View from window of 13 th floor Bright clean room Large double shower Fabulous breakfast in VQ Staff helpful & friendly
Having to pay for wifi Shabbiness of some communal areas.
Very handy for Tube, theatres & Oxford St. shops. Polite & helpful staff. Not bothered by noise at all even though my room overlooked Tottenham Court Rd. Excellent breakfast & all round good value for money. Would be my first choice for visits to London again.
Location within walking distance of most areas tube station close by
No biscuits in bedroom.
Bar staff really nice, good meal in sage and chili. Like the fact that the cafe was open 24hrs
Asked for extra towels and even confirmed this on check in when we got to the room there was just one hand towel and one bath towel each -this seems the standard amount to me. Door wouldnt lock wifi slow
The room was very basic
Location. I raised an issuers pool, which the staff dealt with very well and politely.
This is really a basic two star hotel .
It was located in an excellent position. Covent garden a 10 minute walk, tube station a few hundred yards round the corner. Oxford street just round the corner, so shopping was so easy and not far to walk back and chill out in the hotel restaurant or bar.
The room was a bit on the small side, but even so it was still good value for money. Cannot think of anything else that I didn't like about the hotel.
rubbish shower - barley a dribble, water not that warm. big double duvets on single bed - too hot
Hotel was lovely, food great and staff friendly
The water was not hot
Made you feel very welcome and werer very helpful. Easy access to shops, theatres and close to public transport.
Location, the size of room, clean and tidy. All we needed for our 3day stay. Thank you.
Nothing to say.
Really close to shopping
The reception area was not very well organised, people were queing down the stairs to put luggage in the rooms. The cleaner came into our room twice before breakfast To say the room was an executive room , thank goodness we did not get a smaller room. Breakfast was chaotic I would not stay again or recommend it to anyone
The bed was comfy and location was good
Paying for WiFi and extra for breakfast and alcohol was expensive
Superb location, next to subway. Quite cosy rooms.
Unpersonal staff. And don't do the breakfast! Awful, noisy and low quality. Lots of cheap and better quality locations nearby for that.
Situation Sitting area with extra TV 24hr café bar - staff were super here. Clearly on the upgrade but hopefully not so much to price me out for another visit.
Deluxe double not deluxe but then not a deluxe price. Only one bedside table Shower room needed some upgrading
Where the hotel was placed is very good. breakfast was good, and lots of choice. staff were very friendly.
I couldnt sleep the bed was uncomfortable, the base is solid. It was better when I slept on the duvet for a softer top.
Fantastic location able to walk to central attractions
Had to pay for wifi
Very comfortable bed
Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work
good location for vising all sites in London, rooms and hotel clean 2nd time I have stayed deffinatley stay again
can think of any negatives about the hotel it ticked all boxes that were required
How nice to find welcoming, friendly and helpful staff!
Could do with another lift or two. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum.
24 hour restaurants Close to shopping, theatre and trains
Loved the room, fridge was a bonus. Surprisingly quiet.
Bed a bit lumpy, duvet weighed a ton. Wi fi should be standard by 2014 we have free Wi fi on the bus!!
We were told the bar would shut at 2.00 am and so we got back at 1.00 pm 8 of us and to it was shut !! There was lots of people still drinking. Very rude bar man. This spoilt a good stay
Wi fi shouid be free paying all that money for a room U have to pay for Internet . Lifts were to slow or not working
