Fantastic view, lovely room Excellent location
Room was nice but a bit small
Upon arrival, porters and Concierge were welcoming and helpful. Likewise the check in staff on reception.
Nothing really.It was all okay.
Location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and functional
Breakfast was a little basic, plenty of waiting to use lifts and the room a bit stuffy in spite of the air-con system
Location Consierge service Breakfast Safe in room Roomservice ok
Extremely hard bed Bad smell in room Noise from street and hallway Elevator capasity
Brilliant location Excellant staff especially the concierge staff.
Didn't like the room this time was a small room in comparison to the other times I've stayed. No curtains on the windows so very bright very noisy from the corridor and you could hear people in other rooms. Only the price would bring me back next time
Great location and good facilities on doorstep. Staff really friendly and polite.
Noisy at night difficult to sleep Rooms very warm and stuffy even with air conditioning Ladies toilets near 24/7 bar were disgusting
Location of the hotel was good
The room we were given was small. Bath room was not very clean as it had mould.
It is convenient and well placed.
Double Rooms can be small
close to everything & good facilities
Its a little cramped but its fine for a short trip. Also the staff are a little rude but its not something that i would let stop me from staying here as it is a nice hotel
Location was great
Not having room wifi
perfect for all sights and theatres. Walking distance from most things to see on a long weekend.
Noisy neighbours across hall but that not hotels fault.
Room two small - only some lift working. Ruined the wheels on the kerbs in the car park as the inbound and outbound corners on the ramps too tight for big cars - no warning of that on entry
Nearby tube station 24hr food available Good breakfast access to YMCA Near shops
waiting for a lift at busy times
Close to theatre area.
Large hotel with small rooms and no atmosphere. Long queues at reception. Our room was only provided with one towel and we had to line up a reception to ask for a second. Breakfast is in a canteen/cafeteria style environment with food presented in an unappetising way, no service, dreadful coffee and tea and wet plates and cups. We won't be back.
Excellent location . Great staff Excellent dining facilities. Very good hotel rates.
There was nothing we did not like.
Central location of hotel, close to underground. Walking distance to West End.
With the exception of the reception staff upon arrival no staff members including the staff at breakfast said a word to us throughout our stay. It was obvious on our first morning at breakfast that we were invisible, the whole experience of breakfast was very close to a works canteen. Staff would benefit from a course on Customer Care?
Front of house staff were very good I thought the pub Hudsons had a great atmosphere at night time
I was in room 552 on the fifth floor window was to small room was dark the hand basin would not drain away
Not expensive although in the center of the city. Very near Oxford Street and London attractions.
The room was very small, and although there are 4 lifts most of the time they are occupied. Very busy hotel.
Very central, relaxed atmosphere
Good access, no noise.
Breakfast not good at all
The location was good and well within reach and walking distance from shopping areas and transport stations.
1.The concierge service was inadequate and virtually non existent I had to carry two heavy suitcases up the steps to reception even though there were two men at the concierge desk looking on. 2. The room was like a jigsaw puzzle and uncomfortable for a four day stay although quite good for an overnight or two night stay. There were other rooms a bit larger where overnight stayers were housed
Due to a mix up at reception, we (the Coopers) were allocated the deluxe double room and the Eastons were given the deluxe twin room. It should have been the other way round. The bedroom in the deluxe double room was very small (only one bedside table possible and very little space around the bed) as was the shower/bathroom as well. The workmanship in the bathroom was very poor for a deluxe room. The room was overlooking the main road and there was a lot of noise (mainly from people standing about outside) which was continuous throughout the night (we understand that there was a 24 hour restaurant and casino (upto 4am) in the hotel.
it was a great hotel, with excellent space, however the room was really small.

Bedroom 203 Most probably an ideal size until they made two bedrooms out of one! Also ready for a refurb
