We are regular visitors to the St Giles and have never had a bad experience. Very helpful staff and great location.
Staff were great. The actual hotel is lovely. Location is great.
Beds were SHOCKING!! Extremely uncomfortable!! Not enough warm bedding either!! The heating did not Work!!
The hotel was in my favourite part of London
The location. The bathroom and shower facilities. The richness of the breakfast buffet.
The breakfast lounge needs serious improvement. It's dark, it's cold, and the tables have no table clothes. Maybe some music playing.... Is that huge muted TV screen really necessary?!
St Giles is perfectly located..good access to shops, restaurants, transport...everything. On arrival staff very friendly, check in was no hassle. We asked for a quiet room & our request was met. We felt safe in St Giles...spotlessly clean. I would use St Giles again.
The bed was not very comfortable.. For a hotel of this calibre I would expect more comfort...room on the small side but hey we were there for evenings only...worth putting up with this for the other benefits esp location.
Staff extremely helpful & polite, especially the concierge, reception and our housekeeper.
We had to put our own radiator on so room was cold & needed to use the blanket, hairdryer didn't work, didn't need it but reception would of sorted it after I told them.
Excellent location just off of Oxford Street and right next to Tottenham Court Road tube station- so easy to get to all London attractions! Deluxe double room was bigger than expected and even had a lounge area- was like our own little flat for the night! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel right in the centre of London... definitely good value for money!
Location, handy for all amenities in central London, close to tube station.
Bathroom could have been a little bigger.
Close to theatres
Superb location. Welcomed at entrance. Room very modern and spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable. No noise from either inside or outside. Speedily checked in.
Have to pay for WiFi so didn't bother to use.
The hotel is in a good location just off Oxford Street, walking distance to Covent Garden and two stops on the tube for Camden Town. the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel bar was relaxing and reasonably priced
Location Bar Breakfast buffet Sports facilites
Size of room, dodgy showerhead.
We were blest with good fine weather a good nights sleep followed by an excellent breakfast.
Super location, friendly staff, clean and nice decor
Location is excellent.
Room was very small as was the Bed.
Very convenient location in the center of London.
Location and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and quiet.
nice and clean location staff friendly
had to pay extra for Wi-Fi pay extra for gym facilities price quite high even when not in peak months
Room was a bit small but adequate, breakfast buffet was excellent
Couldn't reall fault anything, good value for money hotel
Great location for tube stations, shopping and theatre's. Good value for money and staff were very helpful. Would definitely use again.
Hotel bar only has one draught beer (lager), no bitters or ale's available. Hudson's bar downstairs had ran out of all but one of the draught beer's, again, only one lager on pump and no bitters or ale's available. That said, only a short walk to the pub's, cafe's etc so not too much of an issue.
the room was good and staff great
having to pay for wi fi
Let's be honest, it's not a Marriott, but it is a comfortable and extremely well placed (next to Totenham Court Road, 10 minutes walk to Trafalger Square and Westminster) and priced. I've stayed here many times.
Some of the rooms can be, shall we say, "compact".
Room was a good size and clean, mildew around windows. Suitable for our needs. Doors close quickly be careful where you put your fingers as first aid not good!
Attitude of staff. Fingers shut in door dripping blood. Urgent help needed. Cleaner 'not one of my rooms'. Uninterested concierge gave unsterilised knee bandage & plaster! Useless.Thank goodness 4 Boots across road.
location location location
room was way too small on first floor, and outside traffic noise too loud
Location was great form my business meeting, plus the reception staff were very friendly
The room (a double) are really small, plus the shower was only luke warm and the central heating was rubbish, the decoration is looking very tired. Not very good value for money
