It was great to be near facilities, Theatre, busses, Hop on Hop off bus. We were able to walk to theatre and anywhere we wanted to visit. Convenient to nice reataurants, Theatre first night was just around the corner. I have already recommended this hotel to two friends who intend travelling shortly to London.

We were able to check in early and this was very important to us because of the plans we had for the day of our arrival. The room and bathroom were tiny.Pillows were flat and thin, very uncomfortable.

Staff were great, in house restaurants had good food, close to the tube line, warm, clean & cosy The lifts would drive you mad! Between lift doors not closing, lifts not appearing for at least 5 minutes after you push the call button, it was very annoying.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Duty manager on the weekend we visited was excellent. Room booked was unavailable, so offered alternative and a complementary executive breakfast wich was very a acceptable. A few niggly things like hower leaked slightly and mechanism was coming loose. For a family room there was very little wardrobe space. Missed having a table either side of the bed.

The staff at the hotel were very good and all the staff were polite and professional when dealing with customers, the quality of the breakfast was also excellant. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment, many areas of the hotel are in need of updating and didnt feel that the price we paid was good value for money.

The hotel offers a central location, good facilities and reasonable comfort. it is not disabled or gay-friendly either in its facilities or outlook since that ia rather bland and conventional. Despite these limitations the staff were polite and efficient and the service responsive and focussed. The young women in the cafe were friendly and funny. I'd stay again. Slightly cold and impersonal but some.people regard this as "sophistication". I don't.

Location was perfect for the West End, and a central hub for visiting the main attractions / Executive Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The lifts were terrible, could not cater for all the guests, and were very hit and miss. Receptionists need training in customer service. Our room was not available on check-in, which was an hour after advertised check-in time. No complimentary refreshments were offered whilst we waited.

Very central and within easy access to the tube and local attractions. The shower was also the best I have experienced in any hotel. Although slightly small space and would benefit from a shower door rather than curtain. The temperature within the hotel was unbearable at times. Walking through the corridors was like walking through a sauna.

Location close to Oxford street is the only positive thing about the hotel Swimming pool chemical smell at lobby and reception area, continued with old dirty socks smell in the room. The corridors are like labirinth, lots of doors on the way from the elevator to the room so you're unsure whether it's a emergency exit or the right way to your room. Small window in the room so it's always dark. Noise from outside and working kitchen below. No free Wi-Fi! Internet access costs 5 pounds per hour!

Location was great. Tube access around the corner, and a supermarket accross the road. It's old and needs a good renovation.
