3 nights are enough for this hotel. Not possible to sleep, When I opened the window in the night a lot of noice, When I closed the window it was getting warm and the ventilator did make sooo much noise. Breakfast coffee had to be consumed standing, there is not much place to sit. Leaving from the 7th floor by elevator took sometimes a waiting time of 10 minutes. better elevator programming , bigger TV screen, Better ventilation system. For that price breakfast should be included. I will write a report for a traveling magazine about St Gilles |

Helpful concierge and reception staff and well located. Good bar and restaurant facilties as an added option plus a gym. |

Service fronm stsff friendly efficient and most helpful. Room basic but very clean. Breakfast basic but service friendly and efficent.Consiege helpul and wellinformed regarding transport. Noisy, bit what can you expect in central London on Halloween. |

I only liked the location of this hotel nothing else. The service was very bad, we had to move room because of the noise level and we got moved to another room which smelt of damp and the bed linen was damp.asked to move again and they said no! |

Location in the centre of London was excellent. The downstairs night club was nice. Air didn't circulate much in the room. It gets rather cold if you have to keep the window open during the night during cold seasons. It was quite dense in the mornings. |

The location was excellent, just off oxford street's shopping and close to soho bars and clubs. Staff were not as friendly as they could have been. |

Excellent Location. Very small room for a 3 star hotel..No Air condition.Just a very small window in the room.No internet on the rooms.The coffee to 2 go breakfast is not the best choice. |

Bed very comfortable, location perfect for Theatres - main reason for booking. Keeping luggage until ready to go to airport. Shower not warm. Corners of room could be cleaner. Breakfast very poor. |

I Loved the location, it was central to everything and the price was great too ! Would stay there again. We booked a twin room and it was slightly on the small side, but will be back. |

The location is very good, close to the Oxford St shops and about a 10min walk to lots of theatres and Covent Garden. It's sensibly priced given it's good location. The gym you have to pay extra to use, we were not able to check into out room until nearly 5 o'clock and I asked to speak to the manager who was clearly in his office but didn't want to come out (however I was told that he wasn't in there). I was told he would ring the room but he never did. I'm not the sort to complain and won't follow it up but I think a complimentary tea or access to the gym would have been good management. The room was tiny and the pillow smelt of someone else's perfume/aftershave, gross! |

Location, good value for Money, for 4£ a week you get access to a great london Sport Club accessible via Hotel Room decoration and neons are so old ... you wait too long for the lifts moreover if you are on top floor you will need to take another lift afterward - Hotel need also to improve check in and check out process ! |

On the whole it was very good but room 375 was very hot and smells of cooking were coming from below all the time. However the receptionist did provide a fan very quickly to assist with the temperature. see above |

Stayed on 13th floor great view over london room good size worth paying extra for breakfast dont know why people complain could not fault hotel in anyway my message to disatisfied customers if you want better pay the price would stay again on any trip tolondon |

The location and the price The air conditioning facilities of the hotel were extremely noisy. They are located in the ground floor but were audibles from the fourth floor in which I was. |

Staff were very. location was brillant. would stay here again. We were given this as a present from my daughter for my husbands 50th birthday.When we arrived at the hotel i was disappointed with the size of the room. I had booked a double room but got a twin. There was a cleaning cloth left in the sink and very little toilet paper on the roll. It was very warm as there was no aircon. I think we must have been near the kitchen as there were a lot of noise outside the window. Having said all that i would recommend it and would stay there again, |

It was a good location The room was so small for the price - better to stay at a travelodge. Also people were smoking in their rooms and you could smell it during the night. |

Comfortable room, television in the bathroom and the breakfast room available to guest staying in the executive suites. The dining facilities, no room service and the restaurant didn't open until 1:00pm. I was also disturbed by a fire alarm test and the only sign advising guests was an A4 size notice in the lift I had to run down 8 flights of stairs - when I complained I was guided toward the small poster in the lift (this is not acceptable). |
