The location and cleaniss
no info in rooms about breakfast times, check out times , menus for 24 hr food or amenities
the location of this hotel is perfect, hotel was clean and comfy
Small room and blocked up bathroom basin.
Good prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
The hotel was dark, dated and needed a face lif. Windows are small and don't give much light. The pillows and mattress For the bed were to soft and there was only a few tea bags.
The location was perfect
The breakfast was ok, no choice into how you wanted you bacon cooked. The room had some signs of damp and needed updated.
The location is fantastic. The staff are friendly. The room was large and comfortable.
The bedrooms could do with freshening up, new paint , remove shower curtains and replace with doors/glass panel.
Location fantastic, restaurant and bar good., food tasty. Staff at reception, breakfast ,room service all helpful, friendly and professional. I would stay again when i visit London.
The room was very small and not worth the money it was more like a single room
Facilities were good, lovely breakfast and very friendly staff
Excellent location. Great price for City Centre Hotel. Nice sized room with plenty of storage and a safe. Not a particularly large bathroom, but understandable for a central hotel. Good facilities . Would stay here again.
we have stayed her four times and it is very pleasent..rooms are best on the 2nd floor would book again aslong as could pick room.
The room was below par in cleanliness as was the shower room which was tiny. The door lock broke. I had the worse sleep ever as the bed was really uncomfortable. I had to ask for the duvet to be changed as it was dirty.
the location and the staff
Checking in was very long winded !
Excellent location, rooms accurately described ( twin rooms booked) and bed was comfy.
Room small no iron bit pricey for the room i received
Location. Clean hotel nice staff
The price of internet is very expensive
Lack of space in room and WC Lack of free Wi-Fi Very poor bed comfort
Would be the noise however we appreciate that being in the position it is that cannot be helped
Loved that the Hotel is near the Dominion where we were going. The beds are really comfortable and the staff all helpful
Would have liked bar to be open later, we got back to hotel just after 2 am and thought we would have a drink in hotel bar but it was closed.
The noise outside from the night life.
We liked our Hotel Room as we was given an up grade which was lovely as we were celebrating my Wifes Birthday. The Staff were very welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. We liked the cooked Breakfast in the morning because we were given a variety to choose from.
No Wifi, small room, can't pay for gym by putting it on room bill- have to pay by cash -doesn't suit if you use credit card for all payments while travelling.
Location is good. Basic but clean.
Would of preferred free wiFi !
Excellent value for money staying in the heart of London. Room spacious ,clean and all facilities were superb.cannot fault this first class hotel.
Room was tiny, too warm, and very basic. Felt disappointed based on what I paid. Recognise it is Central London but have paid less and had far better when previously visited.
Almost got overcharged
Friendly / helpful staff. Reception got a colleague and I with adjoining room
Poor lighting making room seem dingy. Drab bedding Shame WiFi not included
no proper window blinds, woke up every morning at 6am it is very impersonal
location was good, close to metro station and office
Rooms were on the small side for a twin. I'm glad I was on my own, I would want two people in that room.
A friend I met up with at the hotel had an emergency and the staff were fabulous at helping us out, couldn't fault them.
Very poor wi-fi.....
We loved the location and the price was very good considering how central the hotel is. Cozy rooms, pleasant staff.
