πρωινό και τα δωματια. Αν και στο Λονδίνο και σε 5άστερο να μένεις τα δωμάτια είναι τοσο μικρά που δεν χωράει τη βαλιστα σου μέσα.

το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου δεν ήταν καθόλου περιποιητικό προς τους πελάτες και δεν μας βοήθησε καθόλου! ήταν πολυ παγεροί και αδιαφόροι. Παρόλο που το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καλό σε γενικές γραμμές το service ήταν πολύ φτωχο

Η αλλαγή δωματίου που έκανα με επιπλέον 30 λίρες την ημέρα με καλό πρόγευμα σε ωραίο χώρο.

Τα δωμάτια του.Στενόχωρα,πολύ μικρές τουαλέτες χωρίς εξαερισμό ή παράθυρο,όπως το δωμάτιο 270. Breakfast2go απαράδεκτο.

Ευγένεια προσωπικού, τοποθεσία ξενοδοχείου, άνεση δωματίου, καθαριότητα, καλή αντιστοιχία τιμής - ποιότητας παροχών.

Στην παροχή ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος (οι πρίζες ήταν μιας συγκεκριμένης μορφής και δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα φόρτισης της φωτογραφικής μηχανής)

Covienience to shops and tube station, availability of leasure facilities at a reasonable cost.

my room did not have any heating facility so i had to ask them to bring me one. Staffs were not really friendly. Internet costs lot.

The room and breakfast

Due to the high winds on the night we stayed there was a loud 'whistle' from the air conditioning unit and kept us awake during our stay. Room 1045.

The room was quite good for a base. It was clean but reminded me of the junior engineers cabin on a ship. The continental breakfast was quite good. The staff were very friendly but some of them were a little too laid back. The italian resaurant was very good.

The hotel was too warm throughout. I could alter the setting in my room but had no control over the rest of the hotel. Dissappointed that Italian Resaurant was closed on a Saturday night. Being a 65yr old woman on my own it was a bit daunting having to go out on the saturday night to eat. I know Google maps have nothing to do with you but I chose St Giles Hotel because it was, so they said, an 8 minute walk to Park inn in Southampton row. It would have been if I had been Usabian Bolt and St Giles was cheaper. In the long run what with taxi fares underground fares and paying for extra meals I may have stayed at the Park Inn.

njoyable stay in hotel as always staff very friendly, soo close to everything....

Hotel far too hot!!!!

It's the second time I'm staying at this hotel. I choose it first of all for the position and then for the budget. Also the bathroom is quite satisfactory.

The sheets seems to be not really clean. I found hair into it the first time I went to bed.

I have stayed at the St Giles on numerous occasions when we have a yearly trip to London to see the shows - it is so local to everything and the hotel is just what you need for a city break. Clean, friendly and close to all the sights and the shows.
