Η αλλαγή δωματίου που έκανα με επιπλέον 30 λίρες την ημέρα με καλό πρόγευμα σε ωραίο χώρο.

Τα δωμάτια του.Στενόχωρα,πολύ μικρές τουαλέτες χωρίς εξαερισμό ή παράθυρο,όπως το δωμάτιο 270. Breakfast2go απαράδεκτο.

Ευγένεια προσωπικού, τοποθεσία ξενοδοχείου, άνεση δωματίου, καθαριότητα, καλή αντιστοιχία τιμής - ποιότητας παροχών.

Στην παροχή ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος (οι πρίζες ήταν μιας συγκεκριμένης μορφής και δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα φόρτισης της φωτογραφικής μηχανής)

Η καθαριότητα

Το προσωπικό είναι ανιδείκευτο, χωρίς γνώσεις (εκπαιδευόμενο) και χωρίς τρόπους.

The staff is really helpful and they have people from all over the world and languages working there. Localization, near subway, the 'theaters' avenue', and a lot of good options to eat, is perfect.

Yes, breakfast is a shame. If you ask for the continental breakfast you don´t have where to sit (!) to eat it; and the complete breakfast is too fat and heavy.

Noisy, TV reception and TV itself were old and didn't work very well. Bathroom could have been cleaner and mattress was uncomfortable. Also, lifts too slow and not enough - lot's of people complaining about having to wait for them. Wi-Fi should be free in all hotels these days. Tiny room with little air from window.

The St Giles hotel is one of the most central London hotel's, we walked every where we visitednot having to use the tube or busses.

We booked bed and breckfast and were disapointed that we were not eligble for a cooked breckfast and had to have continental,

Excellent location

Hotel was noisy due to location & lifts were extremely slow so making access up to rooms difficult.

Enjoyed the easiness of check in and pleasant friendly staff.

only that i had not realised the leisure center was separate and had not taken a towel down, so it was a bit of a trek back to my room as was not prepared.

Convenient location

Noise levels were high. Closing the window made no difference! The bathroom smelt musty. The breakfast was laughable!

location convenient and room reasonably priced

no wi-fi in room, inflexible booking - i booked a double room but only used it as a single yet still had to pay for a double even though i requested a single upon arrival

The hotel was in central London. It was close to all the theatres and alot of the attractions and was good value for money.

friendly and helpful staff on both front desks, location of hotel was good for theatre trip and shops restaraunts etc

breakfast arrangements were unusual no real seating area once you had queued for your food, plastic cups and plates.
