St Giles Hotel & Leisure Club

とにかく便利な立地です。フロントスタッフも親切です。部屋は確かに小さいですが、利便性を求めるなら問題- ないと思います。朝食もペストリー＆コーヒー程度でしたが、小食の私には全く問題ありません。逆にイングリ- ッシュ・ブレックファーストとかは多すぎて食べられないので・・

ポットが壊れていました。コーヒーなどをセットしていただいていたのに残念です。また、House Keepingの後、自分の毛ではない毛がデスク等に落ちていたのが気になりました。

チェックインは14:00となっていたが、まだ部屋の用意ができないとのことで30分後と言われ、結果的に- は１時間30分待たされた。

朝食のCoffee 2go　を選んだが、テーブルがすくなく、待ち時間が発生する。テーブルに放置されたカップ、ごみなどをかたずける- スタッフがいない。朝食のアップグレードを頼んだが聞き入れられなかった。

シャワーの温度の調整のつまみが回り難く、温度調整に不便を感じた。トイレの水が流すレバーが硬く動かしず- らい、そして、少量しか水が流れず、何度も繰り返し操作をする必要があった。インターネットが部屋でできな- かったこと。

場所が非常の良く、部屋の設備も悪くない。朝食が、パン、飲み物、果物を一つずつうけとる配給のような感じ- であるが、宿泊代の安さからみて問題ないが、座る場所が狭すぎるのが欠点である。

近くにスーパーも薬局もあって便利でした。

4th Floorに宿泊していたが、朝の9時代はエレベーターがなかなか来ないことがあった。そのため、その時間- 帯は多くの宿泊客が非常階段を使用していた。大きな荷物がある場合は、非常階段を使うのはたいへんなので、- いったいどれくらい待てばエレベーターは来るのだろうかと疑問に感じた。

ホテルのロケーションはとてもよいです。大英博物館もすぐですし、地下鉄の駅もすぐです。

部屋の割にはやや値段が高い気もします。場所がよいので仕方ないのでしょうか。

The room was tiny, the bathroom minute. The noise from the road kept me awake all night as did the fact that the blind on the outside of the window(!) did not keep out the streetlights. The pillowcases were dirty, the beds narrow with one actually tilting to one side. The towels did not cover my ten year old and were thin and fraying. Worst night's sleep ever in a hotel.

The location, the price for central London.

Non-executive provided breakfast on Monday was spoiled by staff trying to rush you out

good loaction.

my room did not have any heating facility so i had to ask them to bring me one. Staffs were not really friendly. Internet costs lot.

Due to the high winds on the night we stayed there was a loud 'whistle' from the air conditioning unit and kept us awake during our stay. Room 1045.

The room was quite good for a base. It was clean but reminded me of the junior engineers cabin on a ship. The continental breakfast was quite good. The staff were very friendly but some of them were a little too laid back. The italian resaurant was very good.

The hotel was too warm throughout. I could alter the setting in my room but had no control over the rest of the hotel. Dissappointed that Italian Resaurant was closed on a Saturday night. Being a 65yr old woman on my own it was a bit daunting having to go out on the saturday night to eat. I know Google maps have nothing to do with you but I chose St Giles Hotel because it was, so they said, an 8 minute walk to Park inn in Southampton row. It would have been if I had been Usabian Bolt and St Giles was cheaper. In the long run what with taxi fares underground fares and paying for extra meals I may have stayed at the Park Inn.
