Location in the centre of London was excellent. The downstairs night club was nice. Air didn't circulate much in the room. It gets rather cold if you have to keep the window open during the night during cold seasons. It was quite dense in the mornings. |

The location and the price The air conditioning facilities of the hotel were extremely noisy. They are located in the ground floor but were audibles from the fourth floor in which I was. |

the location and accessability were key factors in this hotel making our stay in london a pleasant one. we felt that the rooms were quite small and that the reservation web site was a bit misleading in the view of the rooms. |

It was extremely convenient for central London and the sights, theatre and shopping. Would have preferred a better breakfast choice - would not opt for that option again. |

The Hotel is a very good location and close to Oxford Street, Convent Garden and Threatres. The rooms are very small, but if the hotel put more lighting in the rooms they wouldn't feel so small and dark. |

The location was the main reason we chose the hotel. We were in London for three days and were able to make the most of our time by staying in such a centrally located hotel. The maid service was very noisy early in the morning. |

I really liked the location The beds in a double room are too narrow for most adults. small rooms were mentioned and thats good. Somehow point out how important it is to book a twinroom. My single room was really good.Maybe clearly mention the opportunity to choose english breakfast and its prize,.we do our best but sometimes our english is so so |

The efficiency of reception staff and the help, guidance and knowledge of the consiege. The breakfast system. I paid extra to upgrade to cooked breakfast and although I appreciate it was an acceptable inexpensive breakfast I felt herded like cattle within the restaurant, which of course led to starting the day harrassed. |

Location: near the underground, in the convent garden area. The room was very dirty and dark; The breakfast 2 go to is very bad, I dont recommend it. The elevators are slow and most of the times I took the stairs. The carpet is old and dirty, terrible for allergies. |

Great central location, reasonable price, swimming pool. Usually the rooms are spacious. Always clean. Helpful friendly concierge staff. Queues at reception. This time my room was quite small, with poor natural light, this was not so much an issue as I was staying on my own, and would not stop me from booking again. |

I loved the location, it was seconds from Oxford St! Lobby area and bar was kept very well and clean. Staff were very friendly. Room was a little small but fine for a trip where you just want to sleep there. |

Location and the bar. The room are too small for 2 people and there was a lot of noise from the cleaning personell in the mornings. It was very hot in the room as well so it should have been aircondition. |

Cannot fault the location, tube station right over the road, 5 min walk to West End and 10 min's to Piccadilly circus etc'. The mattress on the bed was of the cheapest most uncomfortable variety and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with cous cous. Bizarre smell in the room, a combination of urine, feet and cheap air freshener, none of which were ours!! Staff were totally cold and slightly hostile, no smiles at all. I guess you get what you pay for, £120 a night in that location is cheap, but that does not provide an excuse for poor services that would be exceeded by a travel tavern. £120 a night in Blackpool, Manchester or Liverpool would provide you with a sense of luxury. Although a fantastic city, I don't see what makes London so special in this respect. |
