Small room but on the whole very good hotel
Friendly Staff Ease of check-in/Check-out Location
Pillows a bit small
amazing location and outstanding price
The well educated staff, their helpfulness. The cleanliness of the whereabouts. The hotel is so central.
It's a pity that such a hotel does not offer free wifi. The paid for WiFi costs a lot and it is not strong at all.
We had a twin room. It was kind of two rooms. Beds in one room with a tv, in the "other room" they was a table and 2 nice chairs and also a tv. Bathroom with a shower and toilet.
I travelled down by myself with my young son who is in a wheelchair. They provided a great service, taking care of all our enquiries. The concierge staff were truly fantastic and made us feel really welcome every time we came through the door, smiling and friendly, they gave helpful advice and good knowledge. I would definitely return next time. The hotel was very comfortable and met all our requirments. A very handy place to stay for the centre and Oxford Street.
Location was perfect. Bar serves unusual craft beer on tap albeit expensive. I have no other positive comments. Gave us new room after we complained.
Put in a hot smelly room on 10th floor with no ventilation. After coming down to reception they changed us to 4th floor where the room was bigger airy and fresh smelling. No wifi unless you pay with credit card to a subscripsion. Despite paying 201 pound for 2 nights no brekfast making this poor value. its a very busy hotel sun and mon when we stayed. A sense of rush rudh all the time.
There should be free wi-fi at least in the hotel public areas .
Location is brilliant
Noise from busy Tottenham court Road
Location hotel staff are helpful quick checkin etc
Bed mattress no comfort! very cold room heating was not good
Giles central to everything was not happy with my room changed it straight away. Customer service helpful polite caring full marks.
Quality of breakfast buffet wasn't great.
Warm friendly welcome and everything you need in one hotel.
Cant say there was anything as the hotel offered great value for money.
Good staff.Excellent location.
Room very tired.Bathroom very dark
The location of this hotel is excellent which is why I return here year after year.
The lifts are a nightmare and can take a long time. I have tried the stairs in the past but they are a maze not just one stairwell. We had breakfast in the downstairs restaurant which is where you dine when staying in an executive suite but the standard has dropped. The service was dreadful I had to ask for our order to be taken. The food was ok but not brilliant. Cost of breakfast use to be complimentry when in a suite but this time we had to pay. I would go elsewhere for food in future.
A few minutes to walk to the famous places like Oxford Street, Soho, Covent Garden. Clean Rooms, nice staff. I will book this hotel for my next trip!!!
The only not so good thing to say is the breakfast is a little sparse.
Location beside Tottenham court Tube is very convenient to central london. Generally well priced for the area.
Hastle of having to pay and set up an online account for Wifi in a business hotel. this should be free as part of price Room was small The lift outside was really noisy in my room and kept me awake. Get a room away from the lifts
Noises from the hallway can be clearly heard into rooms (stayed in two rooms). Guests were very noisy close to midnight.
Friendly, helpful staff Free luggage hold - brilliant service! Value for money Clean, comfortable rooms Excellent, central location
Pleasant staff, clean and tidy too. Bed was comfortable, but quite old though. Comfortable surroundings. Eat in restaurant one evening, well priced and tasty menu. Will stay again.
Rooms on the small size and breakfast area gets very busy for its size
Food in Hudsons was fab
I got given a free upgrade to an executive double room without even asking that was awsome I will defo go back again
The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Excellent location for central London.
Lack of choice of toiletries in the bathrooms. Rooms are slightly on the small side.
great location, comfortable rooms
noisy, poor quality breakfast and expensive and not really good wifi
