We had to change room, and the service level from the staff was excellent in this process. Our two kids got free breakfast even when their room didn't have breakfast included (we had) The RFID lock system :-) We had to change key 3 times, and at the staff had to reset the lock at the door once. Poor satellite TV signal the first day of our stay.

The hotel is in the center. For one or two nights is ok. The price was reasonable. The bedroom was tiny and the bed was uncomfortable

The location was excellent,close to everything. The concierges were unbeatable-friendly and could not do enough for us. For what we paid it was excellent value for money a room with our beds and a tv then a seperate dressing room with another tv and dressing table and then a bathroom. Single bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in! Only one slight thing was that at check in the lady did not understand much english.

Great location, excellent breakfast, clean and tidy room Small bedroom and bathroom, small breakfast room huge queues for breakfast - could stagger breakfast times at busy times of year eg some guests could be between 8 and 9 and some 9 till 10 etc.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff , the cleanliness and the proximity of the hotel to the city. Excellant - our second visit hopefully won't be the last. We would have liked the shower to be just a tiny bit bigger - for the larger person!
