地下鉄駅にも近く市内観光には絶好の場所にあると思います。料金に見合っていると思います。 特にありませんでした。 |

ネット接続が部屋でできず(有料でも)、レセプション脇のラウンジでの無線接続しかできないとのこと。(特にビジネスユースの客には)不便である。 |

4th Floorに宿泊していたが、朝の9時代はエレベーターがなかなか来ないことがあった。そのため、その時間帯は多くの宿泊客が非常階段を使用していた。大きな荷物がある場合は、非常階段を使うのはたいへんなので、いったいどれくらい待てばエレベーターは来るのだろうかと疑問に感じた。 |

ロケーションは抜群に良いのですが、朝食時の長蛇の列には閉口しました。 できれば、シャワーだけでなく、バスタブがほしいところです。 |

ホテルのロケーションはとてもよいです。大英博物館もすぐですし、地下鉄の駅もすぐです。 部屋の割にはやや値段が高い気もします。場所がよいので仕方ないのでしょうか。 |

とにかく立地がよい。滞在の拠点とするには最高の場所でした。 スタッフの間の会話がとにかく多く（若い方が多いからでしょうか？）フロントがにぎやか過ぎていたように思えました。 |

winbldon開催の時期でもあり、外がすごく盛り上がっていて、うるさかった。幸い、時差ぼけで、眠りこけていたが、朝まで大声で歌うヒトもいた。 やはり、値段が高いですね。 ロンドンは仕方が無いのでしょうね。 |

The location was excellent for Oxford Street, Convent Garden and the West End Theatres. There was no air conditioning and most of the travelling party (4 girls) were sick due to the heat in the room and the stuffiness. The hotel did provide a fan but the room was still sweltering hot. The shower was too small and the water pressure was non existent! |

We were offered an upgrade on arrival which was so nice . Would have liked the option of room and full breakfast deal .The coffee to go is not good, lets the hotel down. |

The location of the hotel is ideal for visitors The room was too hot, the staff were unfriendly and on one occassion our room was not cleanned by house keeping. The towels and sheets also smelt quite musky. |

The location to the theaters and shopping and underground were better than I thought they might be. The lack of seating and tables available to drink your morning coffee and eat your pastry. |

the room was quite comfortable and the availability of a portable fan was essential in the absence of air conditioning. the inclusion of the 2 item coffee and a pastry breakfast was poor compared to our previous stay when the price included a full buffet breakfast. |
