easy to check out
This is a typical London hotel. Extremely low value for money.
The restaurant food was great and good value for money.
Comfortable bed, good size room and bathroom
Dark wallpaper, dark furnishings
Perfectly located, everything you need in walking distance from your hotel.
Some of the staff and the new rooms
Some of the staff were rude
hotel age and comfort
At one end of Regent St, it is close to a few tube stations, as well as lots and lots of restaurants and shops!
The nose level from the tune, the renovations that the hotel is carrying out! It is so loud from 7am - 7pm everyday!
cleaning staff free wifi bottles of water in room location
front reception service hot water in shower takes 15mins to warm up, which is a huge wastage of water! water pipes makes a lot of noise at night! lack of sleep because of pipes noises lots of upgrading to do in this hotel you need to spend money in training your reception staff with more People Social skills and not worry about upgrading your restaurant
Location ideal very near shops and tube. Beds clean.
First room window would not shut so had to move rooms, but staff helpful this was not a problem to them.
very helpful staff, central location, decent size room for location
Location 2 minutes walk to Oxford circus
Bad cleaning in bathroom
Large rooms Clean Comfortable bed
Food not great
-Amazing Location - Clean room - good stuff - Value of money for its location and quality
-Bed comfort is bad
Location : easy access to buses and underground
Breakfast should be included for that price ! Room quite small. Can only move around the bed. Lucky I am slim !
I did not like anything on this hotel
Tiles missing off the wall and mould in the bathroom..holes in the floor between floor and wall. Windows filthy and you could hear upstairs taking a shower and the loo flushing...under the bed loose wires bare !!!! I have photos to prove it.....
No WIFI signal all the night but that's just start for my one night stay. I was arranged on the floor 9. When I was in my dream, a terrible noise knocked me up at 7.30. That's terrible. The noise lasted for at least 1 hour until I left that room. Then when I complained to the receptionist, she told me BBC Co.is on that building. Anyway, they decorate their rooms and completely affect my sleeping. Besides, I can't accept the receptionist's sorry because her attitude might be shown as her hotel never lacks supporters. Let this terrible hotel be prosperous forever depending on sleepless and obedient supporters forever!
Nice modern room
Breakfast was £16.25 per person. So we went across the road to a cafe
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
location clean staff
prehistoric door key system that often doesn't work I can tell, I am a regular visitor
Staff in the restaurant seemed very inexperienced.
The view from our room.
Our room did not have a mini bar.
Small double bed. Very dated furnishings - tiles broken and repaired in bathroom, dim lighting, restaurant/bar in dire state. (Notice claimed this was being restored)
The hotel is located on Langham Place, right in the middle of everything. Oxford street was just a couple of minutes away, as was Regents park The staff was friendly and welcoming. Water pressure was great! Better than in any other hotel we've stayed in. We had a bit of trouble with our keycard the first day, but the staff was very helpful. We had a wonderful view from our room on the tenth floor, and the AC worked great.
We had a bit of trouble with the TV, some channels didn't work properly, and the minibar didn't work. But none of those were crucial for our stay to be good.
The staff did all in their power to resolve any problem that arose & when building renovations caused disturbance they quickly changed our room to quieter corner of the hotel & with a room upgrade to boot. Thanks.
The hotel shares the building with BBC headquarters. So are not in control building activities. During our week long stay two social demonstrations congregated in front of the hotel because of BBC. The Wi-Fi internet was unreliable.
