opp 5 etasjer (uten heis) til et knøttlite rom uten barneseng. VI hadde på forhånd gitt beskjed at vi trengte barneseng etc men dette hadde de ikke fått med seg. Det står at det er et 3 stjerne på nettsidene, men i virkeligheten er det merket med 2 stjerner utenfor inngangen. |

easily accessible, value for money very noisy. could hear people in reception talking in the middle of the night. Breakfast was served in a very cramped cafe, although not far from the hotel |

clean room, bedding, towels etc. & friendly staff available 24 hrs, breakfast at a nearby cafe was enjoyable a booklet on fire escapes, how to work the lights & where to go for breakfast would have been appreciated |

Don't have to take my room key out when leaving the hotel,nice view of london eye from my room. Was not told breakfast was in a cafe on the next street, I could not have a full english breakfast as cafeman said he is waiting for a delivery of food. I had to eat toast. |

Walking distance to train station, rooms good for the price reception wasnt very useful and couldnt speak english very well, no lift so have to walk luggage upstairs to rooms |

Very clean modern room. Good location close to Victoria Station but nice and quiet. Stayed 2 nights and got fresh towels each day. Nice pub round the corner. Very hot and stuffy at times, although temperature was reduced at night so were able to sleep comfortably. For breakfast, which is included, had to go round corner to cafe. We were lucky as got table immediately but others had to stand and wait as cafe only seats about 16 at a time. |

Very clean for the price - was expecting less WiFi was advertised but could not get a signal - hotelier advised me to stick the laptop out of the window. 72 stairs to the room with no lift. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe with very few tables - chaos on the rainy Sunday. English breakfast a bit inaccurate... |

Hotel has been recently renovated so it was really clean and tidy. Bathroom was "brand new" so it was clean. Staff was not the politest but I did not mind so much. The room was on the 5th floor and the stairs were extremely steep which might be difficult for elderly people and people with difficulties to climb stairs. Breakfast was served in a cafe near by, otherwise it was ok. Room was a bit small, bathroom door hit the bed and did not open fully. |

The location is within easy walking distance of Victoria coach and train stations, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff helpful. On the second morning the cafe serving breakfast for the hotel was full with a queue wating to be seated- we were pressed for time so had to skip breakfast. Our room was at the top of the building and there's no lift, so it was a bit of a climb after a day's walking. |

Staff were pleasant and professional, rooms were clean and functional. I would definitely stay there again. 7 flights of stairs and 70 plus steps up to the room ... still it was a good daily work out! Internet accesss was weak in the room. |
