the location so close to regent street and oxford street made it perfect for shopping.. we were able to drop bags back during the day, changes shoes etc.. it didn't really feel like hotel, in real common area to meet people in etc...room was a bit cold. |

The location and the view from our room on the 14th Floor was magnificent. The lifts are very noisy and did disturb us during the night. |

1.Hotel lift not working on the first night of arriving(11.20pm) and no one offered to carry bags 4 floors down. 2.Service charge added to recipt and was not told before payen when i brought this to staff member attention staff explained it was printed on recipt but the charge is discretionary so the next night i refused to pay.3.Breakfast was not included in our bill (2nites...250euro) should be for a 4* hotel!!!! 4.No music in the bar and restaurant area does'nt give much of an athmosphere. |

Beds are comfortable and good bathrooms especially showers which are easy to operate.I have stayed in some hotels where you need an engineering degree to get the shower to work.I would recommend this hotel but would advise people to ask for a room away from the lifts. I'm afraid I found it rather noisy.I had a room close to the lifts which meant I did not get enough sleep. The walls must be rather thin as I could hear people talking at 2am. |

The location is central and convenient and the bar on the topfloor is quite nice. The night shift personnel is very kind and helpful. The elevator was not working. The lavatory in the bathroom was heavily dripping. The personnel of the hotel said they would fix it but didn't do anything. They didn't have adaptators for french plugs either. |

It is very easy to reach the shopping area in London. The rooms are on 9th to 14th floor. They have one lift working and one out of order. It takes 10-15 min. to get down in the morning. |

Excxellent location. Very comfortable rooms with nice view of the city. Very poor service at the reception, everything has to be repeated a few times. WiFi connection did not work and the problem has not been solved for 5 days! |
