Good location, comfortable, friendly staff, convenient access to Airport & to Central London via fast train service. The decor is a bit bland. |

Clean hotel rooms, plesant atmosphere. easy check in and out. When we went for breakfast, one of the staff serving, his body language and face gave the impression he was reluctant to serve us, as we ordered a coffee-to-go and croissants. |

Check in staff and bar staff friendly and highly professional. The quality of cooking in the restaurant was very poor this time. It has gone down hill significantly since my last stay earlier in the year. I ate in 2 nights this time as I thought the first night was an aberation - it was not. It;s a shame because it used to be very good. And the staff are good. |

The pubic hairs in the bathroom . The tiles and sides of the bath had not been cleaned or the floor vacummed. I did complain and we were offered another room. The dirty carpet ( the holes in the sheet on the first night.- but at least they were clean) The noise from the trains on one side of the hotel |

The restaurant on site was convenient and we were pleased with our meals, both dinner and breakfast. We were under the impression that the hotel would be closer to the airport via bus. After a long day of traveling we still had to wait for the bus and travel 45min+ to get there. Would have been nice if the hotel offered its own shuttle. |

Hotel location for my business meeting, comfort of hotel and room, cleanliness, breakfast, staff, availability of parking. Room I was given was on the small side. Breakfast was actually a breakfast to go which is a deink and pastry - no mention of this on online booking through booking.com |

Clean, effortless and comfortable. Sevice was quick and the staff was friendly. I was not able to wash mu clothes anywhere in the weekend when I stayed there, although I understood that during week days it might have been possible. Although the Felham station is really close, it was very difficult for me to find my way from there to the hotel because there were no signs to guide me. |

The hotel is great value for money. I booked the single room, but I got a really nice comfortable double bed and the room has a lots space. The bathroom is very clean. The hotel is also in a great location. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel, easy to go to Heathrow and city centre. The staff is very friendly. Absolutely fantastic value for money!!!! Highly recommend for all sorts of travellers!!! |

Very convenient for Feltham rail station (from Waterloo) and regular bus to Heathrow (2 GBP, 25 mins). Room clean, quiet, and comfortable. Better weekday rate than any Heathrow hotel. |

As described, it is on the London Waterloo - Reading railway line and therefore very convenient for both central London and up the Thames Valley. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. The breakfasts are ample Curiously, although within sight of Heathrow, the airport is accessible only by puiblic bus or taxi. Wireless internet is available but the charges seem high but the proder was unable to process my credit cards, which was odd and inconvenient. There is a service in the lobby. There is no buisness centre. It is a hotel for people catching planes. |

The hotel provide enough and good facilities. Bed and room are clean. Cost is acceptable and nearby railway station with easy to reach from Heathrow or London Central city. I check in on 7.00am and the hotel can provide the room as I arrive, this help me a lot since my long haul flight I need to take shower and short nap. Hotel internet cannot connect and I lost money for total 10 GBP. I asked for refund but the officer refuse. Hotel cannot separate the invoice for internet. |

It was cheap and available The staff on the desk who checked us in was devoid of any personality whatsoever. It was like dealing with a robot. In fact it would have been difficult to program a robot to have such a dead pan face.... |

Excellent value for money such a good hotel for the same price of a shabby London budget hotel. Once you know the drill you can be in central London in 30 mins, the rail link is just outside your door. I personally love train journeys. I've stayed here many times and it's a shame the breakfast is no longer included in the price, but it seems that's the way some hotels are keeping their room prices down nowadays. Breakfasts are available to buy and they are very good. |
