Lobby, service, room size
The kind and helpful staff, most of whom were excellent. Especially Vincent who was amazing. Restaurant, porters and domestic all really good. Had a splendid, very quiet large room with same stunning view as restaurant. Expect to return in the future!
Very little. Minor fault with wash basin tap quickly rectified.
The stuff was helpful and nice to us.
As the air condition did not work, we had to make do with a small electric heater, which was not enough.
Views were amazing across the capital. Room comfortable and quiet at night .
The lighting for reading at the table was poor at night lovely ambience in the room but couldn't see to read very well as needed more light and didn't want to lay on the bed to read .
The hotel staff are friendly and I always feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and the views over London are fantastic. I always use the St. George's when I visit London. Great value for a central London hotel.
The intenior design of the room is very poor, dark and depressing. Curtains are dirty and the warderobe covered with a curtain rather than doors which is no standard for a 4star hotel.
Had parking in front of hotel, but had to pay for it Good shower head Good location to central London Starbucks and ATM next block
Too pricey for condition of hotel Carpets old and dirty Chipped paint on all front doors Dollar store cheap waste bins Escort friendly hotel Rooms small No fresh air, couldn't open windows Should not be 4 star hotel in present condition
Really spotty wifi and construction next door. Decor a bit shabby.
location , speedy wifi
old , not so clean as expected , need renovation .
Great Location, I wanted to take the bed home with me. :-)
Location is great
Cleanliness very poor finding toe nail cuttings on the carpet by the side of the bed was very disappointing and what looked like lipstick on 1 of the coffee cups it looked like the carpet had not been hovered in days not sure I would use you again
Staff is frindly and location
Poor furniture and uncomfortable
Not so much to say!!!
Room location and nouse
- Good location around central London - Good hospitality - Good prices
- At check in they wanted me to pay higher prices than booked and it took them till next morning to get things fixed, so that was not very professional - Breakfast is slightly more expensive compared to other hotel that are generally more expensive in accomodation - It was a bit annoying that we have to enter the WiFi password several times because the session would suddenly expire
Location is great. Very good room service food
A bit run down.
Great location for a good price
Not to much facilities within the hotel, but Dont visit this hotel if you are not planning on going outside!
Tariff, Hotel standard, very poor interior, shabby rooms and toilets
Liked food both dinner and breakfast were very good. Liked the location I was visiting offices in Regent Street so very handy.
Entrance reception area very small Furnishings in Restaurant need updating.
only location is fair
Very old hotel. The furniture is not only old but also dirty and too much used. The bed's mattress is a nightmare. The shower has a dirty silicone all around. Filthy smell in the corridor. I almost heared every single word of the people walking in the corridor and the room beside me. Strangely, workers with hammer and drills stared to work some where in the hotel at 8 in the morning with no warning and nothing . very annoying and disappointed. and they kept working regardless my complains My booking was for 3 nights , i hardly slept for the first night and checked out next morning to another hotel. Really really very disappointed hotel and i cant even give it 3 star rating.
Would like to have the breakfast included.
Location and comfort
Maids knocking on the door at 8:00am, man to re stock the mini bar just unlocked the door and walked in.
Nice place would a friend or two and had a meal in the restaurant 15 floors over looking London very happy
The views from this hotel are superb, as long as you have a room at the back. It is close to the main tube and bus routes and is handy for shopping and the theatres in the Soho area.
This hotel is one we have used in the past, but considering how the cost has increased I would look around for a cheaper option in the future. It is excellently placed for shopping and the theatre ,but since like a lot of people, we didn't spend much time in the room, it isn't worth the money. There were no bath robes in the room, despite a notice suggesting there should have been, basic housekeeping error. There are also a lot of early opening cafes in the vicinity so you don't have to spend the exorbitant amount they charge for breakfast on top of the room rate.
The room was spotless as was the bathroom - the view from our room was amazing and the location was excellent.
Not much atmosphere in the bar/lounge area - drinks we thought were a little overpriced, but again the view made up for that
