The staff is really helpful and they have people from all over the world and languages working there. Localization, near subway, the 'theaters' avenue', and a lot of good options to eat, is perfect. Yes, breakfast is a shame. If you ask for the continental breakfast you don´t have where to sit (!) to eat it; and the complete breakfast is too fat and heavy. |

Express checkout (pay on arrival, deposit keys on box on way out) Heaps...Breakfast if purchased via booking.com is not the breakfast buffet destribed in hotel info - it is takeaway at "Coffee2go", 1 hot drink, 1 peice of fruit, 1 pastry...no toast, cereal etc. Industrial fan and light directly outside our window, so it was too noisy and light to leave window open, which we needed as no air con in our room - very suffy. Rude, indifferent and unhelpful staff . Pre-set shower temp. - much too hot. My partner was ony able to wash from waist down as unable to bear the extremely hot water - even on the coolest option. Dangerous for children and uncomfortable for everyone else! |

reasonably clean room. Restaurant (chinese). Helpful concierge. Non smoking hotel. Location. Noisy, TV reception and TV itself were old and didn't work very well. Bathroom could have been cleaner and mattress was uncomfortable. Also, lifts too slow and not enough - lot's of people complaining about having to wait for them. Wi-Fi should be free in all hotels these days. Tiny room with little air from window. |

Love its central location, which makes it easy to get around the city, especially on foot. Bar area a bit impersonal at night. |

The St Giles hotel is one of the most central London hotel's, we walked every where we visitednot having to use the tube or busses. We booked bed and breckfast and were disapointed that we were not eligble for a cooked breckfast and had to have continental, |

The staff was very nice, we arrived a day earlier than our reservation and they accomadated us nicely. It should be noted that this hotel like many places in London are not handicap friendly. I use a walker to get around and there are many steps to go up or down. However, they did have a 1 person lift that could take you to or from the lobby from the street entrance. |

The location was excellent The lift, when you push the button for the floor you wanted, it kept on undoing it. |

Enjoyed the easiness of check in and pleasant friendly staff. only that i had not realised the leisure center was separate and had not taken a towel down, so it was a bit of a trek back to my room as was not prepared. |

Convenient location Noise levels were high. Closing the window made no difference! The bathroom smelt musty. The breakfast was laughable! |

We did not really enjoy anything about the hotel in general. The onley good point is its close proximatry to Oxford St. The rooms where very shabby & small, i could touch all walls whilst standing on the bed.The rooms were also very basic with an old tv and a very uncomfy bed. We had to complain on numerous occaisions about the noise that other guests were making in the early hours of the morning and about the noise the cleaners where making at 5.30am whilst gatherung cleaning materials together in the cupboard as we were adjacent to this room. I would not even look at booking another stay in this hotel even if it was free of charge. |

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff are very helpfull The rooms are very dark and small, When booking the room breakfast was included but did not have it due to this being continental. I was not told that this was what was on offer it just said breakfast included, so you would expect a full range. |

room was clean and comfortable, good location for West End breakfast to go was a bit poor, i.e. water, yoghurt, was 'extra' and payable. Surely if you have a choice of three items, you can pick a yoghurt ???? Lifts aren't great, we used stairs, would not like to stay on a higher floor than number 4. |

Close to everything in the center of london, specially if the objective are Musicals! The key system did not work for several times... It seems that the card loses the magnetic info when close to Mobiles... Weird. First time that happened!!! Looks like the systems needs a replace... |

Yes, we did. Perfect location for seeing London. I thought the staff were a little noisy going around in the morning cleaning, not a lot of thought given to the guests that sleep on a little after 9! |
