A 5-minute walk from the shops at Oxford Street and Regent Street, this elegant Victorian town house offers a buffet-style continental breakfast and is a short walk from many Tube stations.

Everything was very good generally
The room could be a little bigger
A pleasant and quiet room in a central location
I liked the staff, they helped me and my friend with any problem or request we had. Also, the location was really great near the Oxford st. and near to an underground station.
Loved how central the hotel was. Staff are friendly, rooms basic but for the price i wouldnt expect more. Convenient, warm & comfy.
Location great, room clean, bar great
Waiting for lift
Paying such high price for wifi in this day and age
Superb location. Clean.
It was close to everything needed; the bar was comfortable and food was great for the price.
The cafe was poorly tended to; waited for 10mins for lady to come and serve me a coffee and no apology for the wait!!
Excellent standard room, comfortable bed, clean modern shower room, good range of restaurants within the building
Coffee2go was disappointing - small cup of coffee, small plain roll with thin slice of cheese, only one pastry choice, apple or orange
It's not far from tube station with easy access to all of Londonds sights
We are regular visitors to the St Giles and have never had a bad experience. Very helpful staff and great location.
Staff were great. The actual hotel is lovely. Location is great.
Beds were SHOCKING!! Extremely uncomfortable!! Not enough warm bedding either!! The heating did not Work!!
The hotel was in my favourite part of London
The location. The bathroom and shower facilities. The richness of the breakfast buffet.
The breakfast lounge needs serious improvement. It's dark, it's cold, and the tables have no table clothes. Maybe some music playing.... Is that huge muted TV screen really necessary?!
St Giles is perfectly located..good access to shops, restaurants, transport...everything. On arrival staff very friendly, check in was no hassle. We asked for a quiet room & our request was met. We felt safe in St Giles...spotlessly clean. I would use St Giles again.
The bed was not very comfortable.. For a hotel of this calibre I would expect more comfort...room on the small side but hey we were there for evenings only...worth putting up with this for the other benefits esp location.
Staff extremely helpful & polite, especially the concierge, reception and our housekeeper.
We had to put our own radiator on so room was cold & needed to use the blanket, hairdryer didn't work, didn't need it but reception would of sorted it after I told them.
You have to keep calling iBahn to keep turning on your paid Wi-Fi. They also tell you your charge doesn't go through, but it does. The hotel has to call iBahn each time and then you have to wait a while for iBahn to call you back later.
Excellent location just off of Oxford Street and right next to Tottenham Court Road tube station- so easy to get to all London attractions! Deluxe double room was bigger than expected and even had a lounge area- was like our own little flat for the night! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel right in the centre of London... definitely good value for money!
Location, handy for all amenities in central London, close to tube station.
Bathroom could have been a little bigger.
location is excellent and convenient to reach other parts of the city. Interesting area - e.g. British Museum is close by. Breakfast very tasty and plenty of it. Bed is comfortable and room clean. Have stayed here before and will be happy to do so again, staff very friendly and helpful.
irritatingly, though I left a map and room card at the breakfast table it had been cleared away when I returned from getting coffee. The single room was quite small - which was fine; but the TV was on the wall to the left of the bed.So to watch the television from the bed one's head had to be very uncomfortably twisted, which made doing so quite painful. Consequently, not very relaxing.
Close to theatres
Superb location. Welcomed at entrance. Room very modern and spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable. No noise from either inside or outside. Speedily checked in.
Have to pay for WiFi so didn't bother to use.
The hotel is in a good location just off Oxford Street, walking distance to Covent Garden and two stops on the tube for Camden Town. the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel bar was relaxing and reasonably priced
Convenient location to my course and shops.
In future I must request a room away from the Tottenham Court road side of the building. My room was booked for a Saturday and regrettably the noise from traffic, sirens and people shouting kept me wake until 5.30 am and I had to be up by 7.30.
