Senzill, peró molt bén situat, a prop de parada metro Tottenham, també hi ha diferents llocs per poguer menjar bé d epreu, hi ha un Super davant per qualsevol necessitat, I sobre tot pots anar caminant a Picadilly, Oxford Street, Soho. Relació qualitat preu la meva experiència ha estat molt bona, tenint en compte que es tracta d'un hotel per a anar a dormir I sortir al matí a primer ahora per veure coses és perfecte. Inclús l'asmorzar ho trobo encertat per marxar aviat. Pot ser li faltaría nevera, I no vaig veure que tingués aire condicionat per a l'estiu. |

La situació de l'hotel al centre de Londres i la bona comunicació per transport públic o a peu amb tots els indrets d'interès. L'hotel no s'adequa a una classificació de quatre estrelles. Les habitacions i els banys són molt petits, i en general, la sensació és més d'estar en un 2 estrelles que en un de quatre. |

Que està molt ben situat, molt cèntric, a pocs metres del metro i de diferents autobusos. Que és gran, té bar, etc. Que pel preu que pagues no té aire condicionat ni nevera. |

La situació es fantastica per a mouret pel centre de londres. Tens a molt poca distancia teatres, botigues, museos... I a sobre ben comunicat!!!! El personal es amable. Es molt penos el esmorzar. Per a un hotel de mes de 700 habitacións unes 5 o 6 taules.... I si pagues el bufet es de baixa cualitat!!! Els espais son molt petits les habitacións, els banys, el salón. |

The location was great. Really close to tube stations and very central for exploring London on foot. The gym connected to the hotel was surprisingly good. Facilities were great and gym staff were very friendly. Breakfast staff were also very efficient and friendly. Cleaing staff were very pleasant. Concierge was a very helpful. The whole hotel could do with a bit of a face-lift. Our room wasn't very big but was sufficient given price and location. Mixture of reception staff - those who were v good and efficient and others didn't quite seem to know what they were doing. |

Good accommodation, excellent location for West End, helpful and colurteous staff I was very disappointed that you have discontinued serving full breakfasts. This was an added attraction for me which influenced my decision to choose St Giles over other similar hotels for my trips to London. I may now have to reconsider now that you have downgraded your service by offering a poor substitute for breakfasts. This affects value for money. |

Generally the hotel is OK. Lobby rather unattractive. Breakfast restaurant quite nice and staff very pleasant. Ethernet internet wiring provided in rooms, but rubbish connection. And expensive if you could make it work. |

Central location and the Italian Restaurant was brilliant Rooms cold no means of adjusting heating.Cooked breakfast=not worth it plenty of cafes cheaper and better value close by |

Very close to the theatres and the staff were welcoming and helpful There were only pastries out when we arrived for the 'breakfast to go' and it wasn't until we were finishing that some croisants appeared, which had we known we could have had, we would have much prefered. |

The staff, the facilities, the view, the friendliness and helpfulness. The comfort of beds the wait for lifts - as disabled guest struggled with the stairs on two occassions, the fan full of dust on the wall (partner asthmatic and I turned it on by mistake trying the switches out! did make comment to it in questionairre from hotel), not enough space for breakfasts when busy - time of day didn't have much effect on that. |

The convenient location to the British Museum, theatres and Underground. The efficient organisation at the reception desk and helpful, polite staff throughout the hotel made this an enjoyable experience. Having to wait more than 5 minutes for an available lift was tiresome and so we resorted to the stairs (from the 4th & 5th floor). The high volume of the muzak in the bar required conversation to be held at shouting level; consequently we moved on to continue our evening. |

The hotel was clean and frindly, it was a very good location for us as we went to the theatre nearby, worked out very well. The breakfast was not very good, the coffee machine was not working due to a burst water pipe, and the pastries were not fresh! which was a shame, as this is the last memory of the hotel, I would book this hotel again but on a room only basis. |

Great location for Soho/Theatreland. Nice to have a leisurely 5 minute stroll back late at night rather than fighting for a taxi. Hard to find anything comparable at this price. Generally old and undermaintained and room very basic which is what you would expect at this price. However, mattess very loft and lumpy and lifts unreliable which you do not expect. |

Location Breakfast was terrible. I paid for a bed and breakfast and got a cup of rubbish coffee, a pastry (for breakfast????) and either an apple or orange and nowhere to sit and eat it apart from your room. Also the rooms were very small and basic. Lifts take forever. |
