Brilliant location within walking distance of shops and theaters, just a 3 min walk from tcr tube station. Second stay at St Giles and will book each time we visit London :)

It was great to be near facilities, Theatre, busses, Hop on Hop off bus. We were able to walk to theatre and anywhere we wanted to visit. Convenient to nice reataurants, Theatre first night was just around the corner. I have already recommended this hotel to two friends who intend travelling shortly to London.

good facilities, pleasant staff, well situated and reasonably priced. close to all theatre's etc. "dark bathroom interiors with low voltage lighting", made shaving a very difficult experience !!!!!!!

Very convenient location - close to transport links, theatres and eateries. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Public areas were well kept and bar prices were competetive. Despite shortcomings (see below) represented very good value for money. Our room was small and slightly shabby - the basin in the bathroom was chipped and shower area a little tired looking. Although we were on the fourth floor it was not possible to leave the window open over night due to highly audible street noise.

Muy mala, es un hotel de 2 estrelas y no de 4 como dicen. Cobran hasta por respirar y no ofrecen nada. No tiene aire acondicionado, para ello proveen de un ventilador. La habitacion no circula aire, hay que abrir la ventana para no ahogarse. muy malo. Nos dieron una habitacion super ruidosa, no puddimos dormir. La limpieza muy mala. No recomendable Muy malo , no recomendable

I have stayed at this hotel 10 years ago so I was pleasantly surprised at how nicely it has been improved. The room was very comfortable, superbly presented and extremely clean. It was nice to have tea and coffee in proper cups and glasses in the bathroom. The Italian restaurant was brilliant value for money with excellent food. All the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel bar was a complete rip off at £10 for two drinks, very disappointing as the rest of the hotel was brilliant. I will stay at this hotel again but will never use the over priced bar again. The only other thing was the breakfast facilities, excellent though they were, they were served in cramped conditions.

good location, efficient and friendly welcome, clean and modern room (especially nice bathroom), coffee and go cafe/take-away continental breakfast option; leisure facilities no air conditioning (central london is noisy and dirty); bed not very comfortable (not large and linen not high quality); no wifi in rooms; very large hotel (12 floors), lifts crowded at peak times especially lower floors, therefore may not be suitable for people who can't climb stairs

As last year we had 2 nights at the hotel. I only have 2 small matters to bring to your attention. No shaver point in the room. The shower floor I found very slippery and not having a rail to hold onto. Thanyou for an enjoyable few days

good location. everything worked ok . tv,shower,etc asked for quiet room which i got . I recommend you book a double room . I have stayed here many times and found it OK I found it strange the double room had only one chair ??. The maid came to clean the room at 8.15 am ?? I was still in the shower , just as well i did not want a lie in
