Very close to tube station and shopping area, free internet, tidy room with comfy bed and clean bathroom. Poorly lit corridor. |

Good value, great location, lovely room, well kitted out and free wireless internet. They charged me for the water even though a sign said the mineral water was with their complements. |

Very good location. Good views from rooms. Aircon worked well. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Pleasant staff The foyer was rather shabby. There was a lot of litter outside which didn't give a good impression. Rooms on the small side. Scary lifts!! |

The location is fantastic. The shower of the room is very bad...it takes ages to get warm water. Also, I asked a non smoking room and I was put in a smoking room that smelt terrible. After, I was changed to a much smaller room. |

Central location near Oxford Street Elevators take a long time to serve guests and the booking made via this website was not processed upon arrival (we were given better rooms after waiting for quite some time). |

location is excellent with major central london attractions in vicinity The rooms are terrible. Ceiling is so low, one almost feels claustrophaubic (excuse the spelling). Bathroom floor tiles were almost broken with the joint fillings out already. You have to run the tap for 10 minutes b4 you get hot water and there is a sticker on the wall which also suggests that. Water pressure is very poor. In times of water preservation worldwide this hotel makes us waste it |

I booked two rooms. We were on he 11th floor and my sister and her husband were on the 9th floor. They had complimentary bottles of water in their room. Informed reception we had not got our complimentary bottles and she said she would see to this. When we checked out we were charged £1.75 for water. I asked why and she said that floor 9 have complimentary bottles but floor 11 don't, not happy |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
The Marylebone Hotel is just a short walk from Oxford Circus, Soho, fashionable Bond Street, Hyde Park and the new Abercrombie & Fitch store on Savile Row. |
Just a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Street, Leicester Square and Covent Garden, The Bloomsbury Hotel (formerly Jurys Great Russell Street Hotel) is a fabulous fusion of London design styles. |
Located in the heart of London, Thistle Marble Arch is a deluxe base from which to access the capital. Our cordial and attentive staff will happily assist guests with all their needs. |
