jednoznačně jeho poloha!! Trochu tu byl problém dostat se výtahem do jiného patra. Nestíhaly. |

naproti hotelu je skvělé bistro na snídani nebo svačinku, milí lidé, horký čaj, panini atd.... extrémně malé pokoje, velmi malá a krátká postel, kohoutek s teplou a studenou vodou zvlášť - jak se to asi používá !?!? poměrně zašlé ikdyž celkem čisté, omezená možnost otevření okna, hluk z ulice |

Hotel v centru Londýna, blízko SOHO, dalo se chodit pešky, mezinárodní klientela, na recepci ochotní, narozdíl od některého jiného ubytování v Londýně i docela velké pokoje. Je to sice starší hotel, trochu vybydlený, ale čistota na pokoji byla, ručníky byly takové ty kvalitní tlusté a naprosto čisté... nevýhoda, není klima, takže v hodně velkém teple je to docela fičák :-) blízko do SOHO a centra, spousta hospůdek, na lince Central line a Oxfored street ... kdo hledá klidný a tichý hotel, tak tady moc nedoporučuji ... kdo hledá aktivní večery, tak je na správném místě :-) Jen příplatek za plněhodnotnou snídani, ale v ceně je klasická, velká buchta, kafe nebo čaj, ovoce nebo džus ... doporučuji raději dát tuto klasickou a pak si dát někde za cca pět liber klasickou anglickou v hospůdce v centru nebo v blízkosti hotelu... má to atmosféru atd. |

Nakonec jsem zmínku o této prosté snídani v Konfirmaci na staně 3 našel, ale rozhodně jste nás na to neupozornili při rezervaci ubytování, což beru jakou velmi nefér z vaší strany. Očekával bych od Vás Kompenzaci. |

The room was tiny, the bathroom minute. The noise from the road kept me awake all night as did the fact that the blind on the outside of the window(!) did not keep out the streetlights. The pillowcases were dirty, the beds narrow with one actually tilting to one side. The towels did not cover my ten year old and were thin and fraying. Worst night's sleep ever in a hotel. |

good loaction. my room did not have any heating facility so i had to ask them to bring me one. Staffs were not really friendly. Internet costs lot. |

It was an exellent location for everything saving money and time not having to get the underground or buses and we also enjoyed the quite lively bar at the end of our day for a nightcap. I would stay at this hotel again anytime. |

The room and breakfast Due to the high winds on the night we stayed there was a loud 'whistle' from the air conditioning unit and kept us awake during our stay. Room 1045. |

The room was quite good for a base. It was clean but reminded me of the junior engineers cabin on a ship. The continental breakfast was quite good. The staff were very friendly but some of them were a little too laid back. The italian resaurant was very good. The hotel was too warm throughout. I could alter the setting in my room but had no control over the rest of the hotel. Dissappointed that Italian Resaurant was closed on a Saturday night. Being a 65yr old woman on my own it was a bit daunting having to go out on the saturday night to eat. I know Google maps have nothing to do with you but I chose St Giles Hotel because it was, so they said, an 8 minute walk to Park inn in Southampton row. It would have been if I had been Usabian Bolt and St Giles was cheaper. In the long run what with taxi fares underground fares and paying for extra meals I may have stayed at the Park Inn. |

The location of the hotel in the center of the city is evry practical. I appreciate also the spa/fitness in the hotel. The room was very little. |

It's the second time I'm staying at this hotel. I choose it first of all for the position and then for the budget. Also the bathroom is quite satisfactory. The sheets seems to be not really clean. I found hair into it the first time I went to bed. |

I have stayed at the St Giles on numerous occasions when we have a yearly trip to London to see the shows - it is so local to everything and the hotel is just what you need for a city break. Clean, friendly and close to all the sights and the shows. |

Nice and polite staff, very good location The lifts did not always come when we needed them. Many times we had to use the stairs. Think it is room for improvement here! |

Excellent location. Room decor acceptable for budget price. Reception were happy to check me in at 09.45! En suite was tiny with just a tatty shower curtain. No bath. Overall, hotel is not bad but nothing special - apart from the great location! |
