Yes. I didn't like the person at the "breakfast control site". Not helpful and rather kind. "Thanks" to her we payed for one more breakfast we didn't actually eat. |

Vising Covent Garden, Oxford Street and seeing a show It was difficult to get a lift to go down, plus you couldn't see where the lift was as no numbers were displayed |

The location of this hotel was perfect for me, very close to oxford street and tottenham court road tube station. The rooms were clean and tidy and perfect for our needs. Will be using this hotel again. The only thing that was a problem at the hotel was the lifts were quite slow but thats not a deal breaker. |

Extremely small room, even when we had a junior suite.... Too many people in small area - 5 minutes waiting every time we used the elevators - que to get breakfast seating. |

The hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived so we were left hanging about for ages with no reassurance from the staff.Had to queue for ages on day of checkout to leave our bags until the journey home and had to pay £1 per item for the privelidge Would not stay again |

Really enjoyed our visit to St Gilles. Room was great lovely comfy beds. The breakfast to go was awful. Not enough choice and even the the fruit was drab. |

The location was terrific. The hotel was clean and friendly and a very reasonably priced. We stayed in 3 twin rooms which were small but adequate for what we wanted. If your planning on seeing all the sights watching a show and doing some shopping this is the perfect hotel to stay in. Check in was a bit slow as the computer system was acting up but that was the only problem we had. Everything else was great. I was a bit apprehensive before we got to the hotel as i had read some bad reviews but as soon we got to the hotel we could tell instantly there was nothing to worry about and I was glad we stayed in the end. |

My wife and I stayed at this hotel overnight because of it's location to the Prince Edward Theatre. We did not read any reviews about the St. Giles, we were both impressed with the layout, cleanliness, service and breakfast. We would stay here again. |

Good, reasonably priced restaurant and bar. Room was clean and comfortable. Central location for Oxford St shopping etc. Double room was very small. "Coffee2go" breakfast not very inspiring, with only a choice of pastry & fruit. |
