location was excellent
restaurant and bar - needing updating not a lot of room for luggage
great location, comfortable beds, great all you can eat breakfast, friendly staff
room was slightly small
location, friendliness of staff,as soon as you walk in the doors your greeted with a very friendly welcome. although no air con, hotel had an electric fan in the room
standard double was a bit too small
Location is perfect near the shopping center & public transport is just around the corner
No free wifi
Breakfast was good .everything was freshly cooked.staff very friendly and helpfull.
Ideal location - did not have to spend any money on transport. Restaurants, shops etc all within walking distance. Helpful reception staff.
Large, busy hotel slow/inadequate lifts so had to walk down dingy emergency stairs on several occasions. Free WiFi not available. Rooms were reasonable but beds, bedding and towels all pretty basic.
central location for theatre and sights of London close to underground station value for money clean and friendly hotel
Fabric a little tired.
Central location and availability of sports facilities
The hotel needs to refurbish its hallways. A bit old
The helpful and efficient staff The flexibility of the bar/restaurant The cleanliness and choice and organization of breakfast The bathroom in the hotel room
Room a little small but sufficient
Very helpful staff and Concierge on which I could fully rely for a complicated parcel pickup and delivery. Front desk staff was very helpful when I had to get a mailing label printed out late in the evening.
The smell in the room was hard to bear and I had to keep the window open all time
Location; close to underground, restaurants, theatres, Soho night life
very hard mattress, no shampoo, ect.
Noise Breakfast more like a hostel Cross rail building site is operating 24/7
The shower the pillows and the bed. Free safe a nice touch
The carpets, the bathroom was nice but poorly lit. The drinks were expensive at the bar but that's London
The YMCA Club was excellent Good pool, loads of gym options/equipment and good staff The breakfast experience was very good Bedroom was well kept and clean
reception area looks awful and long queue to check in/out Executive Room Priority Queue was never manned Seemed like a 70's hotel with (cheap) modern veneer
Location was excellent, easy check-in/out
Tiny rooms, noisy from 6:00am on, elevators can get very busy long waiting times, specially if carrying yourluggage
stayed for 1 night in a double room which was clean, tidy modern and comfortable it was close to the tube and central to for everything. the cooked breakfast was great went down about 7.30 and there was plenty of space, staff were very pleasant especially in the restraraunts i will definately go back
it rained in the morning but you cant blame the hotel for that
Friendliness of check in staff
Small pokey rooms - and I had a deluxe. Wifi in lobby, restaurant - poor quality, paid for in rooms. Breakfast - mass catering, food okay, seating/tables very, very basic - more like a school canteen with the same quality of surroundings :-/
Lunch offer good breakfast good location
Cannot conplain about anything
Everything within 5 miles radius of the hotel.
I love the location, just around the corner from pretty much everything. The staff is really nice and friendly. The men down in the concierge service are the best. Very helpful and professional!
Proximity of the hotel to the tube and the city centre, nice restaurants and cafes around.
The kettle smelled plastic and the water boiled in it tasted plastic!!!! The kettle was replaced by my request, but it still smelled plastic, so I did not use it either, which was a bit frustraiting.
noise in the street
Ideal location for central London activities
