This is our 3rd visit and the first time that tea/coffee making facilities were available. We were o the 10th floor overlooking the tube station redevelopment. This was great. That there were no handholds within the bathroom

We have stayed at the St. Giles many times before. The location is ideal for us, hotel atmosphere is friendly and informal. It represents good value for money.

The location is perfect. Very Central. Short walk back from theatre district. Staff are competent, friendly and efficient. Rooms are a good size, beds comfortable. This is a large hotel. There are six elevators carrying people to and from the floors. During peak times (checkout, curtain-up) you might find yourself waiting a significant time for an elevator. This hardly a catastrophe but you should plan ahead for this -otherwise the delay could impact your schedule.

The location of the hotel was great. The room was too small and the breakfast wasn't good at all. There were queues and the food was poor... No enough variety and no fresh fruits. I was a bit disappoint with the hotel.

food at dinner in italian restaurant and breakfast were both excellent, the hotel location is just right and staff helpful I booked for deluxe and received what was rated as a deluxe, but found the room small and with tiny windows, if I had my wife with me or had been staying longer I would have had to change the room as it was a lot less pleasant than that of before when using a basic double. If staying again I would certainely ensure I had a room with a proper window.
