St Giles Hotel & Leisure Club

3 nights are enough for this hotel. Not possible to sleep, When I opened the window in the night a lot of noice, When I closed the window it was getting warm and the ventilator did make sooo much noise. Breakfast coffee had to be consumed standing, there is not much place to sit. Leaving from the 7th floor by elevator took sometimes a waiting time of 10 minutes.

better elevator programming , bigger TV screen, Better ventilation system. For that price breakfast should be included. I will write a report for a traveling magazine about St Gilles

Very small, old fashioned bedroom

Efficient and well-staffed and comfortable. Very reasonably-priced and close to many landmarks and amenities in Central London.

The downside is the size of the rooms - but you can't have everything.

The location was excellent for the purpose of our stay and only a couple of minutes from the local tube and also very easy to find!The hotel in it's entirety was very clean and all the staff were extremely polite, professional and friendly.

Service fronm stsff friendly efficient and most helpful. Room basic but very clean. Breakfast basic but service friendly and efficent.Consiege helpul and wellinformed regarding transport.

Noisy, bit what can you expect in central London on Halloween.

Location in the centre of London was excellent. The downstairs night club was nice.

Air didn't circulate much in the room. It gets rather cold if you have to keep the window open during the night during cold seasons. It was quite dense in the mornings.

The Hotel was basic and clean.Our twin room was not very big but the location was fantastic.Within 2 min walking distance from Under groungd Station and Oxford Street.

Central location. Very comfortable beds. Local parking.

Facilities for breakfast need improving. You wait ages for the lifts.

Bed very comfortable, location perfect for Theatres - main reason for booking. Keeping luggage until ready to go to airport.

Shower not warm. Corners of room could be cleaner. Breakfast very poor.

The location is very good, close to the Oxford St shops and about a 10min walk to lots of theatres and Covent Garden. It's sensibly priced given it's good location.

The gym you have to pay extra to use, we were not able to check into out room until nearly 5 o'clock and I asked to speak to the manager who was clearly in his office but didn't want to come out (however I was told that he wasn't in there). I was told he would ring the room but he never did. I'm not the sort to complain and won't follow it up but I think a complimentary tea or access to the gym would have been good management. The room was tiny and the pillow smelt of someone else's perfume/aftershave, gross!
