excellent location for shopping in London friendly staff whilst there
carpet of room was very dusty you could see .. middle was hovered but you could tell corners hadn't been hovered for a long time ..head housekeeping need to do more spot checks on rooms for when guests arrive On our departure myself and my daughter asked reception to hold our luggage(1 small suitcase) until we left London which they did and we were grateful .. on getting back to the hotel to collect our luggage (1 case) the reception was puzzled when we only wanted to take one case off her as she were about to give us another case which weren't ours . I found this quite unnerving as the thought of another guest taking ones luggage it could have gone into a pair of dishonest hands .. receptionist didn't seem embarrassed or apologetic at all. which I find quite strange ..
Great location and spectacular view of London,
Windows were drafty they are in middle of renovation.
Too expensive for its level Rooms are old and gloomy
Location excellent. Most staff very helpfully.
The old tired lumpy hard beds. We were on level 14 which all looked a bit tired and dated and need of a good scrub.
Very good location. Good service. Reachable wi-fi.
Needs to restorate.
Location is good staff very friendly
Good location and amazing views of London
Excellent value for money, great location if you come to London for shopping.
Arrived early... No problem, checked in straight away. Room was warm, comfortable and clean. Short stroll down bond street to get to Piccadilly. Not a single negative to say about this hotel, would definitely stay here again.
the stuff was really nice, everytime i need something they came right away and helped ! at the end they give me a %20 off on my first night.
not including Breakfast, the lobby is poor.. there is no place for meetings..
The location and facilities are very good, the hotel is literally a couple of minutes walk from Oxford Street and Oxford Street Circus Station. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff they even let me check in at 9 AM instead of 2 PM.
size of room location bar staff
shower was temperamental
We stayed for one night it was wonderful very close to Oxford Street and the train station as well it's a walking distance. The room are fantastic and the bed was cosy, the non smoking room that I requested was granted. Staffs are very friendly and polite keep it up the good work!
Lobby, service, room size
The kind and helpful staff, most of whom were excellent. Especially Vincent who was amazing. Restaurant, porters and domestic all really good. Had a splendid, very quiet large room with same stunning view as restaurant. Expect to return in the future!
Very little. Minor fault with wash basin tap quickly rectified.
The stuff was helpful and nice to us.
As the air condition did not work, we had to make do with a small electric heater, which was not enough.
I stayed for one night on business and was really impressed. The ratings do not do this hotel credit. The view from my room 1205 was lovely, the staff were friendly and efficient and my room was large and spotless. Really good value compared to another in the same vicinity where my room was the size of my bed and I paid £50 more!
Views were amazing across the capital. Room comfortable and quiet at night .
The lighting for reading at the table was poor at night lovely ambience in the room but couldn't see to read very well as needed more light and didn't want to lay on the bed to read .
The hotel staff are friendly and I always feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and the views over London are fantastic. I always use the St. George's when I visit London. Great value for a central London hotel.
The intenior design of the room is very poor, dark and depressing. Curtains are dirty and the warderobe covered with a curtain rather than doors which is no standard for a 4star hotel.
Had parking in front of hotel, but had to pay for it Good shower head Good location to central London Starbucks and ATM next block
Too pricey for condition of hotel Carpets old and dirty Chipped paint on all front doors Dollar store cheap waste bins Escort friendly hotel Rooms small No fresh air, couldn't open windows Should not be 4 star hotel in present condition
Really spotty wifi and construction next door. Decor a bit shabby.
location , speedy wifi
old , not so clean as expected , need renovation .
Great Location, I wanted to take the bed home with me. :-)
