St Giles Hotel & Leisure Club

a város központjában van, jó a közlekedés figyelik a vendéget, de nem zaklatják

speciális ételallergiám van, előre kértem, hogy gondoskodjanak nekem való ételről. A gondoskodás csupán külön kérésre gluténmnetes kenyérből állt. Senki meg nem mondta, hogy miből ehetek. Ez a betegség csak a szigorú diétával gyógyítható! Minden tartalmazhat glutént, és van rengeteféle speciális ennivaló! A szomszéd közértben is. Más:a liftre rengeteget kell várni

The room was tiny, the bathroom minute. The noise from the road kept me awake all night as did the fact that the blind on the outside of the window(!) did not keep out the streetlights. The pillowcases were dirty, the beds narrow with one actually tilting to one side. The towels did not cover my ten year old and were thin and fraying. Worst night's sleep ever in a hotel.

The location, the price for central London.

Non-executive provided breakfast on Monday was spoiled by staff trying to rush you out

my room did not have any heating facility so i had to ask them to bring me one. Staffs were not really friendly. Internet costs lot.

The room and breakfast

Due to the high winds on the night we stayed there was a loud 'whistle' from the air conditioning unit and kept us awake during our stay. Room 1045.

The room was quite good for a base. It was clean but reminded me of the junior engineers cabin on a ship. The continental breakfast was quite good. The staff were very friendly but some of them were a little too laid back. The italian resaurant was very good.

The hotel was too warm throughout. I could alter the setting in my room but had no control over the rest of the hotel. Dissappointed that Italian Resaurant was closed on a Saturday night. Being a 65yr old woman on my own it was a bit daunting having to go out on the saturday night to eat. I know Google maps have nothing to do with you but I chose St Giles Hotel because it was, so they said, an 8 minute walk to Park inn in Southampton row. It would have been if I had been Usabian Bolt and St Giles was cheaper. In the long run what with taxi fares underground fares and paying for extra meals I may have stayed at the Park Inn.

Hotel far too hot!!!!

It's the second time I'm staying at this hotel. I choose it first of all for the position and then for the budget. Also the bathroom is quite satisfactory.

The sheets seems to be not really clean. I found hair into it the first time I went to bed.

I have stayed at the St Giles on numerous occasions when we have a yearly trip to London to see the shows - it is so local to everything and the hotel is just what you need for a city break. Clean, friendly and close to all the sights and the shows.

Friendly staff, good sized room, nice breakfast

shower filthy, tv did not work, lifts slow and stairs hard to find and creepy.

Staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. Reception area very welcoming

Room a bit bijou. one light did not work (not really time to report and get it sorted)

It was great value for money, i enjoyed living in exececutive sutie although rates were hight due to WTM event in the city.
